今日的内蒙古草原能承载3244万人口,比1947年的561万人口更显著地反映出社会经济发展创造了更多的经济财富,并实现了一定的社会资本积累。但是在这些社会资本积累的分配上,当更多的社会财富投入到治理草原生态环境破坏的后果时,就有了从... 今日的内蒙古草原能承载3244万人口,比1947年的561万人口更显著地反映出社会经济发展创造了更多的经济财富,并实现了一定的社会资本积累。但是在这些社会资本积累的分配上,当更多的社会财富投入到治理草原生态环境破坏的后果时,就有了从"末端治理"到"根源治理"的观点转变的必要性,即重新研究破坏生态环境的原因就有了重要意义。为此,本论文从"根源治理先要找出根本问题"的研究角度对内蒙古"过度放牧"问题提出自己的观点。基于对脆弱的生态环境的破坏日益威胁着内蒙古经济社会的可持续发展、浪费更多的社会财富的实际,本论文着重以草地资源的可持续利用为核心内容,以改善自然生态循环和人类经济循环的共存条件为目的,试图利用主流经济学理论解释自然生态环境与社会生产之间的基本矛盾。 展开更多

Remote Monitoring of Expansion of Aquaculture Ponds Along Coastal Region of the Yellow River Delta from 1983 to 2015 被引量:20

Aquaculture ponds are one of the fastest-growing land use types in valuable and fertile coastal areas and have caused serious environmental problems. Quantitative assessment of the extent, spatial distribution, and dynamics of aquaculture ponds is of utmost importance for sustainable economic development and scientific management of land and water resources in the coastal area. An object-oriented classification approach was applied to Landsat images acquired over three decades to investigate the long-term change of aquaculture ponds in the coastal region of the Yellow River Delta. The results indicated that the aquaculture ponds in the study area undergone a sharp expansion from 40.38 km^2 in 1983 to 1406.89 km^2 in 2015, and the fast expansion occurred during the period of 2010–2015 and 1990–2000. Natural wetlands, especially mudflat, and cropland were main land use types contributing to the increase of aquaculture ponds. The patches of aquaculture ponds were consequently prevalence in the north of the Yellow River Estuary and landscape metrics indicated an increase of the aquaculture ponds of the study area in the quantity and complexity. The expansion of aquaculture ponds inevitably had negative effects on the coastal environment, including loss of natural wetlands, water pollution and land subsidence, etc. The results from this study provide baseline data and valuable information for efficiently planning and managing aquaculture practices and for effectively implementing adequate regulations and protection measures. 展开更多

As the improvement of international status and the implementation of China's neighboring diplomacy, the development of border regions and the security of border cities, as well as their spatial structure and regional differences are gaining more attention from academic circle. Based on the interdisciplinary perspectives of urban geography, regional economics and geopolitics, this paper explores the regional differences of border geo-cities in China and the surrounding countries with the help of remote sensing information acquisition and Arc GIS spatial analysis. Three primary results are found as follows:(1) The border geo-cities in China and surrounding countries are divided into five geographical regions: geo-cities in South China Sea, geo-cities in Southeast Asia, geo-cities in South Asia, geo-cities in Central Asia and geo-cities in Northeast Asia.(2) In the spatial structure system of China's border geo-cities, the importance of geo-cities in five major regions is fairly different. In terms of the security and economic development, the rank of priority is geo-cities in Northeast Asia, geo-cities in South China Sea, geo-cities in Central Asia, geo-cities in South Asia, geo-cities in Southeast Asia.(3) Considering China's geo-setting for the development of border geo-cities, the east region is significantly better than the west, and the north region is slightly better than the south. 展开更多
