Most of them are based on trad...The agility and the flexibility of the current shop floor control systems have been limited so far, owing to the lack of structural flexibility and agility in its control software layer. Most of them are based on traditional hierarchical architecture and the top down approach and depend structurally on their specific configuration and job scheduling. Not only can they hardly satisfactorily adapt to these increasing changes and disturbances, but also make the redevelopment and maintenance of shop floor control system (SFCS) to need high cost and much time. And SFCS based on the heterarchical architecture don′t provide a predictable and high performance system, especially not in the heterogeneous environments, where the resources are scarce and the current decisions have serious repercussions on the future performances. For this reason, the heterarchical control is hardly applied in industry. Obviously, it is necessary to develop a new structural framework of reconfigurable SFCS to improve their agility, flexibility and maintainability. This paper presents a holonic framework of reconfigurable SFCS based on holonic manufacturing concepts. The framework is composed of resource holons, product holons and other staff holons. The model of each holon and the co operative mechanisms of holons are described. To verify the proposed approach experimentally, a prototype reconfigurable SFCS for a flexible manufacturing shop floor producing discrete parts is implemented.展开更多

The first method generalizes the Levy identification method from the integer order systems to the non-integer order systems. Then, the weighted iteration method is presented to overcome the shortcomings of the first method. Results show that the proposed methods have better performance compared with the integer order identification method. For the non-integer order systems, the proposed methods have the better fitting for the system frequency response. For the integer order system, if commensurate order scanning is applied, the proposed methods can also achieve the best integer order model which fits the system frequency response. The perturbation theory is employed to set up the dynamic pressure equation. The Reynolds equation and dynamic pressure equations are solved by finite difference method. The results obtained by the difference methods agree well with that calculated by the close solutions. IBM3370 slider is employed as a physical model. Methods \ In the light of basic theory of multibody system dynamics and impact dynamics on the basis of classical theory of impact, R W method is adopted to construct the vehicle occupant system model consisting of fourteen rigid bodies, thirty seven DOFs and slip joints for the simulation. A software named SVC3D(3 dimensional simulation of vehicle crash) is developed in the FORTRAN language. Results\ The results of simulation have a good coincidence with those of tests and the restraint system with low elongation webbing and equipped with pretensioner provides better restraint effect for the occupant. Conclusion\ The model of vehicle occupant multibody system and SVC3D are suitable for use. Occupant should be belted with low elongation webbing to a certain degree and occupant restraint system should be equipped with pretensioner.展开更多

This experiment system is composed of primary...According to the deficiency of experiment system for gas adsorption and desorption in coal mass, a large scale experiment system is developed independently by researchers. This experiment system is composed of primary and auxiliary boxes, power transmission system, mining system, loading system, gas charging system, data monitoring and intelligent acquisition system. The maximum experiment coal consumption is 1200 kg, the mining system is developed to conduct experiment for gas desorption under excavating disturbance, and the plane-charging cribriform ventilation device is developed to realize uniform ventilation for experiment coal sample, which is accord with the actual gas source situation of coal bed. The desorption characteristics of gas in coal are experimentally studied under the conditions of nature and mining using the experiment system. The results show that, compare with nature condition, the permeability of coal and the velocity of gas desorption could significantly increase under the influence of coal pressure relief and destruction caused by mining, and the degree of gas desorption could somewhat increase too. Finally, pressure relief gas extraction of current seam and adjacent seams after mining in a certain coal mine of Yangquan mining area are introduced, and the gas desorption experiment results is verified by analyzing the effect of gas extraction.展开更多

This paper analyzed the interaction among the three essential elements of coal and gas outburst dynamic system. A stress-seepage-damage coupling model was established which can be used to simulate the evolution of the dynamical system, and then the size scale of coal and gas outburst dynamical system was investigated. Results show that the dynam- ical system is consisted of three essential elements, coal-gas medium (material basis), geology dynamic environment (internal motivation) and mining disturbance (external motivation). On the case of CI 3 coal seam in Panyi Mine, the dynamical system exists in the range of 8-12 m in front of advancing face. The size scale will be larger where there are large geologic structures. This research plays an important guid- ing role for developing measures of coal and gas outburst prediction and prevention.展开更多

