Resource integration optimizes the allocation of cultural and tourism resources;government-university collaboration promotes industrial innovation and development;university-enterprise collaboration facilitates market-oriented operations;and inter-university collaboration achieves educational resource sharing and joint talent training. The training implementation module is responsible for the execution of specific training programs, while the feedback evaluation module ensures continuous optimization of the training mechanism. This model is highly applicable and operational, providing an effective framework for building the training mechanism in the Yangtze River Delta region, enhancing the professional quality and practical skills of cultural and tourism practitioners, promoting innovation and development within the industry, and injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of the regional economy.展开更多
