Analysis on Promoting the Construction and Development of Campus Culture from Art Education

Colleges and universities, as important educational institutions of training professional personnel, should make a change to the curriculum setting along with the changed demands of market on personnel. In this process, art can be used by them as a key course in teaching. On the one hand, the improvement of art education in colleges and universities can provide students with increasingly more learning opportunities in professional learning, so that the professional quality of students can be promoted to reach a corresponding level in a certain period. On the other hand, art education has exerted a variety of positive roles in promoting the construction of campus culture, and especially has promoted the students in colleges and universities to get objective cultural knowledge in ideology. Therefore, this is analyzed by the author in this paper.

Discussion of the theories of the humanization in the education and management of the college students

In the education and management, people are the objects of the management, and also are the subjects. So in the education of the college students, how can we effectively carry on the management？ In view of this problem, this paper explains the profound theories with the description of the simple language from three aspects of the basic connotation of the humanization in the educational and management of the college students, the lack of the humanization in the education and management of the college students and its significance, and the thinking of the methods of the humanization in the education and management of the college students, to solve the concept of the humanization in the management, in order to provide the theoretical reference of the humanized management for the educators.

Humanistic Principles in the Circle of European Literature Themes

There is the question--can we hope that humanism and erudition can redevelop nowadays？ In the long history of humanistic inheritance, from ancient times till the end of the 18th century, there was obvious decadence of essential humanistic points. As the historial period, humanism means revival of classical culture, and as a specific culturological phenomenon, it means erudite education created by Hellens and developed by Romans, who recovered ＂humanitas＂ as global education. Italy was the first who helped humanists to contemplate on classical culture; and in post-medieval age, Italian humanists achieved a supreme measure of humanism through their ＂humanistic studies.＂ We will try to point out good achievements of humanism erudite education in European culture in later epochs. Humanism leads man to turn over to world--after medieval stricture--and it becomes self-conscious revolution, what we can see in Latin literature till the 18th century. Rise of individualism, development of libraries and humanistic academies give chance to latin tradition in European literature as universal discipline, including erudite education in international corpus （Ragusa also）. High-intellectual and latinized elites with humanistic state of mind develop complex spiritual inteligency with science requests in later epochs too. We will try to explain in which degree humanism, with its synthetic point of view, influences on later corpus of European literary themes and how great its actuallity is nowdays.

Inquiring Into the Current Dilemma on the Employment for College Graduates

The difficulty in employment has become a serious social problem, which caused widespread concern of the government and society, it is because the system of the current economy cannot mix together organically with the cultivating form of talented person in the popular higher education. The employment post cannot satisfy the need of the talented person＇s production. The employing situation is getting worse gradually. How to find the realistic reasons and seek out a feasible way, and how to get rid of the current employment difficulties will become one of our major tasks. Through the investigation and analysis, we find out the mismatch on one-sided enrollment expansion of higher education with the economic system and the model of talent training. The prominent contradictions of the professional settings in universities with the marketing demands is the main reason of difficult employment. So, we think, in order to adjust the policies of enrollment and employment, perfecting market system, expanding employment channels, and improving the students＇ quality are the fundamental ways to solve the problem of employment. With China’s entry into WTO and the development of the economic globalization, market competition in the construction field is more and more featured by the competition of talents, the core of which is the cultivation mechanism innovation of higher construction management talents. Diverse Universe： The Law of Equity

Peaceful living has become increasingly difficult to attain in today’s world of globalization, modernization, mechanization, and competition for existing resources on all levels. Conflicts and violence are intensified due to population explosion, food insecurity, climate change, ecological and economic disaster, political and religious differences, and wars over territories and scarce resources. Additionally, health concerns are increasing, which can be partially linked to our current chemical-oriented agricultural and industrial practices. Furthermore, diverse life species are endangered from habitat loss, urbanization, and farming. By losing natural land and native species, we are losing ecosystem diversity. In an era when our planetary existence is threatened, what are the world’s communities doing to save our collective existence？ This paper, based on India’s intellectual traditions, proposes a conceptual model or a system of philosophy of three related categories-diversity, ethics, and peace-for understanding diversity and differences at all levels of existence, individual （biological）, collective （socio-cultural）, and planetary （cosmological）. The main purpose is to make this interdisciplinary study part of an educational philosophy for the creation of civilized societies that will value all lives on the basis of equitability, and recognize ethics of dignity, respect, liberty, justice, and peace.

