为了实现涡轮基组合循环发动机燃烧室工作条件下的火焰稳定性与点火要求,首先在超级燃烧室工作条件下定性地分析了两相混气中薄膜蒸发稳定器的稳定机理和燃油蒸发过程。其次,在二元试验段内对Ma=0.1~0.4,T=450~600K的来流条件下对... 为了实现涡轮基组合循环发动机燃烧室工作条件下的火焰稳定性与点火要求,首先在超级燃烧室工作条件下定性地分析了两相混气中薄膜蒸发稳定器的稳定机理和燃油蒸发过程。其次,在二元试验段内对Ma=0.1~0.4,T=450~600K的来流条件下对薄膜蒸发稳定器的贫油点火和贫油熄火性能进行试验研究。研究结果表明:相同Ma下,贫油点火当量比与贫油熄火当量比随温度的升高而降低;温度相同时,两相混气中的贫油点火当量比受燃油蒸发的影响较大。通过顺喷和逆喷两种供油方式的试验对比研究发现,雾化槽供油在较高Ma数和较高温度下具有优越的点熄火性能,能够满足涡扇冲压组合发动机燃烧室的使用要求。 展开更多

Physical and chemical properties of electric arc furnace (EAF) dust from Tianjin seamless Pipe Company were measured and analyzed. The zinc leaching tests in alkaline medium were carried out under variation of leaching agent concentration, leaching temperature, leaching cumulative time and solid-to-liquid ratio. The thermodynamics and kinetics of the zinc leaching process were also analyzed. The results show that the EAF dust contains 10% (mass fraction) zinc and the median particle size is 0.69 μm. The zinc recovery of 73.4% is obtained tinder the condition of 90 ℃, 6 mol/L NaOH, and 60 min leaching time. With the increase of concentration of NaOH and the cumulative time, zinc leaching will be significantly increased. The kinetics study demonstrates that the leaching reaction is chemically controlled and the reaction activation energy is 15.73 kJ/mol. 展开更多

Acetic anhydride is the important organic chemical raw material, and is used widely in chemical industry,pharmaceutical industry, dyes, spices and other fields. In this paper, the process of carbonylation of methyl acetate in rhodium iodine catalyst system was studied, and the suitable reaction conditions were determined.At the same time, the kinetic model was established. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction pressure was 5 MPa, the hydrogen content was 8%, the amount of iodomethane was 15%, the amount of lithium iodide was 3%, the reaction temperature was 150 ℃ and the reaction time is 3 h. Under the above reaction conditions, the selectivity of the reaction is close to 100% and the conversion is as high as 92%. The macroscopic kinetic model of the reaction was established in the temperature range of 120 ℃–150 ℃. The reaction is an irreversible reaction without the formation of by-products and the dynamic equation is also given in the Conclusions section. 展开更多

The electroless nickel plating on the surface of carbon fibers was prepared by pretreating the carbon fibers in order to increase their conductivity,and consequently enhance the EMI shielding effectiveness of the composites.The relationship between the performance of depositing coat and pH value,temperature,reaction time and the way of agitation was studied.Results show that the depositing quality is stable under pH between 4.5 and 5.0,temperature between 75 ℃ and 85 ℃,reaction time for 10 min and air agitation.The uniform and compact nickel layer deposited on carbon fibers was proved by XRD and SEM,and the electrical resistivity of carbon fibers with nickel coating was tested.Results indicate that the electrical resistivity of carbon fibers with electroless nickel plating is decreased by an order of magnitude compared with that of carbon fibers.It means that nickel coating can greatly improve the electromagnetic interference shielding properties of carbon fibers. 展开更多

The co-extraction behavior of galena-pyrolusite in a sodium chloride solution and the electrochemical mechanism of this process were investigated,and some factors affecting the leaching rate of Pb and Mn were optimized.The results show that all the factors such as the concentration of NaCl,HCl and pyrolusite ore,reaction time,temperature,adding times of HCl,affect the leaching rate of Pb.The main affecting factors are the concentration of NaCl,reaction time and temperature.The Tafel polarization curves and EIS plots of the galena and pyrolusite in the NaCl solution demonstrate that during the oxidation process of galena mineral electrode,film forms on the galena surface,which prevents galena from deeper oxidation.However,the film resistance can be greatly reduced in the presence of sodium chloride,thus promoting the reaction rate of galena. 展开更多

Equilibrium photoproduct of 7r-cyclopentadienyliron dicarbonyl dimer [CpFe(CO)2]2 in non- polar solvent carbon tetrachloride (CC14) is investigated using time-resolved 2D IR spec- troscopy. One of the several possible visible-light-driven photoreaction pathways is confirmed and the product is found to contain a di-carbonyl group that exhibits quantum beating be- tween two equivalent transitions in time-resolved 2D IR spectra, which turns out to be the anti-symmetric and symmetric stretching of the terminal carbonyl stretching modes of CpFe(CO)2C1. This is the main product and its reaction pathway involves radical formation, followed by chloride addition. Quantum-chemistry computations support these experimental results. Our results indicate that 2D IR method can be used to identify in situ structures and dynamics of chemical species involved in condensed-phase chemical reactions. 展开更多

