论人性化管理中的尊严

"尊严"作为每个人都具有的价值感,是构建和谐社会的重要内容,在管理中实现尊严的维护是社会和谐的一项重要内容,具有重要意义。人性化管理作为现代新型管理理念,是在现代行为科学和管理科学中不断演变出来的。人性化管理依据人性的基本属性进行管理的制定和实施,针对人性的不同特质,在管理中尊重和激发人性的积极面,充分利用人的潜能,抑制和消除人性消极面,从而为集体和个人都带来高效益。合理的开发和利用人的内在潜能成为现代管理学研究的重要课题。本文就管理过程中通过民主化管理、自我管理、情感化管理和文化管理来实现尊严的维护,论述人性化管理中尊严的重要性。