Sister Founders in Sociology： Democratisation of Contemporary Sociological Education

Sister＇s founders in sociology as a coin term are formed by Mary ]o Deegan, in order to explain, reintroduction to female stream sociological theory. Even though there are more than 52 women considered to be founders of sociology, they are still not recognized in sociology, especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Logic of dominance with its objectification, imperialism, colonialism, patriarchy, and European West racism must be rendered with the logic of nurturing as the prevailing concept of successful bioregional cooperation and interpersonal relationships, pacification and peace agreements. Postmodern sociology especially in works of Rosemarie Tong supports the admissions of all ＂exiled, alienated, deviant and marginal people＂, therefore, the posthuman society must involve the egalitarism in works of female and male in the sociology.

Perception Survey of Carbon Monoxide Risk in Rabat-Sale-Zemmour-Zaer Populations

Carbon monoxide （CO） intoxication is one of the most common types of poisoning in the modem world. To better tailor messages and communication needs to the public, a perception survey of CO and his risk was conducted among the population of Rabat-Sale-Zemmour-Zaer. The authors included 400 people in this survey. The demographic characteristics of the respondents consisted of： 85.0% female, 92.9% adults, 29.7% had a high level of education, 49.6% unemployed, 89.5% were home owners and 53.9% lived in apartments. Water heaters were present in the homes of 91.0% of respondents and 6.5% of them used gas. Gas was used as fuel in 45.4% of cases. For water heaters, 20.8% had an exhaust duct, 9.9% were serviced regularly and 47.5% were installed in a well ventilated area. Regarding the media, television was the medium that allowed 73.4% of the CO to know, regardless of age, sex and level of education among the 94.3% of who ever heard of this deadly gas before the survey.

Examining the Impacts of China＇s Aging Population on Its Labor Suppl.y from the Labor Quality Perspective

On the basis of sufficient considerations to the attributes of China＇s development and uniqueness of population aging, this paper examines the overall impacts of China＇s population aging on labor supply in the four aspects of education level, skill level, work intensi（y and the share of working age population. Results indicate that despite the irreversibil#y in the decline of labor supply under the effect of intensifying degrees of population aging in the long run, this tendency will be weakened or slowed down by the improvement in labor quali^y. It is expected that China＇s real labor supply will not encounter a significant turning point by 2027, which is 12 years later than the occurrence of decline in nominal labor supply measured by labor quanti~

How to make heavy population burden into a country rich in human resources and how to play this advantage, how to create hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and technical personnel, innovative talents, education, especially higher education in China will play an increasingly important role.

The Relevance of Sports to the Development of Education in Nigeria, 1904 Till Date

Sporting activities have been part of the culture, customs and natural living of man; they have direct relationship with plans, purposes and goals of human beings. Sports have existed with education since primitive times, when man developed skills like hunting, handling of weapons, tests of strength, endurance and courage. This paper examines the relevance of sporting activities to the development of education in Nigeria, since colonial era- 1904 till date. Sports like football, soccer, badminton, handball, volleyball, tennis, swimming and athletics have corroborated teaching and learning activities at all levels of education be it informal, formal and non formal education in Nigeria. Historical research methodology in education was used to carry out and analyze data for this paper using archival materials and oral interviews as primary sources while textbooks, journals and internet materials were used as secondary sources. The main focuses of the paper are＂ to examine the concepts of sports an6 education, the place of sports in the educational policy and curriculum in Nigeria, advantages of sports to education and nation building, challenges of sports in education and offer suggestions for the improvement of sports and education in Nigeria. The findings of the study revealed that; sports was formally introduced into educational curriculum in Nigeria as physical education in 1904 by the British administration, sports promotes physical health and fitness, recreational activities, relaxation prestige, economic status, identifies talents, abilities, impart skills, encourage socio-cultural relationship which enhances unity among the populace. The forum to benefit from sports usually come at grassroots, school inter-house sports, and inter-schools competitions and association forum. Challenges of sports include inadequate funding, mismanagement of funds, lack of integrity, inadequate personnel, dwindling infrastructural and sporting facilities, inadequate training and medical facilities. It is recommended that, if all the above challenges are properly addressed, sporting activities will project Nigerian education more for overall development both nationally and internationally.