A novel composite disturbance observer based control (DOBC) and H∞ control scheme is presented so that the disturbance with the exogenous system can be estimated and compensated and the consensus of the multi-agent systems with fixed and switching graph can be reached by using Hoo control law. However, countries with limited shallow water areas require innovative floating platfo...The development of offshore wind farms was originally carried out in shallow water areas with fixed (seabed mounted) structures. However, countries with limited shallow water areas require innovative floating platforms to deploy wind turbines offshore in order to harness wind energy to generate electricity in deep seas. The performances of motion and mooring system dynamics are vital to designing a cost effective and durable floating platform. This paper describes a numerical model to simulate dynamic behavior of a new semi-submersible type floating offshore wind turbine (FOWT) system. The wind turbine was modeled as a wind block with a certain thrust coefficient, and the hydrodynamics and mooting system dynamics of the platform were calculated by SESAM soRware. The effect of change in environmental conditions on the dynamic response of the system under wave and wind loading was examined. The results indicate that the semi-submersible concept has excellent performance and SESAM could be an effective tool for floating wind turbine design and analysis.展开更多

It is shown that a function augmented sliding hyperplane can...An adaptive terminal sliding mode control (SMC) technique is proposed to deal with the tracking problem for a class of high-order nonlinear dynamic systems. It is shown that a function augmented sliding hyperplane can be used to develop a new terminal sliding mode for high-order nonlinear systems. A terminal SMC controller based on Lyapunov theory is designed to force the state variables of the closed-loop system to reach and remain on the terminal sliding mode, so that the output tracking error then converges to zero in finite time which can be set arbitrarily. An adaptive mechanism is introduced to estimate the unknown parameters of the upper bounds of system uncertainties. The estimates are then used as controller parameters so that the effects of uncertain dynamics can be eliminated. It is also shown that the stability of the closed-loop system can be guaranteed with the proposed control strategy. The simulation of a numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of the new method.展开更多

Dynamical equation of multibody system with quick startup and brake and piezoelectric actuators intelligent structure was built. The optimum driving load was calculated by applying the presented method. The self-sensing and self-tuning closed-loop active vibration control in quick startup and brake process was realized. The control algorithm, using local velocity negative feedback, i.e. the output of a sensor only affects the output of the actuator collocated, can induce damping effectively to actively suppress the system vibration. Based on the optimization design for driving load of multibody system with quick startup and bake, the active damping of piezoelectric actuators intelligent structure was used to farther suppress the vibration of system. Theoretical analysis and calculation of numerical show that the proposed method makes the vibration of system decrease more than the optimal design method for driving load of multibody system.展开更多

Such technologies are expected to meet the need of many manufacturing industries who want to adopt E-manufacturing system for the construction of globalization, agility, and digitalization to cope with the rapid changing market requirements. In this research, a real-time Web-based machine tool and machining process monitoring system is developed as the first step for implementing E-manufacturing system. In this system, the current variations of the main spindle and feeding motors are measured using hall sensors. And the relationship between the cutting force and the spindle motor RMS (Root Mean Square) current at various spindle rotational speeds is obtained. Thermocouples are used to measure temperature variations of important heat sources of a machine tool. Also, a rule-based expert system is applied in order to decide the machining process and machine tool are in normal conditions. Finally, the effectiveness of the developed system is verified through a series of experiments.展开更多
Submersible buoy systems are widely used for oceanographic research,ocean engineering and coastal defense.Severe sea environment has obvious effects on the dynamics of submersible buoy systems.Huge tension can occur a...Submersible buoy systems are widely used for oceanographic research,ocean engineering and coastal defense.Severe sea environment has obvious effects on the dynamics of submersible buoy systems.Huge tension can occur and may cause the snap of cables,especially during the deployment period.This paper studies the deployment dynamics of submersible buoy systems with numerical and experimental methods.By applying the lumped mass approach,a three-dimensional multi-body model of submersible buoy system is developed considering the hydrodynamic force,tension force and impact force between components of submersible buoy system and seabed.Numerical integration method is used to solve the differential equations.The simulation output includes tension force,trajectory,profile and dropping location and impact force of submersible buoys.In addition,the deployment experiment of a simplified submersible buoy model was carried out.The profile and different nodes' velocities of the submersible buoy are obtained.By comparing the results of the two methods,it is found that the numerical model well simulates the actual process and conditions of the experiment.The simulation results agree well with the results of the experiment such as gravity anchor's location and velocities of different nodes of the submersible buoy.The study results will help to understand the conditions of submersible buoy's deployment,operation and recovery,and can be used to guide the design and optimization of the system.展开更多

It is also shown that the stability of the closed-loop system can be guaranteed with the proposed control strategy. The simulation of a numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of the new method.

