急件到达干扰下开放式车间重调度方法 被引量:7

针对开放式车间中突发的急件到达干扰,研究如何有效地执行扰后重新调度任务。基于匹配式调度策略探索扰后实施重调度的具体方法;为了形成四种可行的重调度实施方案,不仅兼顾了面向分离、连续空闲时间的两种重调度时域确定方式,还在约简... 针对开放式车间中突发的急件到达干扰,研究如何有效地执行扰后重新调度任务。基于匹配式调度策略探索扰后实施重调度的具体方法;为了形成四种可行的重调度实施方案,不仅兼顾了面向分离、连续空闲时间的两种重调度时域确定方式,还在约简式调度阶段设计了两种特效的启发式算法。仿真实验模拟了大量急件干扰下的重调度情景,并从完工期、急件的相对完工时间及序位相似性三方面分别设定了重调度绩效指标,进而对四种所提方案进行了同情景独立观测。实验结果显示,急件到达干扰越晚出现,所提重调度方案的整体应对效果越好;此外,通过统计分析不同实施方案所对应的观测结果,得出了若干有关扰后重调度方案选取的适用性建议。 展开更多

Modem network security devices employ packet classification and pattern matching algorithms to inspect packets. Due to the complexity and heterogeneity of different search data structures, it is difficult for existing algorithms to leverage modern hardware platforms to achieve high performance. This paper presents a Structural Compression (SC) method that optimizes the data structures of both algorithms. It reviews both algorithms under the model of search space decomposition, and homogenizes their search data structures. This approach not only guarantees deterministic lookup speed but also optimizes the data structure for efficient implementation oi1 many-core platforms. The performance evaluation reveals that the homogeneous data structure achieves 10Gbps line-rate 64byte packet classification throughput and multi-Gbps deep inspection speed. 展开更多

Matching teaching strategies can reach the best result of teaching and learning. As an important development direction of pure electric vehicle drive system,the distributed drive system has the advantages of compact structure,high transmission efficiency,and flexible control,but there are some serious problems such as high performance requirements to the drive motors,complex control strategies,and poor reliability.To solve these problems,a two motors dual-mode coupling drive system has been developed at first,which not only has the capacity of two-speed gear shifting,but also can automatically switch between the distributed drive and the centralized drive by means of modes change control.So,the performance requirements to the drive motors can be reduced,the problem of abnormal running caused by the fault of unilateral distributed drive systems also can be resolved by replacing the drive mode with centralized drive.Then,the system parameters primary and the optimum matching under the principle of efficiency optimization have been carried out,which makes the drive system achieve predetermined functions and meet the actual demands of different operating statuses.At last,the economic comparison of a pure electric vehicle installation with a dual-mode coupling drive sytem,a single-motor centralized drive system or a dual-motor distributed drive system in the simulation conditions has been completed.Compared with other systems,the driving range of the electric vehicle driven by the designed system is significantly increased,which proves the better efficiency and application value of the system. 展开更多