According to the response characteristics of the solenoid valve, an improved design becomes a necessity. Firstly, the numerical model was established after analyzing the solenoid valve during its start-up and shut-down. Comparing the simulation data with the practical data, it is verified that the numerical simulation model has a high feasibility. Secondly, excitation voltage and spring pre-compression were adjusted respectively, and the response rules after adjusting were investigated. The research of the study shows: the response time tends to be inverse proportional to the excitation voltage during start-up, and it becomes a constant value with the increase of the excitation voltage; the response time is proportional to the spring pre-compression when the solenoid valve starts up, it is inverse proportional to spring pre-compression when the solenoid valve shuts down. And the total response time is a constant value with the increase of the spring pre-compression. Therefore, the value of the excitation voltage and the spring pre-compression should be selected when the curve is becoming flatten. The results of the research can provide the reference to the further development of the solenoid valve. 展开更多

The objectives of this study were to dete... Potassium (K) release characteristics in soil play a significant role in supplying available K. Information on K-release characteristics in soils of central Iran is limited. The objectives of this study were to determine K release characteristics and correlations of K release rate constants with K extracted by different chemical methods in surface soils of ten calcareous soils of central Iran. The kinetics of K release in the soils was determined by successive extraction with 0.01 mol L-1 CaC12 in a period of 2-2017 h at 25±1℃. Soil K was extracted by distilled water, 0.5 mol L-1 MgNO3, 0.002 mol L-1 SrC12, 0.1 mol L-1 BaC12, 0.01 mol L-1 CaC12, 1 mol L-1 NaC1, 1 mol L-1 boiling HNO3, 1 mol L-1 NH4OAC, Mehlich 1, 0.002 mol L-1 SrC12 + 0.05 mol L-1 citric acid, and ammonium bicarbonate-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (AB-DTPA). A plot of cumulative amounts of K released showed a discontinuity in slope at 168 h. Thus, two equations were applied to two segments of the total reaction time (2-168 and 168-2 017 h). Cumulative amounts of K released ranged from 55 to 299 mg kg-1 in 2-168 h and from 44 to 119 mg kg-1 in 168-2 017 h. Release kinetics of K in the two time segments conformed fairly well to parabolic diffusion, simplified Elovich, and power function models. There was a wide variation in the K release rate constants. Increasingly higher average concentrations of soil K were extracted by distilled water, Mehlich 1, SrC12, CaC12, SrC12 + citric acid, AB-DTPA, MgNO3, NaCI, NH4OAc, BaCI2, and HNO3. Potassium release rate constants were significantly correlated with K extracted. The results of this study showed that information obtained from mathematical modeling in two reaction time segments can help to estimate the K-supplying power of soils. 展开更多

Based on TIMESAT 3.2 platform, MODIS NDVI data(2000–2015) of Qaidam Basin are fitted, and three main phenological parameters are extracted with the method of dynamic threshold, including the start of growth season(SGS), the end of growth season(EGS) and the length of growth season(LGS). The spatial and temporal variation of vegetation phenology and its response to climate changes are analyzed respectively. The conclusions are as follows:(1) SGS is mainly delayed as a whole. Areas delayed are more than the advanced in EGS, and EGS is a little delayed as a whole. LGS is generally shortened.(2) With the altitude rising, SGS is delayed, EGS is advanced, and LGS is shortened and phenophase appears a big variation below 3000 m and above 5000 m.(3) From 2000 to 2015, the temperature appears a slight increase along with a big fluctuation, and the precipitation increases evidently.(4) Response of phenophase to precipitation is not obvious in the low elevation humid regions, where SGS arrives early and EGS delays; while, in the upper part of the mountain regions, SGS delays and EGS advances with temperature rising, SGS arrives early and EGS delays with precipitation increasing. 展开更多

Femtoscience offers a unique way to understand the dynamics in physics, chemistry and biology. This subject focuses on the process happening at femto-to pico-second time scale by femtosecond optical methods. Widely used in chemistry it reveals chemical reactions, including bond breaking, forming, and stretching, which happens at an ultrafast time scale. Femtoscience is also important in the biological system, for example, light harvesting system and vision system. Femtoscience in physics is also widely used, but it is not studied in this paper. Instead, we report new advances in femtochemistry and femtobiology, including structural dynamics, coherent control, enzyme function dynamics and hydration in the protein system. We also introduce attosecond science, focusing on electron dynamics at an extreme short time scale. 展开更多
