为了预测软件研发项目生产效率,寻找单位功能点数与研发工作量之间的关系,提出了基于回归分析的软件研发项目丰产效率模型研究。需要收集历年软件研发项目的送审工作量、送审功能点、核定工作量、核定功能点数信息,对数据集进行预处理,... 为了预测软件研发项目生产效率,寻找单位功能点数与研发工作量之间的关系,提出了基于回归分析的软件研发项目丰产效率模型研究。需要收集历年软件研发项目的送审工作量、送审功能点、核定工作量、核定功能点数信息,对数据集进行预处理,选择合适的特征值,切割数据集为训练集和验证集,使用回归分析方法对数据集建模研究,得出基础模型。使用验证集对模型准确率进行评估,基于评估结果对模型优化,提升模型准确率,经过多轮优化得出准确最高的模型为最终模型。生产效率的模型研究可以有效地对工作量和生产效率进行预测分析,对研发立项及预算工作具有很大的指导意义。 展开更多

In a social network analysis the output provided includes many measures and metrics. For each of these measures and metric, the output provides the ability to obtain a rank ordering of the nodes in terms of these measures. We might use this information in decision making concerning disrupting or deceiving a given network. All is fine when all the measures indicate the same node as the key or influential node. What happens when the measures indicate different key nodes? Our goal in this paper is to explore two methodologies to identify the key players or nodes in a given network. We apply TOPSIS to analyze these outputs to find the most influential nodes as a function of the decision makers' inputs as a process to consider both subjective and objectives inputs through pairwise comparison matrices. We illustrate our results using two common networks from the literature: the Kite network and the Information flow network from Knoke and Wood. We discuss some basic sensitivity analysis can may be applied to the methods. We find the use of TOPSIS as a flexible method to weight the criterion based upon the decision makers' inputs or the topology of the network. 展开更多

A novel thennoelectric generating and performance measuring system (TGPMS) was designed and fabricated. TGPMS can not only achieve the function of thennoelectric generation, but also measure the thennoelectric performance parameters of the bismuth-telluride-based thennoelectric device accurately. These thennoelectric performance parameters mainly include the dependence of the Seebeck coefficient of the thennoelectric device on the device's temperature in the low temperature range (about 40 ~ 190~C ), and the dependence of the power output and thermoelectric conversion efficiency on the temperature dif- ference or output load. With the optimum load, the optimal value of the power output is 3.39W when the temperature difference reaches 231.2~C, and the optimal value of the conversion efficiency is 3.22% when the temperature difference reaches 208.9~C. TGPMS provides an experimental foundation for the application of the thennoelectric generators in the space field. 展开更多

In this letter, a Function node-based Multiple Pairwise Keys Management (MPKMF) protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is firstly designed, in which ordinary nodes and cluster head nodes are responsible for data collection and transmission, and function nodes are responsible for key management. There are more than one function nodes in the cluster consulting the key generation and other security decision-making. The function nodes are the second-class security center because of the characteristics of the distributed WSNs. Secondly, It is also described that the formation of function nodes and cluster heads under the control of the former, and five kinds of keys, i.e., individual key, pairwise keys, cluster key, management key, and group key. Finally, performance analysis and experiments show that, the protocol is superior in communication and energy consumption. The delay of establishing the cluster key meets the requirements, and a multiple pairwise key which adopts the coordinated security authentication scheme is provided. 展开更多

An Improved Fixed-point Algorithm for Independent Component Analysis of Functional MRI Data

The fixed-point algorithm and infomax algorithm are two of the most popular algorithms in independent component analysis(ICA).However,it is hard to take both stability and speed into consideration in processing functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)data.In this paper,an optimization model for ICA is presented and an improved fixed-point algorithm based on the model is proposed.In the new algorithms a small step size is added to increase the stability.In order to accelerate the convergence,an improvement on Newton method is made,which makes cubic convergence for the new algorithm.Applying the algorithm and two other algorithms to invivo fMRI data,the results show that the new algorithm separates independent components stably,which has faster convergence speed and less computation than the other two algorithms.The algorithm has obvious advantage in processing fMRI signal with huge data. 展开更多

The rapid increase in the aging population prompts the development of wearable devices and sophisticated robots. With their ability to collect complex information about their surroundings via e-skins, robots could perform more dynamic and variable tasks such as rescue missions or caring for the elderly. In this paper, we present a new concept of utilizing a very simple, highly flexible and stretchable capacitor sensor array, that can be attached on the surface of a retractable robot hand to realize three functions: determining the location, shape, and pressure of an object. This adaptive sensing system is accomplished using capacitors connected by aligned carbon nanotube(CNT) films constructed on an elastomer dielectric material, which can reduce the requirement on the accuracy of the machine vision system. This study has a very broad application in the manufacture of intelligent software robots. 展开更多

In spectral-like resolution-WENO hybrid schemes,if the switch function takes more grid points as discontinuity points,the WENO scheme is often turned on,and the numerical solutions may be too dissipative.Conversely,if the switch function takes less grid points as discontinuity points,the hybrid schemes usually are found to produce oscillatory solutions or just to be unstable.Even if the switch function takes less grid points as discontinuity points,the final hybrid scheme is inclined to be more stable,provided the spectral-like resolution scheme in the hybrid scheme has moderate shock-capturing capability.Following this idea,we propose nonlinear spectral-like schemes named weighted group velocity control(WGVC)schemes.These schemes show not only high-resolution for short waves but also moderate shock capturing capability.Then a new class of hybrid schemes is designed in which the WGVC scheme is used in smooth regions and the WENO scheme is used to capture discontinuities.These hybrid schemes show good resolution for small-scales structures and fine shock-capturing capabilities while the switch function takes less grid points as discontinuity points.The seven-order WGVC-WENO scheme has also been applied successfully to the direct numerical simulation of oblique shock wave-turbulent boundary layer interaction. 展开更多

This paper proposes a new infeasible interior-point algorithm with full-Newton steps for P_*(κ) linear complementarity problem(LCP),which is an extension of the work by Roos(SIAM J.Optim.,2006,16(4):1110-1136).The main iteration consists of a feasibility step and several centrality steps.The authors introduce a specific kernel function instead of the classic logarithmical barrier function to induce the feasibility step,so the analysis of the feasibility step is different from that of Roos' s.This kernel function has a finite value on the boundary.The result of iteration complexity coincides with the currently known best one for infeasible interior-point methods for P_*(κ) LCP.Some numerical results are reported as well. 展开更多
