海上油田由于受平台空间的限制,撬装化和平台化配注工艺无法完全满足需求,而且装置加速溶解导致聚合物溶液黏度损失。实验以疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4为研究对象,分析了母液配制浓度对基本溶解时间、聚合物溶液性能以及渗流特征的影响规律。... 海上油田由于受平台空间的限制,撬装化和平台化配注工艺无法完全满足需求,而且装置加速溶解导致聚合物溶液黏度损失。实验以疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4为研究对象,分析了母液配制浓度对基本溶解时间、聚合物溶液性能以及渗流特征的影响规律。结果表明,随着甲酰胺的体积分数的增加,聚合物基本溶解时间先减少后增加;体积分数为0.020时,5000 mg/L AP-P4基本溶解时间缩短至了20%,黏度保留率为98.24%,注入地层后能起到有效扩大波及体积的作用,AP-P4聚合物分子抗卷曲和收缩能力影响较小,能够很好地适应高矿化度油藏条件;甲酰胺使AP-P4的阻力和残余阻力系数和最终采出程度影响较小。 展开更多

The corrosions resulting from defects in painting layers frequently occur in Al alloys, so the application of corrosion preventing systems is also very important. Optimum conditions in terms of electrochemistry in relation to solution treatment, quenching and artificial aging treatment were established in order to optimize precipitation strengthening conditions intended to enhance the strength of Al alloys. Slow strain rate tests (SSRT) at various applied potentials were conducted in potential range from -1.8 to 0.5 V. The results show that the maximum tensile strengths, elongations and time-to-fracture are shown to be high values. After precipitation strengthening heat treatment, a tendency appear that time-to-fracture increases as elongation increases. In the potential range from -1.3 V to -0.7 V, the specimens show excellent mechanical properties, and thus this range is considered to be a corrosion prevention range. 展开更多

Aim To study the effect of complexation with hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD) on the solubility, dissolution rate and chemical stability of prostaglandin E_1 (PGE_1) ,thereby providing a basis for preparing a stable solid or aqueous preparation of PGE_1 formulatedwith HP-β-CD. Methods The effect of HP-β-CD on the solubility of PGE_1 was studied by phasesolubility method. The formation of inclusion complexes of PGE_1 with HP-β-CD in the aqueoussolution was confirmed by UV spectra, circular dichroism spectroscopy, and that in the solid stateby IR spectra and X-ray diffractome-try. An solid inclusion complex of PGE_1 with HP-β-CD wasprepared by lyophilization. The dissolution rate and stability of the inclusion complex weredetermined and compared with those of PGE_1 alone. Meanwhile, the stability of PGE_1 aqueoussolutions in the presence of HP-β-CD was studied under different pH conditions. Results Thesolubility of PGE_1 increased linearly with increasing HP-β-CD concentration in various pH bufferedsolutions, showing typical A_L-type phase solubility diagrams. The stability and dissolution rateof the solid inclusion complex of PGE_1 were significantly increased, compared with those of purePGE_1 . The stability of PGE_1 in HP-β-CD solutions was also obviously improved under acidic andbasic conditions, but the stabilizing effect was absent under neutral conditions. Conclusions Thesolubility,dissolution rate and chemical stability of PGE_1 are markedly improved by complexationwith HP-β-CD: It is quite possible to prepare a stable PGE_1 inclusion complex-containing soliddosage forms, but almost impossible to obtain a stable aqueous preparation of PGE_1 formulated withHP-β-CD. 展开更多

Hydrolysis and oxidation of formamidine disulfide in acidic medium were investigated using high-performance liquid chro- matography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS) at 25 ~C. By controlling the slow reaction rate and choosing appropriate mobile phase, HPLC provides the unique advantages over other methods (UV-Vis, chemical separation) in species tracking and kinetic study. In addition to thiourea and formamidine sulfinic acid, two unreported products were also detected in the hy- drolysis reaction. Mass spectrometry measurement indicates these two products to be formamidine sulfenic acid and thiocyan- ogen with mass weights of 92.28 and 116,36, respectively. In the oxidation of formamidine disulfide by hydrogen peroxide, besides thiourea, formamidine sulfenic acid, formamidine sulfinic acid, thiocyanogen and urea, formamidine sulfonic acid and sulfate could be detected. The oxidation reaction was found to be first order in both forrnamidine disulfide and hydrogen per- oxide. The rate constants of hydrolysis and oxidation reactions were determined in the pH range of 1.5-3.0. It was found both rate constants are increased with the increasing of pH. Experimental curves of different species can be effectively simulated via a mechanism scheme for formamidine disulfide oxidation, including hydrolysis equilibrium of formamidine disulfide and irre- versible hydrolysis of formamidine sulfenic acid. 展开更多
