计及功率极性和序列连续性的三电平闭环虚拟矢量调制策略

针对三电平变流器应用于大功率高速航空起动发电机系统所产生的中点电位偏差问题,提出一种考虑起动发电两种功率极性和开关序列连续性的中点电位偏差闭环虚拟空间矢量调制策略。建立了三电平变流器输出电压序列的中点电荷模型,据此分析... 针对三电平变流器应用于大功率高速航空起动发电机系统所产生的中点电位偏差问题,提出一种考虑起动发电两种功率极性和开关序列连续性的中点电位偏差闭环虚拟空间矢量调制策略。建立了三电平变流器输出电压序列的中点电荷模型,据此分析了低载波比工况下虚拟空间矢量调制策略及闭环虚拟空间矢量调制策略下中点电位不平衡问题。在传统虚拟空间矢量调制策略输出开关序列中引入闭环调节系数用以调节开关序列输出的中点电荷极性,从而实现中点电位偏差可控。通过对闭环调节系数的合理设计可实现开关序列连续,进而降低线电压和相电流的畸变。建立了高速永磁同步电机起动发电机仿真模型,对比了传统方法与所提方法在中点平衡能力和电流畸变方面的性能。搭建了阻感负载和高速永磁同步发电机(30000 r/min)测试平台验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

独立设计研制了新型两段式双极性脉冲高功率脉冲磁控溅射电源,本电源具备3种工作模式:(1)传统高功率脉冲磁控溅射(HiPIMS)放电模式,(2)双极性脉冲高功率脉冲磁控溅射(BP-HiPIMS)放电模式和(3)两段式双极性脉冲高功率脉冲磁控溅射(DBP-Hi... 独立设计研制了新型两段式双极性脉冲高功率脉冲磁控溅射电源,本电源具备3种工作模式:(1)传统高功率脉冲磁控溅射(HiPIMS)放电模式,(2)双极性脉冲高功率脉冲磁控溅射(BP-HiPIMS)放电模式和(3)两段式双极性脉冲高功率脉冲磁控溅射(DBP-HiPIMS)放电模式。特别是新提出的第三种工作模式,两段式双极性脉冲较传统的单段双极性脉冲具有较大的优势。本文研究了在传统BP-HiPIMS和新DBP-HiPIMS条件下,正向脉冲对Cr靶在Ar气气氛下的放电特性的影响。研究发现:随着正向脉冲电压的增加,BP-HiPIMS和DBP-HiPIMS基体净离子平均电流均明显提高,且相比传统BP-HiPIMS模式,新型DBP-HiPIMS放电模式在不同正向脉冲电压时均具有更高的基体净离子平均电流。正向脉冲电压为100V时,在基体偏压为0V和60V条件下,DBP-HiPIMS模式的基体净离子平均电流较传统BP-HiPIMS模式分别提高47.0%和30.3%。表明新型DBP-HiPIMS放电模式能够进一步提高正向脉冲对离子的推动加速作用,这将有利于膜层质量的提高。 展开更多

从统一行波理论出发,针对线路末端含集中参数储能元件的输电线路模型,推导出从初始行波到稳态行波过渡过程的数学公式,得出反射系数是时变函数的结论,并给出了反射系数随时间变化的表达式和其在行波不同阶段的变化范围。传统认为行波反... 从统一行波理论出发,针对线路末端含集中参数储能元件的输电线路模型,推导出从初始行波到稳态行波过渡过程的数学公式,得出反射系数是时变函数的结论,并给出了反射系数随时间变化的表达式和其在行波不同阶段的变化范围。传统认为行波反射系数绝对值总是小于1,经推导得出末端有储能元件时行波存在绝对值大于1的反射系数。针对故障分量,从物理和数学2方面剖析了初始行波阶段末端系统的功率极性,得出正方向故障时无论末端系统的结构如何,系统必然吸收能量的结论,并得出初始行波阶段反射系数绝对值小于1的结论,同时明确给出了初始行波阶段的物理概念及其持续时间。大量的仿真试验证明了理论分析的正确性。 展开更多

A Novel Ideal Ohmic Contact SiGeC/Si Power Diode with Graded Doping Concentration

