论孔子思想对人格培养的化育作用

随着社会的不断发展,文化日益多元,学校也更加注重培养学生的综合素质,想要学生在当前节奏极快的时代背景下拥有较强的社会适应能力,得有一个全面健康发展的系统,不仅需要在教育阶段加强对学生理论知识和实践操作的教学培训力度,还需要... 随着社会的不断发展,文化日益多元,学校也更加注重培养学生的综合素质,想要学生在当前节奏极快的时代背景下拥有较强的社会适应能力,得有一个全面健康发展的系统,不仅需要在教育阶段加强对学生理论知识和实践操作的教学培训力度,还需要采取行之有效的方式不断提升对学生的人格培育水平,促使学生能够拥有正确的价值观和高尚的道德品质,使其在今后的人生发展道路上能产生和传达正面的社会效益,避免发生损害社会利益及他人利益、伤害他人人身安全以及贬低他人自尊等行为。孔子思想具有十分深义的内涵,包括仁爱、内省、君子人格等多项内容,对人格的形成和完善具有内在涵养的作用。基于此,本文就孔子思想对人格化育作用做出解析,以期对学生的人格完善找到一种相对合理有效的路径。 展开更多

The fractionation of moderately and highly organic phosphorus (P o) in acid soil was studied by two me thods. By the first method, after incubation for 40 d, the mineralization rates of eight constituents of stable P o in the soil were determined. By the second method, five constituents of precipitates of stable P o in the soil were separated, then the five precipitates were put back into the original soils and incubated for 40 d and 60 d. Then, mineralization rates of the five precipitates were determined. The same results were obtained by the two methods. When the pH of the alkali solution containing stable P o was adjusted from 3.00 to 3.10, the mineralization rate of moderately stable P o was rapidly raised. Therefore, the pH 3.00 is the critical point between moderately and highly stable P o. 展开更多

Non-a-tocopherols are hydroxymethylated and hydrogenated to produce α-tocopherol in one pot process by simultaneously reacting with paraformaldehyde and hydrogen in the presence of catalysts of benzenesulfonic acid and 5% Pd/C in an autoclave. Effects of various operation conditions have been studied. The preferable reaction conditions are: temperature 180 ℃ to 200 ℃, pressure 5.0 MPa, acid concentration 0.5 g/100 ml ethanol, mass ratio of Pd/C to tocopherols 7.1 g/100 g, and reaction time 5.0 h. A product with α-tocopherol content of 80% was obtained by using a raw material with a total tocopherols content of 80.54%. The conversion of non-α-tocopherols is almost 100%, and the mole yield of a-tocopherol is more than 90%. 展开更多

Practice proves that an appropriate introduction of the background culture having a certain relationship with language environment can enrich the knowledge structure of students, and effectively remove the obstacles in the process of English language communication, so that the cognitive ability is improved. In this paper, applied linguistics as well as the concept of cultural introduction teaching theory is briefly elaborated, and the necessities of cultural introduction teaching and the signiflcances of English cultural introduction teaching are analyzed, and also some rules necessary to follow in the introduction teaching of English culture are introduced, and then the implementation strategies are discussed, so as to provide a reference for a large number of educational workers. 展开更多
