磨损区域静电传感器常用于航空器关键部件磨损的在线监测。为了对该新型传感器的监测性能进行研究,建立了棒状磨损区域静电传感器的数学模型及其性能测试平台,对传感器的空间灵敏度、工作效率、有效视场等特性参数进行了仿真计算和测试... 磨损区域静电传感器常用于航空器关键部件磨损的在线监测。为了对该新型传感器的监测性能进行研究,建立了棒状磨损区域静电传感器的数学模型及其性能测试平台,对传感器的空间灵敏度、工作效率、有效视场等特性参数进行了仿真计算和测试。结果表明:空间灵敏度随着探极感应面半径的增大而增大;工作效率随着径距比的增大而增大;工作效率的仿真值与测试值的变化趋势一致,证明了所建磨损区域静电传感器数学模型的正确性;有效视场随着探极感应面半径的增大而增大。研究结果对新型磨损区域静电传感器的设计优化及其应用具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多

Barrier coverage of wireless sensor networks is an important issue in the detection of intruders who are attempting to cross a region of interest.However,in certain applications,barrier coverage cannot be satisfied after random deployment.In this paper,we study how mobile sensors can be efficiently relocated to achieve k-barrier coverage.In particular,two problems are studied:relocation of sensors with minimum number of mobile sensors and formation of k-barrier coverage with minimum energy cost.These two problems were formulated as 0–1 integer linear programming(ILP).The formulation is computationally intractable because of integrality and complicated constraints.Therefore,we relax the integrality and complicated constraints of the formulation and construct a special model known as RELAX-RSMN with a totally unimodular constraint coefficient matrix to solve the relaxed 0–1 ILP rapidly through linear programming.Theoretical analysis and simulation were performed to verify the effectiveness of our approach. 展开更多

Globalization and informatization have accelerated city networking process over the world, which makes research on city network a hot topic in the fields of urban geography and economic geography. With Chinese economic structure adjustment and city economic growth, producer services have begun to play an increasingly important role in city-region networking. This paper employs the methodology of world city network to analyze and explain the spatial development characteristics of China's urban network system based on the data of nationwide producer services enterprise network. The research result indicated that the distribution of producer services network has a positive effect on the development of Chinese city networks. City network connectivity is closely related to the significance of city in producer services development, and the former will gradually decline with the drop of the latter. Accordingly, the 64 cities can be divided into the national central cities, regional central cities, sub-regional central cities and local central cities in accordance with their position and role in the nationwide producer services network. It is concluded that high-grade cities with quality producer services dominate the pattern of Chinese city networks and there emerges three spatial agglomerations of producer services enterprises in Changjiang (Yangtze) River Delta, Zhujiang (Pearl) River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Economical Region. Moreover, the distribution of different producer services industry varies from city to city, which also affects the characteristics of network development. 展开更多

The most complicated component in cavitating flow and pressure distribution is the flow in the cavity closure line. The cavitating flow and pressure distribution provide critical aspects of flow field details in the region. The integral of pressure results of the hydrodynamic forces, indicate domination in the design of a supercavitating vehicle. An experiment was performed in a water tunnel to investigate the pressure characteristics of the cavity closure region. Ventilation methods were employed to generate artificial cavity, and the ventilation rate was adjusted accordingly to obtain the desired cavity length. An array of pressure transducers was laid down the cavity closure line to capture pressure distribution in this region. The experimental results show that there is a pressure peak in the cavity closure region, and the rise rate of pressure in space tends to be higher in the upwind side when the flow is non-axisymmetric. The transient pressure variations during the cavity formation procedure were also present. The method of measurement in this paper can be referenced by engineers. The result helps to study the flow pattern of cavity closure region, and it can also be used to analyze the formation of supercavitating vehicle hydrodynamics. 展开更多

In the present study, the interaction of human p100 protein with signal transducer and activator of transcription-6 (STAT-6) was investigated. It was proved that the staphylococcal nuclease (SN)-like and tudor (TD) domains containing in p100 protein acting as a adaptor to recruit STAT-6 to the basal transcription machinery, enhanced the STAT-6 mediated transcription activity. The interaction between STAT-6 and the p100 protein was mediated by the full-length of the SN-like domain, whereas individual fragments of SN-like domain showed no binding activity to STAT-6. In line with these results, the SN-like domain was directly engaged in the enhancement of STAT-6 mediated activation of gene transcription in vivo. Yet the TD domain had no ability to increase the transcription activation, but it was still required for the sufficient activation of transcription. 展开更多

Over the last decades, the use of WSN systems in enabling quality monitoring of heat production and supply process has been widely discussed among various researchers and industry experts, but has been little deployed in practice. These researchers and industry experts have analysed the advantages and constraints related to the use of the WSN in district heating. A pilot project conducted by Riga Heat (the main heating supplier in Riga, Latvia) has allowed to gain a real life experience as to the use of the WSN system in district in-house heating substations, and is deemed to be a major step towards future development of WSN technologies. 展开更多

A colored 3D surface reconstruction method which effectively fuses the information of both depth and color image using Microsoft Kinect is proposed and demonstrated by experiment.Kinect depth images are processed with the improved joint-bilateral filter based on region segmentation which efficiently combines the depth and color data to improve its quality.The registered depth data are integrated to achieve a surface reconstruction through the colored truncated signed distance fields presented in this paper.Finally,the improved ray casting for rendering full colored surface is implemented to estimate color texture of the reconstruction object.Capturing the depth and color images of a toy car,the improved joint-bilateral filter based on region segmentation is used to improve the quality of depth images and the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)is approximately 4.57 d B,which is better than 1.16 d B of the joint-bilateral filter.The colored construction results of toy car demonstrate the suitability and ability of the proposed method. 展开更多
