在动车运行过程中,速度和位置是保障其安全的重要数据。文章根据动车测速的要求,设计了一种雷达测速和加速度传感器测速协同工作的系统,雷达测速依据多普勒原理直接计算得到动车相对于地面的速度,加速度传感器可以监测雷达是否正常,在... 在动车运行过程中,速度和位置是保障其安全的重要数据。文章根据动车测速的要求,设计了一种雷达测速和加速度传感器测速协同工作的系统,雷达测速依据多普勒原理直接计算得到动车相对于地面的速度,加速度传感器可以监测雷达是否正常,在雷达测速的盲区,利用加速度传感器测得动车的加速度数据,通过加速度的积分得到速度值,雷达测速和加速度传感器测速相互补充。利用数字信号处理(digital signal processing,DSP)对测量数据进行处理,通过通用异步收发传输器(universal asynchronous reciver/transmitter,UART)将更可靠的速度值发往上位机。实验证明,该测速方式在复杂的铁路环境中能长期稳定地运行,满足全天候、实时性要求,在保障动车安全运行方面发挥重要作用。 展开更多

Results of in-situ vibration measurement carried out at Tianjin West Elevated Railway Station which has the trains running on the station structure were reported. The main excitation source is the train passing through the station. Vibration measurements were recorded in the vertical direction of the supporting track beam, the platform and the steel truss beam of the waiting hall, as well as in the vertical, longitudinal and transverse directions of the roof arch base of the station. Acceleration time responses were obtained. The maximum value, vibration level and one-third octave band RMS spectra of the measured accelerations were studied. The propagation of vibration in different structural floors was discussed. The influence of train speed, distance to the vibration source and the type of train on the structural vibration were analyzed. Results show that the vibration level increases with the train speed, while it attenuates with the distance to the track. Furthermore, the vibration responses of different structural floors were compared, and it is noted that the vertical vibration of the bottom slab of the platform is most severe and the transverse vibration of the roof arch base is the smallest. The results provide reference on the vibration characteristics and vibration energy distribution of this type of "Train on building frame" system used as an elevated railway station. 展开更多

In order to study the transmission efficiency of engine and optimize the structure of driving wheel,the rotational speed storage test device of driving wheel in tracked vehicle based on magnetoelectric sensor was designed.The device consisted of a mounting bracket,a sensor and a tester.The mounting bracket was installed in vehicle body after fixing the tester and sensor to mounting bracket beside the driving wheel.Using the storage test instrument,the wireless trigger technology was applied to synchronously record and stored the rotational speed data of the driving wheel in tracked vehicle.After the experiment was finished,the data was read out through the upper computer.Both valid data and satisfactory results were obtained through both simulated and actual vehicle tests. 展开更多

In order to meet the technical requirements of grinding the circumferential cutting edge of indexable inserts, thermo-mechanical properties of bowl-shaped grinding wheel in high speed grinding process and the influence of dimension variations of the grinding wheel on machining accuracy were investigated. Firstly, the variation trends of the dimension due to centrifugal force generated in different wheel speeds were studied and the effect of stress stiffening and spin softening was presented. Triangular heat flux distribution model was adopted to determine temperature distribution in grinding process. Temperature field cloud pictures were obtained by the finite element software. Then, dimension variation trends of wheel structure were acquired by considering the thermo-mechanical characteristic under combined action of centrifugal force and grinding heat at different speeds. A method of online dynamic monitoring and automatic compensation for dimension error of indexable insert was proposed. By experimental verification, the precision of the inserts satisfies the requirement of processing. 展开更多

Experimental investigation on the wing-wake interaction at the mid stroke in hovering flight of dragonfly 被引量:2

This paper focuses on flow structures of the wing-wake interaction between the hind wing and the wake of the forewing in hovering flight of a dragonfly since there are arguments whether the wing-wake interaction is useful or not.A mechanical flapping model with two tandem wings is used to study the interaction.In the device,two identical simplified model wings are mounted to the flapping model and they are both scaled up to keep the Reynolds number similar to those of dragonfly in hovering flight since our experiment is conducted in a water tank.The kinetic pattern of dragonfly(Aeschna juncea) is chosen because of its special interesting asymmetry.A multi-slice phase-locked stereo particle image velocimetry(PIV) system is used to record flow structures around the hind wing at the mid downstroke(t/T=0.25) and the mid upstroke(t/T=0.75).To make comparison of the flow field between with and without the influence of the wake,flow structures around a single flapping wing(hind wing without the existence of the forewing) at these two stroke phases are also recorded.A local vortex identification scheme called swirling strength is applied to determine the vortices around the wing and they are visualized with the iso-surface of swirling strength.This paper also presents contour lines of z at each spanwise position of the hind wing,the vortex core position of the leading edge vortex(LEV) of hind wing with respect to the upper surface of hind wing,the circulation of the hind wing LEV at each spanwise position and so on.Experimental results show that dimension and strength of the hind wing LEV are impaired at the mid stroke in comparison with the single wing LEV because of the downwash from the forewing.Our results also reveal that a wake vortex from the forewing traverses the upper surface of the hind wing at the mid downstroke and its distance to the upper surface is about 40% of the wing chord length.At the instant,the distance of the hind wing LEV to the upper surface is about 20% of the wing chord length.Thus,there must be a wing-wake interaction mechanism that makes the wake vortex become an additional LEV of the hind wing and it can partly compensate the hind wing for its lift loss caused by the downwash from the forewing. 展开更多
