Ltd. and the Sanhejian...Concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants have been rebuilt and reinforced in the coal mines of the Shanghai Datun Energy Sources Co. Ltd., the first colliery of the Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd. and the Sanhejian mine of the Xuzhou Mining Group Co. Ltd. In these projects, the operating environment and reliability of concrete structures in the main plants of the three companies were investigated and the safety of the structures inspected. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were made on the special natural, technological and mechanical environments around the structures. On the basis of these analyses, we discuss the long-term, combined actions of the harsh natural (corrosive gases, liquids and solids) and mechanical environments on concrete structures and further investigated the damage and deteriorating mechanisms and curing techniques of concrete structures in the main coal cleaning plants. Our study can provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the reliability of concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants.展开更多

The result indicates that, the status quo of E-commerce application in Wenzhou＇s small and medium enterprises are worrisome, which is obviously way behind other cities. The results of the survey indicate that the effectiveness of outdoor advertising language in Guangzhou is generally optimistic. Then the problems incurred by outdoor advertising language are discussed according to the analysis result. Puget Sound shorelines have historically provided a diversity of habitats that support a variety of aquatic resources throughout the area. These valued natural resources are iconic to the region and remain central to ...Puget Sound shorelines have historically provided a diversity of habitats that support a variety of aquatic resources throughout the area. These valued natural resources are iconic to the region and remain central to both the economic vitality and community appreciation of Puget Sound. Coastal developments over the past 30 years have placed increased pressure on aquatic resources through deterioration of upland and nearshore shoreline habitats within the region. Since a majority of Washington State upland shorelines are privately owned, regulatory authority to require future restoration on private property is not feasible. Washington States＇ Shoreline Management Act requires local jurisdictions to plan for appropriate future shoreline uses. Under the Act, future development can be regulated to protect existing ecological functions. However, lost functions cannot be retroactively restored through regulatory means, but rather require purchase or compensation of the private property to be restored. Therefore, questions remain as to the ecological resilience of the region when considering cumulative effects of existing and ongoing shoreline development and limited shoreline restoration opportunities constrained to public lands. In light of these questions, this analysis will explore opportunities to promote restoration on privately owned shorelines within Puget Sound. These efforts are intended to promote more efficient coastal management to improve ecosystem services.展开更多
Based on a comprehensive analysis on various classifications of natural resource values,this paper summarizes an ecological services system of constructed wetland(CW) ecosystems for the accounting of ecological econom...Based on a comprehensive analysis on various classifications of natural resource values,this paper summarizes an ecological services system of constructed wetland(CW) ecosystems for the accounting of ecological economic value.With the research,the wetland ecosystem services can be classified into six categories,that is waste treatment,food and material production,water supply,gas regulations,disturbance and water regulations,habitat and refuge provision.For decision making in terms of environmental economics for wetland construction,ecosystem services value for the wetland in Suzhou Taihu Lake National Tourist and Holiday Resort is accounted for 7,088,769 USD/yr through Environmental Economics Analysis.Ecosystem services value of waste treatment is 825,000 USD/yr,that of food and material production is 1,430 USD/yr,that of water supply is 4,752,000 USD/yr,that of gas regulation is 2,251USD/yr,that of disturbance and water regulations is 1,3721 USD/yr,and that of habitat and refuge provision value is 1,494,367 USD/yr.The ecosystem services values of a pilot constructed wetland in Suzhou are compared with those of other wetlands as a mean and of a typical human-interfered wetland in Wenzhou of China.Results show that in both finite and infinite time horizons considered,the wetland in Suzhou Taihu Lake National Tourist and Holiday Resort has the largest services value.This paper analyzes all the probability that may weaken the value of the Suzhou Taihu Wetland in order to provide some advices for the wetland protection.展开更多

Territorial spatial evaluation and zoning management play a pivotal role in territorial spatial planning,which serves as a vital tool for facilitating coordinated regional development.This study focuses on 88 county u...Territorial spatial evaluation and zoning management play a pivotal role in territorial spatial planning,which serves as a vital tool for facilitating coordinated regional development.This study focuses on 88 county unitsin Guizhou Province to establish a comprehensive functional zoning evaluation index system for national landspace.The system integrates six aspects of national land space functions:agricultural production,industrial development,human settlement services,tourism services,mineral resource supply,and ecological services.Subsequently,the functional zoning of national land space in Guizhou Province was optimized and adjusted based onthis evaluation.The findings reveal several key insights.First,there is significant variability in the evaluation of individual functions of Guizhou Province’s land space,with industrial development and tourism and leisure functionscomprising the highest proportions at 30.68%.Second,driven by social and economic development,some countiesand regions have undergone functional transformations,transitioning from primary agricultural production areas tokey development zones.Third,except for three counties primarily focused on ecological service functions,all othercounties and regions exhibit multi-cluster and multi-functional development patterns.This study provides decisionsupport for the rational development and utilization of national land space in the karst mountains of Guizhou Province.Furthermore,the methodological approach and findings of this study serve as a valuable reference for thefunctional zoning and optimization of national land space.展开更多
