设计制造了一种改进的双螺旋结构MEMS加热器,可用于高温气体传感器作为加热和传感单元。该MEMS加热器以Si为基底,SiO2/Si3N4纳米薄膜作为绝热层,Pt/Ti金属薄膜作为加热单元和传感单元。通过应用并联的线宽由内向外逐渐减小的双螺旋结构... 设计制造了一种改进的双螺旋结构MEMS加热器,可用于高温气体传感器作为加热和传感单元。该MEMS加热器以Si为基底,SiO2/Si3N4纳米薄膜作为绝热层,Pt/Ti金属薄膜作为加热单元和传感单元。通过应用并联的线宽由内向外逐渐减小的双螺旋结构,实现温度的均匀性和低功耗。用Comsol进行仿真优化结构,通过MEMS工艺加工制造出器件并进行了测试,用红外显微测温仪测试器件在不同电压下的电热特性。该器件表现出低功耗、响应迅速、高可靠性和高的温度电阻系数(TCR)等特点。器件加热到687.7℃,功耗仅120 mW。器件的升温(23~600℃)响应时间和降温(600~23℃)响应时间分别为1 ms和2.5 ms。该加热器可以在687.7℃的高温下工作至少5 h而保持性能不变。 展开更多

Earth tempering of stable air has attracted great attention as a sustainable air conditioning method in pig houses. At summer time air cooling of income air strongly reduces heat stress and required ventilation rate. At winter time heating costs can be reduced. The effect of air condition using geothermal energy was investigated in a farrowing house. Underneath the foundation of the farrowing house 88 non perforated ribbed tubes (diameter: 20 cm) were piped in a depth of 1.6-2.0 m. Over a period of 12 month following data were recorded at hourly intervals and analyzed: outside air temperature, as well as air temperature in the air supply duct and in the compartments. Incoming air (supply duct) was heated up to 20 ℃ during winter time and in summer time cooled by up to 15 ℃ compared to the outside air temperature. In contrast to the outside air diurnal variation, temperature fluctuations of the incoming air were reduced by 90%. Due to cooling of the incoming air at summer time the stable inside temperature could be limited to maximal 29 ℃(maximum outside temperature was 35℃). Earth-tube heat exchangers with non perforated ribbed tubes were very efficient for air conditioning in farrowing houses. They were a cost effective supplement for sustainable cooling and heating of farrowing houses. 展开更多

Effects of cold rolling followed by annealing on microstructural evolution and superelastic properties of the Ti50Ni48Co2 shape memory alloy were investigated. Results showed that during cold rolling, the alloy microstructure evolved through six basic stages including stress-induced martensite transformation and plastic deformation of martensite, deformation twinning, accumulation of dislocations along twin and variant boundaries in martensite, nanocrystallization, amorphization and reverse transformation of martensite to austenite. After annealing at 400 ℃ for 1 h, the amorphous phase formed in the cold-rolled specimens was completely crystallized and an entirely nanocrystalline structure was achieved. The value of stress level of the upper plateau in this nanocrystalline alloy was measured as high as 730 MPa which was significantly higher than that of the coarse-grained Ni50Ti50 and Ti50Ni48Co2 alloys. Moreover, the nanocrystalline Ti50Ni48Co2 alloy had a high damping capacity and considerable efficiency for energy storage. 展开更多

ZrO2-mullite nano-ceramics were fabricated by in-situ controlled crystallizing from SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 amorphous bulk. The thermal transformation sequences of the SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 amorphous bulk were investigated by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope and differential scanning calorimetric. And the mechanical properties of the nano-ceramics were studied. The results show that the bulks are still in amorphous state at 900 ℃ and the t-ZrO2 forms at about 950 ℃ with a faint spinel-like phase which changes into mullite on further heating. ZrO2 and mullite become major phases at 1 100 ℃ and an amount of m-ZrO2 occur at the same time. The sample heated at 950 ℃ for 2 h and then at 1 100 ℃ for 1 h shows very dense and homogenous microstructure with ball-like grains in size of 20-50 nm. With the increase of crystallization temperature up to 1 350 ℃, the grains grow quickly and some grow into lath-shaped grains with major diameter of 5 μm. After two-step treatment the highest micro-hardness, flexural strength and fracture toughness of the samples are 13.72 GPa, 520 MPa and 5.13 MPa·m1/2, respectively. 展开更多

