The 11th Five Year Plan has divided national functional zones in the basic unit of county-level administrative region.After implementation of national Major Function-oriented Zones (MFOZ) at prefecture and county leve...The 11th Five Year Plan has divided national functional zones in the basic unit of county-level administrative region.After implementation of national Major Function-oriented Zones (MFOZ) at prefecture and county levels,the spatial development sequence must be specified,development intensity must be limited,oriented zones must be designated and "red line" areas of spatial governance must be defined.In view of the above,choosing a typical county area and exploring its functional zoning after orienting its major functions will supply reference for carrying out the national spatial planning in the 12th Five Year Period,and it will also provide experience for the study of function regionalization which is the theme of MFOZ in the present academic circles.In this paper,the authors take Shangyu County as an example to study the general principles,train of thought of county-level functional regionalization in development-optimized areas,and to explore its reasonable functional zoning plan.Consequently,the authors present five principles and suggest a function-oriented zoning plan with 2 levels and 4 types.展开更多

Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by intravenous injection of pituitrin, and electroacupuncture (EA) was applied at the Heart and Lung Meridians (HM and LM), 3 points on each meridian. The changes in the left intraventricular pressure (LVP), the maximum rise rate of intraventricular pressure (LVP dp/dtmax), the area of cardiac force loop (ACFL), and the maximum shortening velocity of myocardial contractile element (Vmax) were observed. As a result, there were significant differences in the improvement of LVP, LVP dp/dtmax, ACFL and Vmax between EA at HM and LM. The regulatory action of EA at HM on the myocardial contractile function was significantly better than that of EA at LM, indicating that HM has a close relationship with the myocardial contractile function.……展开更多

Optic-electric responsive materials have attracted much attention for their applications in temperaturesensing,actuators,and memory switches.However,it is a challenge to integrate various functions to form multifuncti...Optic-electric responsive materials have attracted much attention for their applications in temperaturesensing,actuators,and memory switches.However,it is a challenge to integrate various functions to form multifunctional responsive materials.As molecule-based hybrid materials usually consist of organic and inorganic components,the introduction of multiple functions can be achieved through structural construction.Thus far,even though fulltemperature cover is required for device applications,fulltemperature covered multi-switchable hybrid materials have rarely been successfully synthesized.Herein,the dynamic[(CH3)3NOH]+cation and luminous center Mn(II)were introduced to form a hybrid material[(CH3)3NOH][Mn Cl3],showing multiple temperature-responsive behaviors.Upon temperature change,it exhibits multi-state dielectric switching response and intensity or peak shift response of luminous in full-temperature range(low,room,and high temperatures).These responsive behaviors are triggered by the motion or reorientation of[(CH3)3NOH]+cations and inorganic framework.Overall,the switchable photoelectric material has potential applications in multiple encrypted storage and sensor devices.展开更多
For thermal conduction cases,one can detect the size of an object explicitly by measuring the temperature distribution around it.If the temperature is the only signature we can obtain,we will give an incorrect judgmen...For thermal conduction cases,one can detect the size of an object explicitly by measuring the temperature distribution around it.If the temperature is the only signature we can obtain,we will give an incorrect judgment on the shape or size of the object by disturbing the distribution of it.According to this principle,in this article,we develop a transformation method and design a dual-functional thermal device,which can create a thermal illusion that the object inside it "seems" to appear bigger or smaller than its original size.This device can functionally switch among magnifier and miniGer at will The proposed device consists of two layers:the cloak and the complementary material.A thermal cloak can make the internal region thermally "invisible" while the complementary layer offsets this effect.The combination leads to the illusion of magnification and minification.As a result of finite element simulations,the performances of the illusions are confirmed.展开更多