文摘A kind of active vibration control method was presented based on active damping and optimization design for driving load of multibody system with quick startup and brake. Dynamical equation of multibody system with quick startup and brake and piezoelectric actuators intelligent structure was built. The optimum driving load was calculated by applying the presented method. The self-sensing and self-tuning closed-loop active vibration control in quick startup and brake process was realized. The control algorithm, using local velocity negative feedback, i.e. the output of a sensor only affects the output of the actuator collocated, can induce damping effectively to actively suppress the system vibration. Based on the optimization design for driving load of multibody system with quick startup and bake, the active damping of piezoelectric actuators intelligent structure was used to farther suppress the vibration of system. Theoretical analysis and calculation of numerical show that the proposed method makes the vibration of system decrease more than the optimal design method for driving load of multibody system.

文摘Recently, with the rapid growth of information technology, many studies have been performed to implement Web-based manufacturing system. Such technologies are expected to meet the need of many manufacturing industries who want to adopt E-manufacturing system for the construction of globalization, agility, and digitalization to cope with the rapid changing market requirements. In this research, a real-time Web-based machine tool and machining process monitoring system is developed as the first step for implementing E-manufacturing system. In this system, the current variations of the main spindle and feeding motors are measured using hall sensors. And the relationship between the cutting force and the spindle motor RMS (Root Mean Square) current at various spindle rotational speeds is obtained. Thermocouples are used to measure temperature variations of important heat sources of a machine tool. Also, a rule-based expert system is applied in order to decide the machining process and machine tool are in normal conditions. Finally, the effectiveness of the developed system is verified through a series of experiments.

文摘Submersible buoy systems are widely used for oceanographic research,ocean engineering and coastal defense.Severe sea environment has obvious effects on the dynamics of submersible buoy systems.Huge tension can occur and may cause the snap of cables,especially during the deployment period.This paper studies the deployment dynamics of submersible buoy systems with numerical and experimental methods.By applying the lumped mass approach,a three-dimensional multi-body model of submersible buoy system is developed considering the hydrodynamic force,tension force and impact force between components of submersible buoy system and seabed.Numerical integration method is used to solve the differential equations.The simulation output includes tension force,trajectory,profile and dropping location and impact force of submersible buoys.In addition,the deployment experiment of a simplified submersible buoy model was carried out.The profile and different nodes' velocities of the submersible buoy are obtained.By comparing the results of the two methods,it is found that the numerical model well simulates the actual process and conditions of the experiment.The simulation results agree well with the results of the experiment such as gravity anchor's location and velocities of different nodes of the submersible buoy.The study results will help to understand the conditions of submersible buoy's deployment,operation and recovery,and can be used to guide the design and optimization of the system.

The key technology of short length and high power thin seam drum shearer, and new type roof support with big extension ratio and plate canopy were introduced. The new research achievement on automatic control system of complete sets of equipment for the thin seam coal, which composed of electronic-hydraulic system, compact thin seam roof supports, high effective shearer with intelligent control system, and characterized by automatical follow-up and remote control technology, was described in this paper..

文摘As a complementary to terrestrial mobile communication systems, mobile satellite communication system can fill the gaps that cannot be covered by terrestrial network, and provides an irreplaceable solution for emergency communication in disaster. To pave the road for future satellite/terrestrial integrated communication networks, ITU-R invited proposals for candidate Radio Interface Technology(RIT) for the satellite component of International Mobile Telecommunications(IMT)-Advanced. China proposed the RIT of Long Term Evolution(LTE)-satellite as a candidate to be considered as IMT-Advanced satellite technology. The submitted LTE-satellite candidate RIT is specified based on terrestrial LTEAdvanced FDD standards that are developed in 3GPP. Considering satellite requirements, a number of modifications to LTE-Advanced are made to adapt to satellite radio transmission environments. This paper provides a general introduction of the new characteristics of LTEsatellite.
