The control law of the clearance for alleviating the vibration of primary system is derived by means of harmonic balancing technique so that the working frequency of the vibration absorber can trace the frequency variation of the harmonic excitation. The efficacy of the strategy is demonstrated by numerical simulations for attenuating the steady state vibration of a SDOF system and a 2 DOF system, which are under the harmonic excitation with slowly varied frequency in a wide range.展开更多

Research on cooperative nav...The authors proposed a moving long baseline algorithm based on the extended Kalman filter (EKF) for cooperative navigation and localization of multi-unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). Research on cooperative navigation and localization for multi-UUVs is important to solve navigation problems that restrict long and deep excursions. The authors investigated improvements in navigation accuracy. In the moving long base line (MLBL) structure, the master UUV is equipped with a high precision navigation system as a node of the moving long baseline, and the slave UUV is equipped with a low precision navigation system. They are both equipped with acoustic devices to measure relative location. Using traditional triangulation methods to calculate the position of the slave UUV may cause a faulty solution. An EKF was designed to solve this, combining the proprioceptive and exteroceptive sensors. Research results proved that the navigational accuracy is improved significantly with the MLBL method based on EKF.展开更多

In the method, there is no need to determine the structure of the class of normal forms in advance. Because the subspace is not related to the dimensions of the system and the order of the normal forms directly, it is determined only by a given vector field. So the normal forms with high orders and dimensions can be calculated by the method without difficulties. At the receiver, a non dynamical system which adopts the same nonlinear functions as what is adopted at transmitter is used to retrieve the masking sequence from the received signal and then the message sequence is recovered through subtraction. The drug concentration-time curve for target organ can be plotted with reference to the data of drug concentration in blood according to the model. The pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug in target organ could also be obtained. The practicability of the model was further checked by the curves of drug concentration-time in blood and target organ(liver) of liver-targeting nanoparticles in animal tests. Based on the liver drug concentration-time curves calculated by the function formula of the drug in target organ, the pharmacokinetic behavior of the drug in target organ(liver) was analyzed by statistical moment, and its pharmacokinetic parameters in liver were obtained. This method is applied to two types of chaotic dynamic systems(Lorenz and Rssler...A new method of nonlinear analysis is established by combining phase space reconstruction and data reduction sub-frequency band wavelet. This method is applied to two types of chaotic dynamic systems(Lorenz and Rssler) to examine the anti-noise ability for complex systems. Results show that the nonlinear dynamic system analysis method resists noise and reveals the internal dynamics of a weak signal from noise pollution. On this basis, the vertical upward gas–liquid two-phase flow in a 2 mm × 0.81 mm small rectangular channel is investigated. The frequency and energy distributions of the main oscillation mode are revealed by analyzing the time–frequency spectra of the pressure signals of different flow patterns. The positive power spectral density of singular-value frequency entropy and the damping ratio are extracted to characterize the evolution of flow patterns and achieve accurate recognition of different vertical upward gas–liquid flow patterns(bubbly flow:100%, slug flow: 92%, churn flow: 96%, annular flow: 100%). The proposed analysis method will enrich the dynamics theory of multi-phase flow in small channel.展开更多

The theoretical deduction of a space vector PWM (SVPWM) algorithm is given in this paper. The paper also analyzes the distribution of the volt-age-space vector of the four-leg converter in αβγ coordinates and describes methods to determine the location of the voltage-space vector and to calculate duration time. Finally,the algorithm is implemented in simulation; the results show that the total harmonic distortion (THD) of the three phase-current waveforms is reduced. It is shown that a function augmented sliding hyperplane can be used to develop a new terminal sliding mode for high-order nonlinear systems. A terminal SMC controller based on Lyapunov theory is designed to force the state variables of the closed-loop system to reach and remain on the terminal sliding mode, so that the output tracking error then converges to zero in finite time which can be set arbitrarily. An adaptive mechanism is introduced to estimate the unknown parameters of the upper bounds of system uncertainties. The estimates are then used as controller parameters so that the effects of uncertain dynamics can be eliminated. It is also shown that the stability of the closed-loop system can be guaranteed with the proposed control strategy. The simulation of a numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of the new method.展开更多

