通信单管塔的荷载集中在顶部,与《高耸结构设计标准》风荷载计算公式适用条件存在偏差,无法判定计算结果的准确程度,可以借助风荷载数值模拟方法辅助分析和验证。首先对四座体型和质量分布均匀的单管塔理想模型进行风荷载数值模拟和动... 通信单管塔的荷载集中在顶部,与《高耸结构设计标准》风荷载计算公式适用条件存在偏差,无法判定计算结果的准确程度,可以借助风荷载数值模拟方法辅助分析和验证。首先对四座体型和质量分布均匀的单管塔理想模型进行风荷载数值模拟和动力模态分析,得到多组符合高斯分布特征的结构响应时程数据,均能与规范计算结果拟合,证明了数值模拟方法的准确性;然后利用同样方法分析30m通信单管塔,在相同的风速谱下得到的分析结果偏差值增加,且顶部弯矩数值模拟结果超过了规范计算结果,通过各质点的等效风荷载、等效面积和等效质量的对比,发现了规范计算结果无法体现质量突变对风振效应的影响。最后建议对质量有较大突变的通信单管塔进行风荷载数值模拟分析,以确保设计的安全性和准确性。 展开更多

Parameter identification was carried out with the application of the nonlinear system identification method on the basis of system responses to exploitational excitation resulting from pedestrian traffic. In order to verify obtained results, on the basis of the geometrical and material properties of the considered system, the FEM (finite elements model) was created. Since computers and software have spread into all fields of industry, extensive efforts are currently made in order to improve the safety by applying certain numerical solutions. For many engineering problems involving shock and impact, there is no single ideal numerical method that can reproduce the various regimes of a problem. An approach wherein different techniques may be applied within a single numerical analysis can provide the "best" solution in terms of accuracy and efficiency. This paper presents a set of numerical simulations of ballistic tests which analyze the effects of soda lime glass laminates. The goal is to find an appropriate solver technique for simulating brittle materials and thereby improve bullet-proof glass to meet current challenges. To have the correct material model available is not enough. In this work, the main solver technologies are compared to create a perfect simulation model for soda lime glass laminates. The calculation should match ballistic trials and be used as the basis for further studies. These numerical simulations are performed with the nonlinear dynamic analysis computer code ANSYS AUTODYN. 展开更多

A method for static aeroelastic analysis based on the high-order panel method and modal method is presented. The static aeroelastic characteristics of flexible wings are investigated using this method. Three-dimensional aerodynamic models of flexible wings are constructed based on the geometry of wing configuration, and the modal method is adopted to achieve the fluid-structure coupling. The static aeroelastic characteristics of the AGARD445.6 wing and a low-aspect-ratio wing are investigated in this study. The influences of elastic structural deformation on aerodynamic forces are studied with an emphasis analyzing the aerodynamic coefficients, wing root loads, structural deformation and pressure distribution of different sections, and results are compared with the results from wind-tunnel tests and the elastic results based on experimental aerodynamic forces. It is concluded that aerodynamic forces can be accurately calculated with the high-order panel method. The method presented in this study is feasible, credible and efficient. Comprehensive static aeroelastic characteristics can be provided by the method for early phases of aircraft design. 展开更多

The constitutive behavior of microcrystals remains mysterious since very little,or no information regarding plastic deformation in the measured stress-strain curve is available due to plastic instability.Furthermore,the measured stress-strain curves vary greatly under different control modes,while constitutive behavior should remain unaffected by test methods.Beyond these reasons,probing the real constitutive behavior of microcrystals has long been a challenge because the nonlinear dynamical behaviors of micromechanical testing systems are unclear.Here,we perform and carefully analyze the experiments on singlecrystal aluminum micropillars under displacement control and load control.To interpret these experimental results,a lumpedparameter physical model based on the principle of micromechanical testing is developed,which can directly relate nonlinear dynamics of the micromechanical testing system to the constitutive behavior of microcrystals.This reveals that some stages of the measured stress-strain curve attributed to the control algorithm are not related to constitutive behavior.By solving the nonlinear dynamics of the micromechanical testing system,intense plastic instability(large strain burst)starting from the equilibrium state is attributed to the strain-softening stage of microcrystals.Parametric studies are also performed to reduce the influence of plastic instability on the measured responses.This study provides critical insights for developing various constitutive models and designing a reliable micromechanical testing system. 展开更多
