Evolution of research methods in Psychology

psychology has more than 100 years developmwnt history, and make great success during this time. But in the after development, psychology met the unprecedented contradiction and conflict, facing division and broken, and in the embrassmed situation of divorced from society, positive psychology is emerge as the times requirement in this crisis. In order to better guide the development to positive psychology, providing philosophical theory and instructions on methodology,it is neeessary to discuss about the positive psycholog from a philosophical perspective. Since 1879 the western modern psychology come into being, the psychology of natural science orientation has been the mainstream of psychology. In addition, admit the uniqueness of man, attention to people＇s inner experience of humanistic psychology, also occupies a space in the confrontation with the reflection of the mainstream of scientific psychology, positive psychology from the research content to lead psychology to another port, but the research methods are not completely abandon the previous research methods of positivism psychology, but more introduced humanism based on the oositivism research method of scientific oriented.

Overviews to organizational model from Chinese traditional philosophy

This paper reviews the literatures of the traditional and the modem organizational model to generalize their categories, features and faults. Based on the unification of the Chinese traditional culture and the “YIN and YANG” principles, it discusses how to understand the hypotheses of the organizational models, analyzes the traditional and the leading models, and puts forward two hypotheses, the fixed structure and the flexible structure of organizations.

Roberto Rossellini＇s Compassion as Social Evaluation

Emotions have long been considered by philosophers as a fundamental element to understand human thought and existence in general. This present study examines how Roberto Rossellini＇s early neorealist films, Rome, Open City （1945） and Paisan （1946）, utilize the emotion of compassion to examine the social and historical significance of women in the postwar Italy. Furthermore, it also focuses on the role of the female protagonists and the compassionate responses they suggest to clarify their position in society. In fact, by depicting the female protagonists as modest dissenter that attempt to perform traditional domestic roles, the director proposes a unique perspective on the conditions and social involvement of women in Italy during that time. Additionally, this study will propose interesting observations on the emotion of compassion itself, and its mechanisms that produce an image of idealized womanhood.

The study of effects of tai chi chuan on physical health and mental health of college students

Tai chi chuan as a compulsory course of college sports elective courses, having a strong sense of Chinese traditional culture, is one kind of boxing which is most affected by Chinese traditional philosophy. The Intemal Implication of the Economic Ethics in the Alienated Labor Theory of Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844

Alienated labor, also known as labor alienation, was a concept with historical creativity, which was first raised in Marx＇ s Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844. The Manuscripts was important works of Marx, in which the social relations of capitalism private ownership were analyzed by Marx using the concept of alienated labor. A deep analysis was conducted by Marx from the specific historical facts, in which the rational kernel of the alienated problem in the social relations of capitalism was mentioned. Specifically, the alienated labor theory was analyzed from the relationship of laborers with their labor products and labor itself, human＇ s essence, and other people under the condition of the capitalist private ownership; the ＂ought to be＂ ethical characteristics of labors were expounded from the perspective of ethics, and the abnormal labor relations in the process of capitalist production were ethically reviewed and criticized. Therefore, rich economic ethics thoughts were contained in Marx＇ s analysis of the alienated labor theory.

SPECIAL ISSUE： CULTURAL PHILOSOPHICAL STUDIES IN CHINA：The basic nature of cultural philosophy

The generalized use of the concept of cultural philosophy means that its basic nature and research levels have yet to be addressed. The systematization, basic nature and research themes of cultural philosophy are determined by three premises： first, the logical evolution of modernization and the emergence of the conception of total modernization; second, the cultural logic of globalization, along with the advent of a recta-cultural form, i.e. the idea of ＂world culture＂; and third, the highlighting of the logic of cultural development, the totality of culture and cultural ontological experience. These fundamental changes have made cultural philosophy the subcurrent and underlying reality of various modern philosophies; the theoretical forms of cultural philosophy are simply their concentrated expression and form. Research in cultural philosophy has three levels： the level of cultural values, the level of metaphysics, and the level of cultural criticism. Cultural philosophy is thus a new form of philosophy.
