The electroactive material was the complesation of Bi（Ⅲ）ion and lincomycin in the mole ratio of 1∶1,the influences of various factors on the properties of electrode were studied,both good calibration curve and wide detection ran ge of 4 orders were obtained. The limit of detection was about 10-5mol/L of lincomycin. More than ten kinds of inorganic and some other substances have little interference on the detection of lincomycin. The electrode could be used directly to analyze lincomycin by potentiometry.展开更多