The Origin of Chinese Modem Engineering Education： Fuzhou Shipping School＇s Engineering Education at Late Qing Dynasty

Engineering education is an important issue in engineering practice, and engineering practice and characteristics can be seen through examining the history of early Chinese engineering education. During the period ranging from the 1860s to the middle of the 1890s, the westernization group set up a series of modern industrial and mining enterprises for military and civil use, making the implementation of modern engineering education become possible and necessary. Thanks to their efforts, many schools and old-style private schools for teaching knowledge about western science and technology and training senior engineering managements and talents were gradually founded in China. These modern education organizations are the source and beginning of Chinese engineering education, which is also the origin of modernization of Chinese engineering education. This article takes Fuzhou Shipping School for case studies, using a cultural anthropology approach to examine the overall status, basic characteristics, and impact evaluation of engineering education during the Westernization Movement in China. It reiterates the idea of that ＂engineering education should be returned to engineering practice,＂ and tries to explain the framework of the development of engineering education in China. Through conducting research, we find that the development of engineering education in modem China generally has the basic resources for realization of internationalization through ＂westernization＂ and localization through traditional culture and education and the general characteristics of diversification of social influence. During the development process, it has accumulated valuable experience for timely reform and gradual improvement of modernization： attaching importance to culture and cultivating qualified technical personnel; strictly requiring and building high-level schools and specialties; learning the advanced knowledge and bravely utilizing foreign educational resources; setting pragmatic and highly pertinent disciplines and specialties. It also left the society with thought-provoking lessons, namely, the lagging industrial production and social instability made the development severely restricted and obstructed; the unreasonable development layout resulted in the intensified imbalanced development in different regions; the bureaucracy nature imposed serious impact on efficiency and effectiveness of education; the negligence of innovation made the great-leap-forward development failed, etc.

The Social Function of Art in the Macedonian Contemporary Society

The recent social processes that are striking the Republic of Macedonia are distorting the nature of many sophisticated socio-anthropological phenomena, including the artistic practices. Thus, we will try to briefly elaborate on several tendencies about contemporary art in the Republic of Macedonia, by ＂screening＂ the theoretical discourses on the issue and by critical perception of recent practices concerning the field. Today＇s views on the creative practices, incorporated in ＂conceptual＂ packages that should develop a new culture of living, are manifested in the creative industries, have been just recently recognized in the Macedonian society. The ＂propaganda＂ character of the treatment of artistic practice changes only formally the media of their manifestations. The idea about the possible and necessary engaged attitude of art towards society had its place also in the modern as well in the postmodern concept of art. In the Republic of Macedonia this ＂ideological＂ attitude towards art regretfully has also become the main mechanism for political domination, manifested mainly in architecture and landscaping of public space. The commercialisation of art supported by the media imposes the discourses of popular art over the content of high art. It seems that art is represented in the field of ＂education and science＂ in the Republic of Macedonia only when certain pragmatic, frequently politicised, interests need to be satisfied.

On the Localization of Hip-hop Culture in China

With sports as its carrier, youth hip hop culture reflects the absorption, digestion and development of foreign culture among Chinese young people. Hip-hop is popular among Chinese teenagers is not only due to the young people＇s psychological needs, but also because of the profound connotation of the era. Hip hop can contribute to the campus cultural construction. However, it also implies that local youth culture is missing in China. Hip hop dance was born in 1960s and classified into hip hop culture in 1970s as a typical representative of the four Hip-hop elements together with Graffiti, DJing, and MCing. It was spread into China in 1980s together with the movie Breakin： Hip hop has gradually become popular with Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing as the center drawing much attention of the Chinese youth. Its educational significance cannot ignored from the perspective of youth culture, reflecting the absorption, digestion and development of foreign culture among Chinese young people,At the same time, it provides a good platform for young people to show their unique personality, passion, courage and life attitude.
