对动态改性电色谱手性分离进行了研究。电色谱柱填充强阴离子交换固定相 (SAX) ,添加在流动相中的磺化 β 环糊精 (S CD)动态地吸附于SAX填料表面 ,形成一层准手性固定相。色氨酸、阿托品和异博定对映体在本体系获得了很好的分离 ,它们... 对动态改性电色谱手性分离进行了研究。电色谱柱填充强阴离子交换固定相 (SAX) ,添加在流动相中的磺化 β 环糊精 (S CD)动态地吸附于SAX填料表面 ,形成一层准手性固定相。色氨酸、阿托品和异博定对映体在本体系获得了很好的分离 ,它们的分离度分别为 2 0 6 ,10 1和 1 96 ,对映体峰的柱效介于 85 ,0 0 0塔板数 /米和 412 ,0 0 0塔板数 /米之间。连续运行 17次 ,死时间和色氨酸对映体的电色谱保留因子的相对标准偏差分别为 0 5 3 % ,0 6 2 %和 0 6 9%。此外 ,以吸附于SAX填料的牛血清白蛋白和S CD为手性固定相进行了电色谱手性分离的研究。在这两种体系下分离色氨酸对映体的分离度分别为 3 86和 2 97。吸附S CD柱电色谱和动态改性电色谱的重现性进行了比较 ,发现动态改性电色谱有更好的重现性。 展开更多

[Objective] The paper was to study the dynamic adsorption of microwave modified attapulgite on micro-polluted phenol wastewater. [Method] Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CATB) modified attapulgite was used to modify attapulgite, and conducted dynamic test on micro-polluted phenol wastewater. The dynamic charac- teristics of phenol removal were also studied. [Result] Attapulgite modified by CATB has strong adsorption ability on phenol in micro-polluted water, the phenol removal rate increased with the decrease of flow rate of wastewater. When pH value was 6- 8, phenol concentration in wastewater was 17.74 mg/L, flow rate was 2 m/s and ad- sorption time was 25 rain, the removal rate reached 93.07%. The modified atta- pulgite could be regenerated with alkali, and its adsorption ability after regeneration had no obvious decline. The dynamic adsorption process of phenol accorded with the first-order kinetic equation. [Conclusion] The study provided basis for further study on "organic matter removal in wastewater. 展开更多

In this paper, in order to investigate the viscoelasticity of asphalt binder at the softening point temperature, more than 30 different asphalt binders were selected and tested by dynamic rheological scan method using a dynamic shear rheometer(DSR). The softening points and the rheological parameters of the asphalt samples were measured and analyzed. The results indicated that at the softening point temperature the neat asphalt and the SBS modified asphalt showed two different rheological states. The neat asphalt binders had a majority of viscous components in viscoelastic composition, with the phase angles being mostly higher than 80 o. The SBS modified binders had lower phase angles, with their elasticity still retained. Meanwhile, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that at a confidence level of 0.05, at whatever aging state, the neat asphalt had a stable complex modulus corresponding to the softening point, which was 13.034 kPa at a standard deviation of 2.105 kPa under the same test condition. The softening point of neat asphalt binder can be calculated via the equivalent modulus rule. It is found out that there is a good relationship between the calculated and the measured softening points. And it is suggested that more data are needed to validate this finding. 展开更多

The design and fabrication processes of a novel scanner with minimized coupling motions for a high-speed atomic force microscope (AFM) were addressed. An appropriate design modification was proposed through the analyses of the dynamic characteristics of existing linear motion stages using a dynamic analysis program, Recurdyn. Because the scanning speed of each direction may differ, the linear motion stage for a high-speed scanner was designed to have different resonance frequencies for the modes, with one dominant displacement in the desired directions. This objective was achieved by using one-direction flexure mechanisms for each direction and mounting one stage for fast motion on the other stage for slow motion. This unsymmetrical configuration separated the frequencies of two vibration modes with one dominant displacement in each desired direction, and hence suppressed the coupling between motions in two directions. A pair of actuators was used for each axis to decrease the crosstalk between the two motions and give a sufficient force to actuate the slow motion stage, which carried the fast motion stage, A lossy material, such as grease, was inserted into the flexure hinge to suppress vibration problems that occurred when using an input triangular waveforrn. With these design modifications and the vibration suppression method, a novel scanner with a scanning speed greater than 20 Hz is achieved. 展开更多

Using linear interpolation method, VIRE algorithm simply treats the signal strength value and distance of the reference tag as a linear relationship, leading to the inaccuracy of signal strength value for virtual reference tags. The threshold in VIRE algorithm is a fixed value that needs repeatedly adjustment through experiments, which results in the complicated algorithm. To solve these problems, an improved algorithm is proposed in this paper, including nonlinear interpolation algorithm, dynamic threshold setting and tag self-correction of fuzzy map, which builds an indoor positioning system based on reference tags. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can improve the positioning accuracy and improve the stability of positioning results under bad environmental conditions without increasing the number of reference tags. 展开更多
