Results Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the performance of the approach. Conclusion The Kalman filter algorithm am detect registration errors and use this information to converge tracks from independent sensors. Aim To present a simple and effective method for the design of nonlinear and time varying control system. Methods A new concept of dynamic equilibrium of a system and its stability were presented first. It was pointed out that what is controlled directly by the input of a control system is the system's dynamic equilibrium rather than the states. Based on it, a new feedback linearization method for nonlinear system based on the Lyapunov direct method was given. Simulation studies were also carried out. Results The example and simulation show that by use of the method, the controller design becomes very simple and the control effect is quite satisfying. Conclusion The new method unifies the stabilizing problem(regulating problem) with the tracking problem. It is a very simple and effective method for the design of nonlinear and time varying control system. 展开更多

We examined the competitive ability of larval toads (Bufo gargarizans ) and frogs (Rana kukunoris ) which co-occur in natural pools in the Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve. We measured the activity level, growth rate, mass at metamorphosis and larval period in a laboratory experiment. Tadpoles of B. gargarizans were significantly more active when food was abundant than scarce, while there was no significant difference in the activity of R. kukunoris tadpoles at different food levels. At low food availability, mass at metamorphosis and growth rate of R. kukunoris were significantly increased in the presence of B. gargarizans, whereas the presence of R. kukunoris had no significant effect on the mass and growth rate of B. gargarizans. In all treatments, the larval period of B. gargarizans at low food availability was the shortest. These results suggest that B. gargarizans can adapt to different food levels by changing their activity rate. At high food level, B. gargarizans increased activity to gain more food. At low food level, B. gargarizans decreased activity and achieved early metamorphosis. However, when food resources were limited, R. kukunoris could gain more food than B.gargarizans . 展开更多

[Method] The ecological security evaluation index system of Lincheng County was established using PSR model. Driving mechanism was analyzed in total system and subsystems respectively by the principal components. The ecological safety driving factor was calculated through the total system and subsystem respectively. And the intersection was adopt- ed as dominant driving factor. [Result] A total of 10 indices including density index of rivers, land degradation index, farmland drought and flood insurance yield, human in- terference index, population density, the natural population growth rate, per capita GDP, the R&D funds spending accounts for the proportion of GDP, laborer by edu- cation degree and three industry accounted for the proportion of GDP, are the domi- nant driving factors of the regional ecological security. The device is fabr... A novel into-plane rotating rnicromirror actuated by a hybrid electrostatic driving structure is presented. The hybrid driving structure is made up of a planar plate drive and a vertical comb drive. The device is fabricated in SOI substrate by using a bulk-and-surface mixed silicon micromachining process. As demonstrated by experiment, the novel driving structure can actuate the mirror to achieve large-range continuous rotation as well as spontaneous 90°rotation induced by the pull-in effect. The continuous rotating range of the micromirror is increased to about 46° at an increased yielding voltage. The measured yielding voltages of the mirrors with torsional springs of 1 and 0.5μm in thickness are 390 - 410V and 140 - 160V, respectively. The optical insertion loss has also been measured to be --1.98dB when the mirror serves as an optical switch. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for the study of underground water dynamic changes in Songnen Plain in Jilin Province.[Method] The dynamic changes and driving factors for the underground water in Songnen Plain in Jilin Province was expounded.[Result] Since 1960s,the temperature in the Songnen Plain in Jilin Province increased gradually.The average temperature increased 2℃;precipitation reduced gradually.Especially,the trend of precipitation reduction in west area was more distinct;in the meantime,the development of underground water augmented gradually and reached 2 800 million m3 in 2008.Driven by many factors,regional underground water level had distinct changes.Potential water position reduced greatly in northwest fan-shaped area.The one in other places were stable and even increased in certain parts;confined water position decreased quickly in general and it increased in certain parts.[Conclusion] The general deterioration trend of underground water environment was inevitable.But,the deterioration process can be eased through scientific planning and regional underground water resources so as to realize sustainable utilization of regional underground water resources. 展开更多

The effects of sodium ferulate(SF), a water-soluble element of Chinese medicine Angelica sinensis diels, on cell-mediated oxidative modification of human low density lipoprotein(LDL) and proliferation of rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells(SMCs) were investigated. Using experimental models of proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic SMCs induced by oxidized LDL(ox-LDL), the extent of oxidation was determined by thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS) method, MTT colorimetry and 3H-thymidine(3H-TdR) incorporation were used to observe proliferation of SMCs. It showed that SF effectively inhibited cell-mediated oxidation induced by Cu2+ in a concentration-dependent manner. At the final concentration of 40, 80, 120 gmL-1, SF could significantly inhibit 3H-TdR incorporation and cell Proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. The results indicated that SF could, in vitro protect LDL against oxidative modification and inhibit the proliferation of SMC, which might be due to its free radical scavenging capacity. 展开更多

To satisfy different service requirements of multiple users in the orthogo nal frequency division multiple access wireless local area network OFDMA-WLAN system downlink transmission a resource allocation algorithm based on fairness and quality of service QoS provisioning is proposed. Different QoS requirements are converted into different rate requirements to calculate the QoSs atisfaction level.The optimization object is revised as a fairness-driven resource optimization function to provide fairness. The complex resource allocation problem is divided into channel allocation and power assignment sub-problems. The sub-problems are solved by the bipartite graph matching and water-filling based method.Compared with other algorithms the proposed algorithm sacrifices less data rate for higher fairnes and QoS satisfaction.The sim ulation results show that the proposed algorithm is capableo fp rovi ding QoS and fairness and performs better in a tradeoff among QoS fairness and data rate. 展开更多

The pyramidal multiphase level set framework (PMLSF) based on the technique of painting background (TPBG) and the Chan-Vese model can detect multiple objects on a given image. However, the boundaries of the sub-object obtained by PMLSF-TPBG are not variable since a specialcolor parameter is used in TPBG. To solve the problem, a new technique utilizing a varying parameter is proposed to ensure that PMLSF is effective for the detection of the desired boundaries of the sub-object. The interval of the variable color parameter is proved and the effects of the parameter are also discussed. Experimental results for the brain tumor detection show that different boundaries of the brain tumors can be detected with different color parameters.
