利用动态循环一致性网络计算三维模型簇对应关系

针对构建非刚性三维模型簇对应关系的问题,提出利用无监督动态模型变形循环一致性网络(UDSDCCN)计算模型簇对应关系的新方法。首先将源模型输入到特征提取网络获得精细化的特征描述符;再将特征提取网络的参数动态地输入到模型变形网络中... 针对构建非刚性三维模型簇对应关系的问题,提出利用无监督动态模型变形循环一致性网络(UDSDCCN)计算模型簇对应关系的新方法。首先将源模型输入到特征提取网络获得精细化的特征描述符;再将特征提取网络的参数动态地输入到模型变形网络中,进而改善模板的质量,对模板进行变形重构得到最终的目标模型;然后在网络训练时加入了循环一致性损失函数,实现模型簇连续映射的一致性;最终通过构建无监督循环一致性函数计算模型间相似性误差,以此评估映射关系结果。分别在FAUST数据集和TOSCA数据集上进行验证,结果表明,该设计算法更能获得准确的模型簇一致性对应关系结果,测地误差均明显减小。此外,UDSDCCN网络在不同数据集上适应性大大增强,模型匹配率更加准确。 展开更多

Dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior in β phase region for the burn resistant titanium alloy Ti?25V?15Cr?0.2Si was investigated with a compression test in the temperature range of 950?1100 °C and the strain rate of 0.001?1 s?1. The results show that deformation mechanism of this alloy in hot deformation is dominated by DRX, and new grains of DRX are evolved by bulging nucleation mechanism as a predominant mechanism. DRX occurs more easily with the decrease of strain rate and the increase of deformation temperature. Grain refinement is achieved due to DRX during the hot deformation at strain rate range of 0.01?0.1 s?1 and temperature range of 950?1050 °C. DRX grain coarsening is observed for the alloy deformed at the higher temperatures of 1100 °C and the lower strain rates of 0.001 s?1. Finally, in order to determine the recrystallized fraction and DRX grain size under different deformation conditions, the prediction models of recrystallization kinetics and recrystallized grain sizes were established. 展开更多

Based on the statics theory, a novel and feasible twice-suspended-mass method(TSMM) was proposed to deal with the seldom-studied issue of fault diagnosis for damping springs of large vibrating screen(LVS). With the static balance characteristic of the screen body/surface as well as the deformation compatibility relation of springs considered, static model of the screen surface under a certain load was established to calculate compression deformation of each spring. Accuracy of the model was validated by both an experiment based on the suspended mass method and the properties of the 3D deformation space in a numerical simulation. Furthermore, by adopting the Taylor formula and the control variate method, quantitative relationship between the change of damping spring deformation and the change of spring stiffness, defined as the deformation sensitive coefficient(DSC), was derived mathematically, from which principle of the TSMM for spring fault diagnosis is clarified. In the end, an experiment was carried out and results show that the TSMM is applicable for diagnosing the fault of single spring in a LVS. 展开更多

Solar sail is a new type of spacecraft for deep space exploration,which flies by the pressure of sunlight.The attitude of the sail determines its orbit,so altitude control plays an important role in the mission.However,the large flexible structure leads to some difficulty in attitude control.This paper establishes the reduced dynamic model of a flexible solar sail with foreshortening deformation,and coupling with its attitude and vibration.As usual,large angle maneuvering will lead to the vibration of flexible structure,so the time optimal control of solar sail maneuvering is considered.Bang-Bang control of the solar sail generates large amplitude and sustained vibration,while the combined control based on input shaping can eliminate the vibration efficiently.With the comparison of two reduced models,it is demonstrated that the choice of two models depends on the attention to the stretching deformation. 展开更多
