Although myentric nerve plexus preparations tech...Objective: The whole mount preparations of digestive tract is an effective experimental way to study the appearance and distribution of nerve plexus in digestive tract. Although myentric nerve plexus preparations technique was reported very early. But we have done experiment over and over during our research work in order to improve this traditional method and to meet the needs of our research work, we made some progresses in regular mount preparations after many experiments, which helped offer better situation in observing myentric nerve plexus. Methods: Five healthy male adult Kunming mice (20-30 g in weight) were used in this study. After intraperitoneal injection of muscle relaxant, with dislocation of cervical vertebra method, the abdominal cavity was exposed through abdominal median incision. After several steps of mount preparations the mucous layer and longitudinal muscle layer mount preparations with myentric nerve plexus were stripped under anatomical microscope. Immunohistochemical staining was also used in our study. Results: The mount preparation samples with myentric nerve plexus from intestines of mice showed positive SP immunoreaction. The positive cells were dark brown. Many of the cytons appeared circular and oval, while some appeared triangular or irregular. Conclusion: Our improved method is really a good method to show enteric nerve plexus. The method has many advantages and is particularly applied to small animals such as Kunming mice and BALB/c mice, weighing from 20 g to 30 g.展开更多

Brown tumour represents a serious complication of hyperparathyroidism.Definitive diagnosis is based on histological examination,clinical,radiological and laboratory data.Here we report a case of multiple brown tumours...Brown tumour represents a serious complication of hyperparathyroidism.Definitive diagnosis is based on histological examination,clinical,radiological and laboratory data.Here we report a case of multiple brown tumours localised in collarbone,rib and in the distal ulna due to secondary hyperparathyroidism in a 37-year-old women with chronic renal failure.The clinical management of brown tumour aimed primarily to reduce the elevated parathyroid hormone levels by pharmacological treatment.In our experience,clinicians usually consider brown tumor of hyperparathyroidism is caused by giant cell lesions in maintenance hemodialysis recipients,and multiple brown tumours are rarely seen in these patients.展开更多
The instanton induced cross section in deep inelastic kinematics is a subject which people are tendentious to investigate it. The no...The instanton induced cross section in deep inelastic kinematics is a subject which people are tendentious to investigate it. Instanton induced contributions are well defined for the nucleon structure function. The non-perturbative contribution to the quark distributions of structure function, F2(x, Q2), is considered within an instanton model for the QCD vacuum. We find that the structure function may possess numerically large non-perterbative contributions which are related to the violation of chirality and correspond to the correction of parton distribution of the leading twist. It is shown that the instantons give a negative contribution to the structure function at the NLO approximation. A comparison between our results, considering instantaon effect, and the case when we do not take this effect is done. Taking into account the instanton size, p, via the modified running coupling constant we get to a good agreement between our results at the NLO and NNLO approximations and the available experimental data, specially at the low values of the Bjorken variable x 〈 0.1 which confirms the validity of our calculations.展开更多
