目的:观察并探讨牙种植中使用不同口腔修复膜材料(海奥口腔修复膜vs博特医用胶原膜)对引导骨再生(Guided Bone Regeneration,GBR)的临床有效性和安全性。方法:选择自2012年8月至2015年3月在本医院行牙种植GBR术患者96例,96例患者被按照...目的:观察并探讨牙种植中使用不同口腔修复膜材料(海奥口腔修复膜vs博特医用胶原膜)对引导骨再生(Guided Bone Regeneration,GBR)的临床有效性和安全性。方法:选择自2012年8月至2015年3月在本医院行牙种植GBR术患者96例,96例患者被按照随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,各48例,观察组采用海奥口腔修复膜行GBR术,对照组采用传统博特医用胶原膜行GBR术。术后一个月复查,检查牙槽骨情况和种植体骨结合情况。术后3个月,测量骨厚度、植骨厚度、骨生长效果,并统计修复成功率和不良反应。结果:观察组修复成功46例,成功率为95.8%,对照组修复成功38例,成功率为79.2%,观察组修复成功率明显高与对照组(p<0.05);观察组骨厚度、植骨厚度、骨生长效果分别为(2.70±0.61)mm、(2.48±0.46)mm和(94.81±1.80)%,对照组为(2.32±0.46)mm、(2.16±0.27)mm和(91.56±1.40)%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组不良反应率为4.2%(2/48),对照组为14.6%(7/48),观察组不良反应率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:海奥口腔修复膜应用于牙种植GBR中能促进种植体周围的骨形成,修复成功率高,是牙种植可靠的修复材料。展开更多
