Their Neolithic remains are of the same type, featuring principally cylindrical jars with impressed and incised bow string and zigzag patterns. As regards Bronze Age remains, the vestiges of Yaohongzuizi yielded mainly plain ding tripods, li tripods and jars, while those of Beihongzuizi, large-sized ding, li and jars with incised short lines along the rim and incised nets on the belly. The discovery of the two sites being at a short distance and belonging to the same two ages is of great significance to studying the cultural sequence of the Neolithic and Bronze ages in the Jilin region.展开更多
