为了更好地解决旋转式叶片血泵的密封问题 ,本文中采用磁耦合驱动方式 ,设计、加工一小型轴流血泵。血泵由泵体、直流无刷电机、叶轮、一对磁片、隔膜、导流槽和支撑架等部件构成 ,总长度 12 5 m m,容积147m1,材料是 TC4钛合金 ,总重量 ... 为了更好地解决旋转式叶片血泵的密封问题 ,本文中采用磁耦合驱动方式 ,设计、加工一小型轴流血泵。血泵由泵体、直流无刷电机、叶轮、一对磁片、隔膜、导流槽和支撑架等部件构成 ,总长度 12 5 m m,容积147m1,材料是 TC4钛合金 ,总重量 380 g。体外和在体试验中分别测试血泵的动力学输出、密封、产热和血液破坏等性能。结果显示 :1体外试验中 ,血泵旋转速度 80 0 0 rpm时输出为 6 .8L / m in、 12 0 mm Hg。 2在 12 0小时的连续运转过程中 ,血泵的表面温度变化较小 ;密封性能也较好。 3 2 4小时的在体试验中 ,血浆中游离血红蛋白含量逐渐增大 ,纤维蛋白原未发生明显变化 ;除血泵的进出接口处和动物肾脏发现微小血栓外 ,脑部和其它腹部脏器未发现血栓。 展开更多

目的通过比较床旁心脏彩色多普勒超声和PiCCO测量感染性休克患者心排血量(CO)值,评估二者的一致性。方法选取2011—12—2012—09收入重症医学科25例感染性休克患者,持续行PiCCO监测,分别于纳入起0、2、6、12、24、48h时记录患者心... 目的通过比较床旁心脏彩色多普勒超声和PiCCO测量感染性休克患者心排血量(CO)值,评估二者的一致性。方法选取2011—12—2012—09收入重症医学科25例感染性休克患者,持续行PiCCO监测,分别于纳入起0、2、6、12、24、48h时记录患者心率、有创平均动脉压、体循环阻力指数,利用PiCCO热稀释技术和脉搏轮廓技术分别测量同时刻的CO值,以及行心脏彩色多普勒超声测量同时刻的CO值。结果各时刻PiCCO热稀释技术测量的CO值与心脏彩色多普勒超声测量CO值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),一致性好;2h时PiCCO脉搏轮廓技术测量的CO值显著低于心脏彩色多普勒超声测量CO值(P〈0.05)且一致性差,其余时刻比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),一致性好。结论当血管外周阻力快速变化时,PiCCO热稀释技术测量CO值与心脏彩色多普勒超声测量值的一致性可能比脉搏轮廓技术测量的一致性好。当临床患者发生类似感染性休克血流动力学变化时,使用PiCCO监测CO值最好以热稀释技术测量值为准。 展开更多

目的探讨床旁超声检测下腔静脉直径(IVC)快速评估老年创伤性休克患者血容量的临床价值。方法对43例老年创伤性休克患者(休克组)予6%羟乙基淀粉(HES 130/0.4)500ml,分别在输液前后用超声测量IVC_(max)、IVC_(min),脉搏指示连续心输出量... 目的探讨床旁超声检测下腔静脉直径(IVC)快速评估老年创伤性休克患者血容量的临床价值。方法对43例老年创伤性休克患者(休克组)予6%羟乙基淀粉(HES 130/0.4)500ml,分别在输液前后用超声测量IVC_(max)、IVC_(min),脉搏指示连续心输出量血流动力学监测(PiCCO)患者胸腔内血容量指数(ITBVI),比较输液前后IVC、ITBVI变化,并与50例健康体检的正常老年人(对照组)进行比较。结果休克组输液前IVC_(max)(1.18±0.21)cm、IVC_(min)(0.63±0.18)cm、ITBVI(579.79±125.74)ml/m^2明显小于输液后[(1.70±0.24)cm、(1 42±0.22)cm、(785.09±129.01)ml/m^2](P<0.01),);休克组输液前RVI(47.96±6.56)%明显大于输液后(15.52±4 53);休克组IVC_(max)、IV_(min)与同期测得ITBVI呈正相关(r_(maz)=0.780,r_(min)=0.753,均P<0.01)。结论床旁超声测量老年创伤性休克患者IVC,可有效评估患者血容量,为临床诊治提供依据。 展开更多

Collective pitch control and individual pitch control algorithms were present for straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine to improve the self-starting capacity.Comparative analysis of straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine(SB-VAWT) with or without pitch control was conducted from the aspects of aerodynamic force,flow structure and power coefficient.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) prediction results show a significant increase in power coefficient for SB-VAWT with pitch control.According to the aerodynamic forces and total torque coefficient obtained at various tip speed ratios(TSRs),the results indicate that the blade pitch method can increase the power output and decrease the deformation of blade;especially,the total torque coefficient of blade pitch control at TSR 1.5 is about 2.5 times larger than that of fixed pitch case.Furthermore,experiment was carried out to verify the feasibility of pitch control methods.The results show that the present collective pitch control and individual pitch control methods can improve the self-starting capacity of SB-VAWT,and the former is much better and its proper operating TSRs ranges from 0.4 to 0.6. 展开更多

ATP-binding cassette exporters transport many substrates out of cellular membranes via alternating between inward-facing and outward-facing conformations. Despite extensive research efforts over the past decades, understanding of the molecular mechanism remains elusive. As these large-scale conformational movements are global and collective, we have previously performed extensive coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations of the potential of mean force along the conformational transition pathway [J. Phys. Chem. B 119, 1295(2015)]. However, the occluded conformational state, in which both the internal and external gate are closed, was not determined in the calculated free energy profile. In this work, we extend the above methods to the calculation of the free energy profile along the reaction coordinate, d1-d2, which are the COM distances between the two sides of the internal(d1)and the external gate(d2). The potential of mean force is thus obtained to identify the transition pathway, along which several outward-facing, inward-facing, and occluded state structures are predicted in good agreement with structural experiments. Our coarse-grained molecular dynamics free-energy simulations demonstrate that the internal gate is closed before the external gate is open during the inward-facing to outward-facing transition and vice versa during the inward-facing to outward-facing transition. Our results capture the unidirectional feature of substrate translocation via the exporter, which is functionally important in biology. This finding is different from the previous result, in which both the internal and external gates are open reported in an X-ray experiment [Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 104,19005(2007)]. Our study sheds light on the molecular mechanism of the state transitions in an ATP-binding cassette exporter. 展开更多

There are many differences among the Nine Major Rivers basins of China in the construction of dikes, reservoirs, floodgates, flood discharge projects, flood diversion projects, water ecological constructions, water conservancy management, etc. The shadow prices of water resources for Nine Major Rivers can provide suggestions to the Chinese goverument. This article develops a dynamic shadow prices approach based on a multipeziod input-output optimizing model. Unlike previous approaches, the new model is based on the dynamic computable general equilibrium (DCGE) model to solve the problem of marginal long-term prices of water resources. First, definitions and algorithms of DCGE are elaborated. Second, the results of shadow prices of water resources for Nine Major Rivers in 1949-2050 in China using the National Water Conservancy input-holdiug-out in table for Nine Major Rivers in 1999 are listed. A conclusion of this article is that the shadow prices of water resources for Nine Major Rivers are largely based on the extent of scarcity. Selling prices of water resources should be revised via the usage of parameters representing shadow prices. 展开更多