In this study, a fourtee...Glycerol may be converted to 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PD) by Klebsiella pneumoniae under anaerobic conditions and glycerol dismutation involves two parallel pathways controlled by the dha regulon. In this study, a fourteen-dimensional nonlinear dynamic system is presented to describe the continuous culture and multiplicity analysis, in which two regulated negative-feedback mechanisms of repression and enzyme inhibition are investigated. The model describing the expression of gene-mRNA-enzyme-product was established according to the repression of the dha regulon by 3-hydroxypropionaldehy (3-HPA). Comparisons between simulated and experimental results indicate that the model can be used to describe the production of 1,3-PD under continuous fermentation. The new model is translated into the corresponding S-system version. The robustness of this model is discussed by using the S-system model and the sensitivity analysis shows that the model is sufficiently robust. The influences of initial glycerol concentration and dilution rate on the biosynthesis of 1,3-PD and the stability of the dha regulon model are investigated. The intracellular concentrations of glycerol, 1,3-PD, 3-HPA, repressor mRNA, repressor, mRNA and protein levels of glycerol dehydratase (GDHt) and 1,3-PD oxydoreductase (PDOR) can be predicted for continuous cultivation. The results of simulation and analysis indicate that 3-HPA accumulation will repress the expression of the dha regulon at the transcriptional level. This model gives new insights into the regulation of glycerol metabolism in K. pneumoniae and explain some of the experimental observations.展开更多

Based on the multi-resolution analysis (MRA) of wavelet...As there are lots of non-linear systems in the real engineering, it is very important to do more researches on the modeling and prediction of non-linear systems. Based on the multi-resolution analysis (MRA) of wavelet theory, this paper combined the wavelet theory with neural network and established a MRA wavelet network with the scaling function and wavelet function as its neurons. From the analysis in the frequency domain, the results indicated that MRA wavelet network was better than other wavelet networks in the ability of approaching to the signals. An essential research was can:led out on modeling and prediction with MRA wavelet network in the non-linear system. Using the lengthwise sway data received from the experiment of ship model, a model of offline prediction was established and was applied to the short-time prediction of ship motion. The simulation results indicated that the forecasting model improved the prediction precision effectively, lengthened the forecasting time and had a better prediction results than that of AR linear model. The research indicates that it is feasible to use the MRA wavelet network in the short-time prediction of ship motion.展开更多

In this paper, we established a 2-degree-of-freedom (DOF) nonlinear vibration model for such a system, deduced the differential equations of motion which govern its dynamics, and worked out the solutions for the governing equations by the principle of superposition of nonlinear normal modes (NLNM) based on Shaw’s theory of invariant manifolds. We conducted numerical simulations with the established model, using superposition of nonlinear normal modes and direct numerical methods, respectively. The obtained results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method in that its calculated data varies in a similar tendency to that of the direct numerical solutions.展开更多

文摘As there are lots of non-linear systems in the real engineering, it is very important to do more researches on the modeling and prediction of non-linear systems. Based on the multi-resolution analysis (MRA) of wavelet theory, this paper combined the wavelet theory with neural network and established a MRA wavelet network with the scaling function and wavelet function as its neurons. From the analysis in the frequency domain, the results indicated that MRA wavelet network was better than other wavelet networks in the ability of approaching to the signals. An essential research was can:led out on modeling and prediction with MRA wavelet network in the non-linear system. Using the lengthwise sway data received from the experiment of ship model, a model of offline prediction was established and was applied to the short-time prediction of ship motion. The simulation results indicated that the forecasting model improved the prediction precision effectively, lengthened the forecasting time and had a better prediction results than that of AR linear model. The research indicates that it is feasible to use the MRA wavelet network in the short-time prediction of ship motion.

文摘Many important vibration phenomena which simultaneously contain quadratic nonlinear stiffness and damping exist in the complicated vibrating systems under practical circumstances. In this paper, we established a 2-degree-of-freedom (DOF) nonlinear vibration model for such a system, deduced the differential equations of motion which govern its dynamics, and worked out the solutions for the governing equations by the principle of superposition of nonlinear normal modes (NLNM) based on Shaw’s theory of invariant manifolds. We conducted numerical simulations with the established model, using superposition of nonlinear normal modes and direct numerical methods, respectively. The obtained results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method in that its calculated data varies in a similar tendency to that of the direct numerical solutions.
