Abdominal adhesions and adhesive intestinal obstruction, frequent complications after abdominal surgery, have undergone continuous optimization and improvement in their treatment methods. Once considered an absolute contraindication in textbooks for treating abdominal adhesions and adhesive intestinal obstruction, laparoscopic surgery has paved new pathways for the treatment of such diseases as the concept of minimally invasive surgery has gained popularity and laparoscopic techniques have continued to develop. This congruence with the humane demands of surgery has won favor among both doctors and patients, thus expanding its application and bringing more possibilities. This paper comprehensively reviews and analyzes the latest research results and advancements in laparoscopic techniques for addressing abdominal adhesions and adhesive intestinal obstruction, covering the etiology of the diseases, surgical methods, the impact of adhesion grading on laparoscopic treatment, and the advantages and limitations of laparoscopic surgery.展开更多
