Defect detection is vital in the nonwoven material industry,ensuring surface quality before producing finished products.Recently,deep learning and computer vision advancements have revolutionized defect detection,maki...Defect detection is vital in the nonwoven material industry,ensuring surface quality before producing finished products.Recently,deep learning and computer vision advancements have revolutionized defect detection,making it a widely adopted approach in various industrial fields.This paper mainly studied the defect detection method for nonwoven materials based on the improved Nano Det-Plus model.Using the constructed samples of defects in nonwoven materials as the research objects,transfer learning experiments were conducted based on the Nano DetPlus object detection framework.Within this framework,the Backbone,path aggregation feature pyramid network(PAFPN)and Head network models were compared and trained through a process of freezing,with the ultimate aim of bolstering the model's feature extraction abilities and elevating detection accuracy.The half-precision quantization method was used to optimize the model after transfer learning experiments,reducing model weights and computational complexity to improve the detection speed.Performance comparisons were conducted between the improved model and the original Nano Det-Plus model,YOLO,SSD and other common industrial defect detection algorithms,validating that the improved methods based on transfer learning and semi-precision quantization enabled the model to meet the practical requirements of industrial production.展开更多

Most existing work on survivability in mobile ad-hoc networks(MANETs) focuses on two dimensional(2D) networks.However,many real applications run in three dimensional(3D) networks,e.g.,climate and ocean monitoring,and ...Most existing work on survivability in mobile ad-hoc networks(MANETs) focuses on two dimensional(2D) networks.However,many real applications run in three dimensional(3D) networks,e.g.,climate and ocean monitoring,and air defense systems.The impact on network survivability due to node behaviors was presented,and a quantitative analysis method on survivability was developed in 3D MANETs by modeling node behaviors and analyzing 3D network connectivity.Node behaviors were modeled by using a semi-Markov process.The node minimum degree of 3D MANETs was discussed.An effective approach to derive the survivability of k-connected networks was proposed through analyzing the connectivity of 3D MANETs caused by node misbehaviors,based on the model of node isolation.The quantitative analysis of node misbehaviors on the survivability in 3D MANETs is obtained through mathematical description,and the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed approach are verified through numerical analysis.The analytical results show that the effect from black and gray attack on network survivability is much severer than other misbehaviors.展开更多

The dynamical components considered in the developed SC-HEOM are wavepackets' phase-space moments of not only the primary reduced system density operator but also the auxiliary density operators (ADOs) of HEOM. It is a highly numerically efficient method, meanwhile taking into account the high-order effcts of system-bath couplings. The SC-HEOM methodology is exemplified in this work on the hierarchical quantum master equation [J. Chem. The aim of this study is to assess the occurrence and type of violence suffered by women with breast cancer in the High Complexity Care Unit of a municipality in the South of Minas and patients in a support group of t...The aim of this study is to assess the occurrence and type of violence suffered by women with breast cancer in the High Complexity Care Unit of a municipality in the South of Minas and patients in a support group of the University of the South of Minas Gerais. For that aim, a descriptive-exploratory methodology was applied through the quantitative method. Data were collected through a semi-structured form applied in individual interviews over a period of three months. We interviewed 57 patients and among those, 20 women (35.08%) reported having experienced some form of violence at some stage of their life, and the most frequently mentioned was the psychological violence followed by physical aggression. Although it was possible to identify that violence against affected these women, complaints against the aggressor were not affected.展开更多

Most discussions or researches about building vulnerability are for landslide failure, few for landslide in deformation phase. For this objective, this paper discussed about building vulnerability evaluation using Zhaoshuling landslide as an example Zhaoshuling landslide named located in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, China. After a field survey on the geological condition of landslide, detailed field investigation on the buildings' location and structure is carried out. To get landslide surface deformation, numerical simulation method is used under the combining condition of water fluctuation and rainfall. Then building deformation and probable damage degree is analyzed according to landslide surface deformation and the relative theory in mining. A burner was used to combust the rema...A SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell) cycle running on natural gas was integrated with a ST (steam turbine) cycle. The fuel is desulfurized and pre-reformed before entering the SOFC. A burner was used to combust the remaining fuel after the SOFC stacks. The off-gases from the burner were used to produce steam in a HRSG (heat recovery steam generator). The bottoming steam cycle was modeled with two configurations: (1) a simple single pressure level and (2) a dual pressure level with both a reheat and a pre-heater. The SOFC stacks in the present SOFC-ST hybrid cycles were not pressurized. The dual pressure configuration steam cycle combined with SOFC cycle (SOFC-ST) was new and has not been studied previously. In each of the configuration, a hybrid recuperator was used to recovery the remaining energy of the off-gases after the HRSG. Thus, four different plants system setups were compared to each other to reveal the most superior concept with respect to plant efficiency and power. It was found that in order to increase the plant efficiency considerably, it was enough to use a single pressure with a hybrid recuperator instead of a dual pressure Rankine cycle.展开更多

A novel measurement method is demonstrated for optical zoom magnification measurement in this paper. The magnification is obtained by pattern correction between barcode image formed by optical zoom and reference image generated by an ideal optical model. Measurement accuracy which is better than 0.06% has been achieved for optical zoom magnification. Compared with traditional concept, the measurement results are only dependent on two line edges. The barcode correlation method can achieve higher accuracy and better robustness by using the information over the whole field of view.展开更多
Analytical equations are presented herein to predict the penetration of semi-infinite metallic targets struck normally by long rods at high velocities for Yp<S where Yp is the rod strength and S is the static targe...Analytical equations are presented herein to predict the penetration of semi-infinite metallic targets struck normally by long rods at high velocities for Yp<S where Yp is the rod strength and S is the static target resistance.The equations are derived based on energy balance method.It is assumed that the kinetic energy loss of a long rod is related to the energy dissipated by the plastic deformations in the target,the energy consumed by the long-rod penetrator itself and the energy carried by the eroded rod debris.Secondary penetration is also examined in the present paper due to the fact that the eroded rod debris forms a tube which can penetrate the target further if the density of the rod is greater than that of the target and the impact velocity is high enough.The present analytical equation is found to be in good agreement with the experimental data for a wide range of impact velocities.展开更多
