现有的欠定语音信号盲分离算法往往不能同时兼顾分离性能及效率。针对此问题,本文提出一种基于谐波提取的欠定盲分离方法。首先,利用频谱校正从混合信号的短时傅里叶变换中提取谐波参数,其次利用相位一致性准则甄别这些参数的单源属性,... 现有的欠定语音信号盲分离算法往往不能同时兼顾分离性能及效率。针对此问题,本文提出一种基于谐波提取的欠定盲分离方法。首先,利用频谱校正从混合信号的短时傅里叶变换中提取谐波参数,其次利用相位一致性准则甄别这些参数的单源属性,进而用自适应K-均值方法对单源模式做聚类而获得源数估计和混合矩阵估计,最后再用子空间投影法恢复源信号。其中谐波提取和单源参数筛选可保证低复杂度地精确估计出混合矩阵。仿真实验表明,相比于原始子空间投影算法,本文方法可获得更高的信号恢复质量,且在谐波相关领域也具有潜在应用价值。 展开更多

A new technique is proposed to solve the blind source separation (BSS) given only a single channel observation. The basis functions and the density of the coefficients of source signals learned by ICA are used as the prior knowledge. Based on the learned prior information the learning rules of single channel BSS are presented by maximizing the joint log likelihood of the mixed sources to obtain source signals from single observation, in which the posterior density of the given measurements is maximized. The experimental results exhibit a successful separation performance for mixtures of speech and music signals. 展开更多

Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) binds with two transmembrane serine/threonine kinase receptors, type Ⅱ (TβRII) and type Ⅰ receptors (TβRⅠ), and one accessory receptor, type Ⅲ receptor (TβRⅢ), to transduce signals across cell membranes. Previous biochemical studies suggested that TβRI and TβRIII are preexisted homo-dimers. Using single-molecule microscopy to image green fluorescent protein-labeled membrane proteins, for the first time we have demonstrated that TβRI and TβRⅢ could exist as monomers at a low expression level. Upon TGF-β1 stimu- lation, TβRI follows the general ligand-induced receptor dimerization model for activation, but this process is TβRⅡ- dependent. The monomeric status of the non-kinase receptor TβRⅢ is unchanged in the presence of TGF-β1. With the increase of receptor expression, both TβRI and TβRIII can be assembled into dimers on cell surfaces. 展开更多