The results show that: 1) fine fully lamellar microstructure with colony size of about 50 μm and lamellar spacing of about 0.12 μm can be obtained; 2) the compression mechanical properties can be improved to a large extent and the best comprehensive compression mechanical properties can reach the yield stress 745 MPa, the large flow stress 1 672 MPa and the compression ratio 19.4%; and 3) the compression fracture at room temperature after induction heat treatment and aging is still typical cleavage fracture. 展开更多

The restoration mechanisms for static recrystallization of work-hardened austenite were investigated by using double-pass compression tests performed on medium-carbon steel containing chromium and molybdenum. The softening fraction was defined by 2% offset method. The results show that Avrami exponent of about 0.21 is insensitive to deformation temperature, indicating that the action of steel grade should be considered. The time of 50% recrystallization (t0.5) decreases noteworthily with the increase of deformation temperature. Apparent activation energy for static recrystallization of 195 kJ/mol, which is close to that of vanadium microalloyed steel, is obtained by calculating. The increasing trend of the driving force for recrystallization is opposite to that of the deformation temperature, which is attributed to the number of operative slip system increasing as temperature increasing. 展开更多

A method to reach the globular weld structure of A356 aluminum alloy using stirring the localized semisolid zone during butt-joining is developed.Since the heat conductivity of this alloy is very high, the accurate controlling of temperature during joining must be considered.A gas heating system was used to heat up the nitrogen gas up to the required temperature.A dried and free oxygen gas was prepared when a stream of nitrogen gas could pass closely around a hot element.Hot and pure nitrogen gas flow through a precise ceramic nozzle was used to create a localized semisolid pool.At this stage a fine stirrer was introduced into the weld seam in order to mix the two sides into a single uniform joint.Substrates were moved in direction of joint line by a small trolley to avoid the deviation of nozzle from the joint line and its distance and angle from the substrate.A fixture system was used to hold two substrates together on the trolley.A narrow hot plate was located on the trolley to heat up the joint line due to high heat conductivity of aluminum.Effect of gas temperature was investigated on the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld seam.Results showed that increase in temperature promoted the final welding properties, and also at liquid fractions less than 50% joining was not fully practical.The best mechanical properties were achieved with liquid fraction of about 70%. 展开更多

The present investigation deals with process analysis of oxy-acetylene flame assisted double pass line heating for varying plate thickness, oxy-acetylene flame as the heat source for multi pass line heating to achieve 3-D bending of plates with varying thicknesses was studied. The oxy-acetylene flame was modeled as the moving heat source in the FEM analysis. The transient thermal histories were predicted taking into account the temperature dependent thermo-mechanical properties. A comparative study between single pass and double pass line heating residual deformation was also carried out. The temperature distribution and residual detbrmations predicted by the numerical model developed in the present work compared fairly well with those of the experimental ones. 展开更多

The effect of incorporating limited-diffusivity elements such as Fe and Ti on thermal stability of the nanocrystalline Al alloy was investigated.Al−10wt.%Fe and Al−10wt.%Fe−5wt.%Ti alloys were fabricated.The initial mixtures of powders were milled for 100 h in vacuum.The bulk samples were fabricated from the milled powders in a high frequency induction heat sintering(HFIHS)system.The milled powders and the bulk sintered samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Vickers microhardness,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM-EDS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The observations indicated that Fe and Ti were completely dispersed in the matrix to form a supersaturated solid solution(SSSS)with Al.Additionally,the inclusion of alloying elements led to an increase in hardness and yield strength of the alloy by 127%and 152%,respectively.The elevated temperature compression tests were carried out to evaluate the thermal stability of the alloys.The Al−10wt.%Fe−5wt.%Ti alloy revealed the optimum thermally stable behavior of the three alloys studied.The incorporation of Fe and Ti improved the thermal stability of the developed alloys through inhibiting the grain growth,hindering dissolution and growth of second phases(such as Al13Fe4 and Al13Ti),and forming a stable solid solution. 展开更多
