The national health system （NHS） complexity increase requires a review of the managerial human resources evaluation and recruiting methods, considering that nowadays doctors need to improve not just their clinical c...The national health system （NHS） complexity increase requires a review of the managerial human resources evaluation and recruiting methods, considering that nowadays doctors need to improve not just their clinical capabilities, but also managerial competences. At this end it is important to develop performances control models and to identify appropriate results indicators, with the aim of introducing an effective doctors selection system for managerial roles. The paper considers the Italian situation and tests the current evaluation and selection methods, by analysing the literature and the existing legislation and by interviewing experts. Moreover, in order to reach an innovative model, complex organizations have been taken into account as benchmarks. Three different categories of experts have been interviewed and texted： national health care organizations managers, companies managers, and business consultants. The 137 interviewed experts have been asked about four main questions concerning the evaluation for hiring managers as chief medical director, department director, and head of complex units. The conducted research suggests four different options in order to evaluate and to select heads of complex unit for the most strategic roles. By consequence, the analysis shows that required characteristics must be managerial attitudes as well as clinical capabilities.展开更多

It is the inevitable choice for the development of Chinese characteristics for the aged. At present, with the continuous development of the combination of medical care and rehabilitation, the process of combination of medical care and breeding is slow, and the problems of inter departmental cooperation, high cost of resource integration and low service efficiency have emerged. The paper puts forward that multi head management of different responsibility management body is a bottleneck problem that hinders the integration of medical care. From the objective and subjective two points of view, the administrative system level barrier and the inter departmental interest game are the important reasons that obstruct the medical support and break through the estrangement of the Department and realize the cooperation. Then, according to the theory of large part system reform, the author boldly proposes the idea of establishing a new comprehensive functional department that specializes in the management of pension related affairs.展开更多

The Government is fully aware of the fact that Vietnam needs a proper public sector as a product of the state＇s public policy, which provides high-quality and well-functioning educational, healthcare, or social security systems through the effective management and use of public funds. Those services need investments from them to achieve the objectives set by the official governments or the national programs annually. This paper introduces the content of law on public investments in Vietnam which will be effective in the year 2015. It employs an overview of this law and investigates the effect of public investment in infrastructure on economic performance in the case of Vietnam. Moreover, results suggest that there may be some effects on public sector accounting in Vietnam. This study compares between the 2015 law and accounting in non-business organizations in some aspects for clear clarification.展开更多
Thoracic impalement injuries are very rare and the majority of patients do not survive to reach a medical care facility.In this case report,we describe the successful outcome of a case of double thoracic impalement by...Thoracic impalement injuries are very rare and the majority of patients do not survive to reach a medical care facility.In this case report,we describe the successful outcome of a case of double thoracic impalement by two steed tors,of which one steel tor had impaled two patients simultaneously.The case report highlights all aspects of managing such rare and complex cases right from prehospital care; extrication process which happened under controlled environment at the trauma centre itself,till the definitive management of the impaled thoracic objects.Thoracic impalement injuries are dramatic and appear very challenging.However presence of mind of the managing team,coordinated team effort and availability of adequate facilities can lead to a successful outcome.展开更多
