基于三维行为分析系统的视觉本能恐惧行为检测装置

动物的行为学分析是神经科学研究中的重要一环,然而,以往的分析方法大多基于人工识别或使用图像识别技术分析动物轨迹。前者耗时费力、主观性强,后者忽略了三维空间中动物的大量身体姿态信息。基于已有动物行为自然结构的三维行为分析框架,该文设计并搭建了一套适用于多场景,如视觉本能恐惧行为的三维空间姿态采集设备,优化了数据处理及分析流程中的部分环节。结果表明,该系统能够较为准确地识别小鼠的5大类特征性动作,并且高精度地还原小鼠在视觉恐惧信号刺激下的动态防御行为。该研究为视觉本能恐惧行为的自动化分析提供了一种高效、客观、可量化的解决方案,结合其他神经科学前沿研究手段,能更加精细、深入地解析该行为的神经环路机制。
