PTA酯化半连续操作过程的模拟（Ⅲ）PTA酯化半连续操作开车阶段的模拟

对ＰＴＡ酯化半连续操作开车阶段进行了模拟。模拟结果发现，开车阶段随着操作批数的增加，反应体系中摩尔比降低、非均相反应时间延长、终点酯化率降低、反应程度升高、前几批产品ＤＥＧ含量较高。采用降低第一批滞留液摩尔比的方法有助于改善前几批产品的质量。

The continuous excavating technique system parameters optimization and economic assessment simulation model in open-pit mine

Based on the fundamental simulation theories and methods, this paper studies such questions as truck dispatching, discrete processing of belt system continuous haulage, belt system interlock, and economic assessment methods. On the basis of above studies, the paper establishes a simulation model for open pit mine semi continuous production technique system. The paper applies GPSS language to construct a simulation program, and the program has been successfully applied in a certain coalmine.
