从中小型私立学校的实际情况出发,在教师需求分析的基础上,提出学校办公自动化系统的基本目标,并阐述系统的结构设计和功能设计,给出了一个结合C/S和Web技术的学校办公自动化系统实例。

办公自动化作为一门公共基础课程，其实践教学在整个教学过程中起到了重要作用。而当前，中职办公自动化实践教学中存在问题不少。如何解决这个问题，应从实训大纲和教材着手，理论与实践相结合，强调知识的够用、适用。通过贫目式教学来加强学生学习的主体地位，注重教学目标与岗位需求相匹配，不断提高教师自身业务水平，以提高办公自动化实践教学效果。本文针对《办公自动化》的教学现状，倡导教育观念改革，提出适应培养目标的教学方法．以期有效地实现教学目标。
