基于双馈感应风力发电机在持续调频动态过程中,调频能力因风速波动或风电预测误差,而具有不确定性。首先,提出一种基于风电预测的储能模型预测控制策略,该策略根据未来一个预测周期内风速的波动情况,提前修正当前时刻充放电行为,以便能... 基于双馈感应风力发电机在持续调频动态过程中,调频能力因风速波动或风电预测误差,而具有不确定性。首先,提出一种基于风电预测的储能模型预测控制策略,该策略根据未来一个预测周期内风速的波动情况,提前修正当前时刻充放电行为,以便能改善风电预测周期内风速不确定性对调频能力的影响,并将其转换成二次规划问题进行求解。其次,考虑到储能容量限制,提出一种随风速变化的储能动态荷电状态双层优化模型。在该模型外层,设计一种随风速变化而自动调整动态荷电状态初始值的优化函数,进而优化不同风速波动情况下的风储系统调频能力。在模型内层,构建储能充放电速度模型,旨在避免持续调频过程中过充过放对储能寿命的损耗。仿真结果表明:该策略和动态动态荷电状态优化模型能有效改善风速随机性和预测误差对风电调频能力的影响,提高风储系统频率运行稳定性。 展开更多

In order to improve the estimation accuracy of the battery's state of charge(SOC) for the hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),the SOC estimation algorithm based on advanced wavelet neural network(WNN) is presented.Based on advanced WNN,the SOC estimation model of a lithium-ion power battery for the HEV is first established.Then,the convergence of the advanced WNN algorithm is proved by mathematical deduction.Finally,using an adequate data sample of various charging and discharging of HEV batteries,the neural network is trained.The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can effectively decrease the estimation errors of the lithium-ion power battery SOC from the range of ±8% to ±1.5%,compared with the traditional SOC estimation methods. 展开更多

We investigate the entanglement dynamics of a quantum system consisting of three superconducting charge qubits (SCQs) interacting with a microwave field. For separable and entangled states of the SCQs, the evolutions are studied under various photon numbers of cavity field. The results show that the amplitude and period of the bipartite entanglement square concurrences can be controlled by the choice of initial states of SCQs and photon number of cavity field, respectively. This simple model of a quantum register allows us to understand the dynamic process of the quantum storage of information carried by charge qubit. 展开更多

By monitoring the time evolution of the optical absorption spectrum corresponding to dy- namic information of aspect ratio (AR) and volume, we succeeded in following the growth kinetics of gold nanorods. The results indicate that the rods growth consists of two stages: seeds develop into rods with a fast AR increase and the rods grow big with constant AR. Here, a charge transfer model, involving positive charge transfer from Au(I) to seed and neu- tralization by electron from ascorbic acid, has been introduced to explain the autoeatalysis mechanism of rod growth. The good agreement between the numerical simulation based on this moldel and experimental results supports the proposed mechanism. 展开更多

This paper gives an insight on the effect of transmission line temperature variations, resulting from loading and weather conditions changes, on a power system's steady state and dynamic performance. The impact of dynamic load models on system stability is also studied. The steady-state and dynamic stability simulation results of a 39 bus system for constant line impedance (the traditional simulation practice) are compared to the results with estimated, but realistic, temperature varied line impedances using PSLF (positive sequence load flow) software. The modulated line impedances will affect the thermal loading levels and voltage profiles of buses under steady state response, while the dynamic results will show improved damping in electro-mechanical oscillations at generator buses. 展开更多

Units and components of the powerful power equipment are exposed to the big static and dynamic load. An example of such equipments is turbines hydraulic power plant and, especially, hydroelectric pumped storage power plant. Existing techniques of control of a vibrating condition do not consider: very wide frequency range of vibrating processes, difficult character of such processes in the form of the sum multiharmonic, random and close to shock processes. Such techniques usually do not consider intervals of start-up and stop, and also work on transitive modes when loadings on a construction are maximum. Available techniques of an estimation of admissible level of vibrating influence and tests for vibration durability are not harmonized enough among themselves. Various known interpretations of communication of vibrating characteristics and durability estimations on mechanical pressure at broadband vibrating influence yield ambiguous result. On the basis of the analysis of the published information, we attempt to formulate the requirement to system of vibrating monitoring of the hydraulic turbine and power motor pumps. System should provide data acquisition and the analysis of the data on a vibrating condition taking into account accumulation of vibrating influences and long term of operation on the basis of estimation methods as low-cycle, and high-cycle (gigacycle) fatigue is made. 展开更多