A novel structure of ideal ohmic contact p^+ (SiGeC)-n^- -n^+ diodes with three-step graded doping concentration in the base region is presented, and the changing doping concentration gradient is also optimized. Using MEDICI, the physical parameter models applicable for SiGeC/Si heterojunction power diodes are given. The simulation results indicate that the diodes with graded doping concentration in the base region not only have the merit of fast and soft reverse recovery but also double reverse blocking voltage,and their forward conducting voltage has dropped to some extent,compared to the diodes with constant doping concentration in the base region. The new structure achieves a good trade-off in Qs-Vf-Ir ,and its combination of properties is superior to ideal ohmic contact diodes and conventional diodes. 展开更多

Based on the analysis a novel scheme that adapts analog and digital hybrid techniques is proposed to stabilize the output power of a laser diode. With the hybrid controller,the low and the high frequency noises of a laser diode are conspicuously reduced.By accurate calculation,the short-term stability of the output power of laser diode reaches ±0.55‰, and the long-term stability is ±0.7‰. 展开更多

It is urgent to develop low-cost but efficient oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)catalysts for the emerging clean energy devices of fuel cells based on proton exchange membrane.Herein,we report a facile method to covert the biomass of black fungus into an efficient ORR catalyst.The black fungus undergoes hydrothermal and pyrolysis processes to transform into carbon-based materials.The as-obtained BF-N-950 catalyst shows prominent ORR catalytic activities in both acidic and alkaline electrolytes with a half-wave potential reaching 0.77 and 0.91 V,respectively.A membrane electrolyte assembly was fabricated with the as-obtained BF-N-950 as the cathode catalyst which shows a high peak power density of255 mW cm^-2.The study shows the potential of converting conventional biomass into low-cost ORR catalyst,which is promising for the fuel cell technology. 展开更多

It is well-known that there exists a λ*> 0 such that the biharmonic equation has a solution for λ∈ (0, λ*) and has a unique weak solution u*with parameter λ = λ*, called the extremal solution. It is proved that u* is singular when n ≥ 13 for p large enough and satisfies u*≤ r^(-4/ (p-1)) - 1 on the unit ball, which actually solve a part of the open problem left in [D`avila, J., Flores, I., Guerra, I., Multiplicity of solutions for a fourth order equation with power-type nonlinearity, Math. In order to promote the light output powers of GaN-based light emitting diodes (LEDs), two kinds of novel corrosive liquidshave been developed in this paper to roughen the surface of the indium tin oxide (ITO) current spreading layer of LEDs. As aresult, the textured transparent ITO layer greatly enhanced the external quantum efficiency of the LEDs. Provided that a wafersample was dipped in a kind of corrosive liquid developed by us for only about 60 s, the light output powers of the LEDs canbe promoted by 24.7%, compared with conventional GaN-based LEDs. It is obvious that the presented method is simple, rapidand cost-effective. 展开更多

Filling and unfilling carbon capsules with transition metal oxide nanoparticles for Li-ion hybrid supercapacitors:towards hundred grade energy density

Li-ion hybrid supercapacitors (Li-HECs) facilitate effective combination of the advantages of supercapacitors and Li-ion batteries (LIBs). However, challenges remain in designing and preparing suitable anode and cathode materials, which often require tedious and expensive procedures. Herein, we demonstrated that hollow N-doped carbon capsules (HNC) with and without a Fe304 nanoparticle core can respectively function as the anode and the cathode in very-high-performance Li-HECs. The Fe3Oa@NC anode exhibited a high reversible specific capacity exceeding 1530 mA h g^-1 at 100 mA g^-1 and excellent rate capability (45% capacity retention from 0.1 to 5 A g^-1) and cycle stability (〉97% retention after 100 cycles). Moreover, high rate performance was achieved in a full-cell using the HNC cathode. By combining the respective structural advantages of the components, the hybrid device with Fe3Oa@NC//HN C exhibited a remark- able energy density of 185 W h kg^-1 at a power density of 39 W kg^-1. The hybrid device furnished a battery-inaccessible power density of 28 kW kg^-1 with rapid charging/discharging within 9 s at an energy density of 95 W h kg^-1. 展开更多
