为研究盾构掘进施工对周围土体及邻近工程设施的影响,在现场实测天津地铁1号线盾构试验段数据的基础上,采用有限元程序ABAQUS对盾构掘进过程进行了动态模拟,计算结果与实测值吻合良好.进一步分析了盾构掘进对邻近建筑物、地下管线和桩... 为研究盾构掘进施工对周围土体及邻近工程设施的影响,在现场实测天津地铁1号线盾构试验段数据的基础上,采用有限元程序ABAQUS对盾构掘进过程进行了动态模拟,计算结果与实测值吻合良好.进一步分析了盾构掘进对邻近建筑物、地下管线和桩基础等工程设施带来的影响,得到了沉降槽曲线与影响临近工程设施的具体数值.计算结果表明,工程设施离隧道越近,受到盾构掘进的影响越大,当距离3倍洞径以外时影响已经很小,距离大于4倍洞径时,影响可以忽略不计. 展开更多

目的优化横向拉刀的切削深度和纵向切刀的刀片刃口轮廓曲线,减小钢管切口的变形,减少毛刺的产生,提高剪切质量.方法理论分析纵向切刀刀片刃口轮廓曲线对剪切过程中管料受力方向的影响,并应用金属成形有限元软件进行动态有限元模拟;根据... 目的优化横向拉刀的切削深度和纵向切刀的刀片刃口轮廓曲线,减小钢管切口的变形,减少毛刺的产生,提高剪切质量.方法理论分析纵向切刀刀片刃口轮廓曲线对剪切过程中管料受力方向的影响,并应用金属成形有限元软件进行动态有限元模拟;根据刀片理论轮廓曲线刀尖细而长的现象,采用两次剪切的剪切方式,并对横向拉刀的切削深度对纵向切刀刺破管壁时的受力影响进行动态有限元模拟.结果纵向切刀的刀片刃口轮廓曲线形状是影响剪切区域内材料的受力方向和剪切质量的主要因素,通过建立三维模型、合理设置边界条件、进行剪切过程的动态有限元模拟,得到相关的模拟数据.结论横向切刀的合理切削深度为管壁厚的50%~75%;曲线切刀有利于实现切削外翻,减小了钢管切口变形,减少了撕裂现象的产生以及毛刺的产生,提高了剪切质量. 展开更多

Aim To study the elastic plastic dynamical constitutive relations about a jointed rock mass under explosion load and its computer simulation. Methods\ Stress history is taken into account and stresses will follow changes in time during a period of explosion load. According to the principle of static force balance, the corresponding nodal concentrated force is calculated and the nodal displacement is counted. The elastic plastic dynamic finite element equations are thus obtained. Results\ A finite element method is given for a jointed rock mass under explosion load. Conclusion\ The problem of large plastic deformation for jointed rock mass on blasting was efficiently resolved through dynamic finite element analysis and the range of damages by blasting simulated, and this pushes forward the problem to engineering practice. 展开更多

Based on the theory of field modeling, fire dynamic simulator (FDS) was used to identify the temperature field. The damage mechanism of the structure was determined by FEM analysis. After damage assessment, the shell was repaired with the pipe-encasement method. Finally, field test was employed to check the capacity of the structure after repair. The numerical study results indicate that the damage assessment agrees well with field inspection, verifying the accuracy of fire numerical simulation and FEM analysis. The field test results prove that the pipe-encasement method is secure and reasonable, and the repaired shell is safe. 展开更多
