电子配料秤测试方法及新秤标定探讨

随着国民经济的不断发展,对环境保护方面要求不断加强,商混站取代现场搅拌式方法得到确立,成为主要方式,还包括大型预构件企业、大型桥梁、高速高架预制件企业、道路建设企业,对电子配料秤的应用成为主流,这类衡器的检定、测试、校准就... 随着国民经济的不断发展,对环境保护方面要求不断加强,商混站取代现场搅拌式方法得到确立,成为主要方式,还包括大型预构件企业、大型桥梁、高速高架预制件企业、道路建设企业,对电子配料秤的应用成为主流,这类衡器的检定、测试、校准就摆在我们计量单位面前,按照过去衡器分类可分为:数字指示秤、模拟指示秤、自动指示秤,电子配料秤应该是数字指示秤和自动指示秤的结合体,过去的检定方法不能满足当前的需要。检定电子配料秤不是目的,目的是如何保障设备在生产过程中的准确计量,从而保证产品质量。配料秤的测试有别与过去老形式分类的衡器,检测方法不够统一,采取大量标定,加量检测,确保计量准确,和同行探讨合理的方式方法。配料秤的校秤可分为:安装新秤的校秤、年度检测的校秤、企业日常自校。配料秤的检定步骤为:先确定配料秤及辅助设备设在手动位置,确保检定工作安全进行;进行外观检查;置零准确度检查;进行偏载测试;新安装的配料秤,我采取的是最大量(或最大常用量)标定;重复性测试。同时建立日常监督机制,定期(建议为一月)企业对配料秤进行计量准确度进行例行监督检测,可以抽检或半量检测。 展开更多

Several techniques were proposed ... Non-coherent receivers are attractive for pulsed Ultra-WideBand (UWB) systems due to the implementation simplicity. However, they have to face the shortage of performance degradation. Several techniques were proposed to alleviate the noise effect and promote the receiver performance, among which is the weighted combining of multiple integration sub-intervals. In this paper, the performance of the weighted non-coherent receiver for UWB On-Off Keying (UWB-OOK) signal in multipath channels is analyzed, in terms of bit-error-rate. In addition, a closed-form expression of the approximately near-optimal weighting coefficient set is derived, and two simple weighting coefficient sets are proposed as well. Finally, the analytic results are verified via the computer simulations, which reveal obvious performance improvements to the conventional energy detector. 展开更多

During the traffic preprocessing stage, the proposed payload extraction method can identify a large amount of encrypted applications traffic. It can filter out a large amount of non-malicious traffic, greatly in, roving the detection efficiency. A Sequential Probability Ratio Test (SPRT)-based method can find spatialtemporal correlations in suspicious botnet traffic and make an accurate judgment. Experimental resuks show that the false positive and false nega- tive rates can be controlled within a certain range. 展开更多
