汉字操作系统CCBIOS2.13H以其灵活的字体装载方式、强大的打印功能、众多的显示模块及实用程序赢得了广大用户的喜爰。然而如同其他一些图形方式汉字系统一样,进入系统后屏幕上的光标是静止的,这在某些情况下难以辨认,为此系统的设计者... 汉字操作系统CCBIOS2.13H以其灵活的字体装载方式、强大的打印功能、众多的显示模块及实用程序赢得了广大用户的喜爰。然而如同其他一些图形方式汉字系统一样,进入系统后屏幕上的光标是静止的,这在某些情况下难以辨认,为此系统的设计者向用户提供了一个实用程序:INTIC.COM,较好地解决了光标的闪烁问题。遗憾的是该程序不支持两个单显模块:CH25.COM、CH21.COM。实际上,当我们在单显微机上用WordStar进行文字编辑时,在DBASE或FoxBase中修改字段内容以及在某些应用软件中进行大量的数据查询。 展开更多

The effect of the repeated unidirectional bending (RUB) process and annealing on the formability of magnesium alloy sheets was investigated. The RUB process and annealing treatments produce two effects on microstructure: grain coarsening and weakening of the texture. The sheet that underwent RUB and was annealed at 300 ℃exhibits the best formability owing to the reduction of the (0002) basal texture intensity, which results in low yield strength, large fracture elongation, small Lankford value (r-value) and large strain hardening exponent (n-value). Compared with the as-received sheet, the coarse-grain sheet produced by RUB and annealing at 400 ℃ exhibits lower tensile properties but higher formability. The phenomenon is because the deformation twin enhanced by grain coarsening can accommodate the strain of thickness. 展开更多

The stress aging behavior of Al-Cu alloy under various applied stresses, i.e., elastic stress, yield stress and plasticdeformation stress, was investigated using single crystals. The resulting microstructures and the yield strength were examined bytransmission electron microscopy (TEM) and compression tests, respectively. The results indicate that an elastic stress of 15 MPa ishigh enough to influence the precipitation distribution of θ′ during aging at 180℃. The applied stress loading along [116]Aldirection results in increased number density of θ′ on (001)Al habit planes. This result becomes more significant with increasingapplied stress and leads to lower yield strength of Al-Cu single crystals during aging. Moreover, the generation of the preferentialorientation of θ′ was discussed by the effect of the dislocation induced by applied stress as well as the role of the misfit between theθ′-precipitate and Al matrix. DNA and histone protein are important in the formation of nucleosomal arrays, which are the first packaging level of DNA into a more compact chromatin structure. To characterize the interactions of DNA and histone proteins, we reconstitute nucleosomes using lambda DNA and whole histone proteins by dialysis and perform direct atomic force microscopy (AFM) imaging. Compared with non-specific DNA and histone binding, nucleosomes are formed within the assembled “beads-on-a-string” nucleosomal array by dialysis. These observations facilitate the establishment of the molecular mechanisms of nucleosome and demonstrate the capability of AFM for protein-DNA interaction analysis. 展开更多

Effects of Cr content on microstructure and mechanical properties of single crystal superalloy 被引量:3

Two experimental single crystal superalloys with 2% Cr and 4% Cr (mass fraction) were cast in a directionally solidified furnace, while other alloying element contents were kept unchanged. The effects of Cr content on the microstructure, phase stability, tensile properties at 1100 °C and stress rupture properties at 1070 °C and 160 MPa of the single crystal superalloy were investigated. The results show that the size ofγ′ phase particles become small and uniform, and the cubic shape turns a little regular with the increase of Cr content. Theγ′ directional coarsening and rafting were observed in the 2% Cr and 4% Cr alloys after long term aging (LTA) at 1100 °C. The rafting rate ofγ′ phase increased with increasing Cr content. Needle-shaped topologically close packed (TCP) phases precipitated and grew along fixed direction in both alloys. The precipitating rate and volume fraction of TCP phases significantly increased with the increase of Cr content. The tensile property of the alloy increased and the stress rupture properties of the alloy decreased with the increase of Cr content at high temperature. The increase of Cr content increased the partition ratio of TCP forming elements, Re, W, and Mo, and the saturation degrees of these elements inγ phases increased. Therefore, the high temperature phase stability of the alloy decreased with the increase of Cr content. 展开更多

Laser multi\|layer cladding experiments were performed on the substrate of DD3 single crystal with FGH95 powder as cladding material.The solidification microstructure in the sample was investigated.It was found that the solidification microstructure was greatly influenced by the crystallography orientation of the substrate and the local solidification conditions.When the angle between the preferred orientation of the single crystal and the direction of heat flow in the cladding layer is less than 30°,single crystal cladding layers were acquired.Otherwise the crystallography orientation of the cladding layer will deviate from the orientation of the substrate and the microstructure with polycrystalline appears.Meanwhile,even when the experiments were performed on the same preferred crystal surface,the solidification microstructures will be different distinctly resulting from the variation of the local solidification conditions.The secondary arms were degenerated and the primary arm spacing was about 10\|20μm.Further investigation shows that the phases of the cladding layer are mainly made up ofγ,γ′,the flower\|likeγ/γ′eutectic and carbide.The morphology ofγ′was cubical and the size is less than 0.1μm. 展开更多
