苹果树腐烂病的生物防治技术“树干包泥”法研究 被引量:6

研究了苹果树腐烂病的生物防治办法——树主干"薄塑料+黄泥包扎"法,在富士树上进行试验,无毒、无公害,减少侵染机会效果明显,结果表明:这项技术不但能促进受伤部位的愈伤组织快速形成,而且对于树势恢复,培养健壮树势大有好处... 研究了苹果树腐烂病的生物防治办法——树主干"薄塑料+黄泥包扎"法,在富士树上进行试验,无毒、无公害,减少侵染机会效果明显,结果表明:这项技术不但能促进受伤部位的愈伤组织快速形成,而且对于树势恢复,培养健壮树势大有好处。同时可明显的提高当年果品质量,¢65以上优果率达到91.4%,较对照62.5%提高28.9个百分点,着色度较对照提高36.3个百分点,果面干净、果点小、果实退白好,着色快。 展开更多

(1)煮茶汁:取红茶末0.5公斤,加水2.5公斤 (以制1000枚皮蛋汁,下同)煮沸后,滤去茶叶渣。(2)拌料:将茶水放在不漏水的容器内,再逐步放入生石灰块。当放入5.3公斤石灰块并充分反应后,将纯碱1.5公斤,食盐2公斤加入容器里,再加入1.3公斤石灰... [Objective] The study was to immunohistochemical localize the endocrine cells from digestive tract of Misgurnus [ Method ] Using six gastrointestinal hormone antisera, the endocrine cells from digestive tract of M. anguillicaudatus was localized. [ Result ]The 5-hydroxytryptamine immunoreactive(5-HT-IR) cells distribute in oesophagus, foregut and midgut; the distribution density was determined to be forepart of foregut 〉 oesophagus and hindpart of foregut 〉 gut, and the differences in the three density gradients reached significant level. Like PP-IR, SS-IR cells were observed mostly in oesophagus, followed by hindpart of foregut, least in forepart of foregut, but never found in gut and hindgut. The three kinds of immunocompetent cells Gas-IR, Glu-IR and SP-IR were not detected in each part of digestive tract. [ Conctusion] This study may provide basic data for studying the nutritional and digestive physiology, as well as the preparation of meridic diets for M. anguillicaudatus. 展开更多

The grain grading model and prediction of deleterious porosity of cement-based materials

The calculating model for the packing degree of spherical particles system was modified. The grain grading model of cement-based materials was established and could be applied in the global grading system as well as in the nano-fiber reinforced system. According to the grain grading model, two kinds of mortar were designed by using the global grain materials and nano-fiber materials such as fly ash, silica fume and NR powder. In this paper, the densities of two above systems cured for 90d were tested and the relationship of deleterious porosity and the total porosity of hardened mortar was discussed. Research results show that nano-fiber material such as NR powder can increase the density of cement-based materials. The relationship of deleterious porosity and the total porosity of hardened mortar accords with logarithmic curve. The deleterious porosity and the rationality of the grading can be roughly predicted through calculating the packing degree by the grain grading model of cement-based materials. 展开更多

Silica fume, fly ash and nano-fiber mineral materials (NR powder) are employed to incorporate into cement-based materials. According to the grain grading mathematical model of cement-based materials, two packing systems, namely, spherical grading system and nano-fiber reinforced system were designed. Properties and interfacial microstructure of the two systems were studied according to secondary interface theory. It was shown that nano-fiber mineral materials can improve the grain grading of the admixture, increase the density of the system, improve the microstructure of the interface and the hardened paste, and enhance the uniformity of cement-based materials mixed with composite micro-grains and greatly increase their wearable rigidity and flexure strength. In this paper, two kinds of interface models, including spherical grain model and nano-fiber reinforced interface model of the cement-based materials mixed with composite micro-grains, were brought forward. 展开更多

On the basis of new paleontological data,the sequence and distributions of the Middle Devonian-Tournaisian rocks on Hainan Island have been sorted out for the first time.The Devonian rocks include the Middle Devonian Jinbo Formation and the Upper Devonian Changjiang Formation,which are distributed in northwestern Hainan Island.The Jinbo Formation is represented by631 m of littoral facies deposits,and was intruded by the Yanshanian granite in the base.The presence of chitinozoans Eisenackitina caster,Funsochitina pilosa,and Lagenochitina amottensis indicates the Givetian in age.The Changjiang Formation is made up of 140 m of neritic facies rocks,and contains the Famennian conodonts Palmatolepis gracilis sigmoidalis,Polygnathus germanus,and corals Cystophrentis kalaohoensis.The Devonian-Tournaisian transition beds,the lower part of the Jishi Formation,are composed of 61–129 m sandstone and siltstone,with gastropods Euomphalus spp.and brachiopods,and marked by conglomerate with the underlying Devonian rocks.The middle-upper part of the Tournaisian Jishi Formation consists of 100–251 m clastic and carbonate rocks,containing abundant corals Pseudoularinia irregularis,conodonts Siphonodella isosticha,trilobites Weberiphillipsia linguiformis,and brachiopods.On the basis of the occurrence of Xinanosprifer flabellum and Homotoma sp.,the Nanhao Formation in southern Hainan Island is now regarded as the Lower Silurian,instead of the previously designated Lower Carboniferous.It is confirmed that no Carboniferous rocks occurred in the area south to the Gancheng-Wanning Fault. 展开更多
