To improve the operation and maintenance management level of large repairable components,such as electrical equipment,large nuclear power facilities,and high-speed electric multiple unit(EMU),and increase economic ben...To improve the operation and maintenance management level of large repairable components,such as electrical equipment,large nuclear power facilities,and high-speed electric multiple unit(EMU),and increase economic benefits,preventive maintenance has been widely used in industrial enterprises in recent years.Focusing on the problems of high maintenance costs and considerable failure hazards of EMU components in operation,we establish a state preventive maintenance model based on a stochastic differential equation.Firstly,a state degradation model of the repairable components is established in consideration of the degradation of the components and external random interference.Secondly,based on topology and martingale theory,the state degradation model is analyzed,and its simplex,stopping time,and martingale properties are proven.Finally,the monitoring data of the EMU components are taken as an example,analyzed and simulated to verify the effectiveness of the model.展开更多
The pen shell(Atrina pectinata) is a large wedge-shaped bivalve, which belongs to family Pinnidae. Due to its large and nutritious adductor muscle, it is the popular seafood with high commercial value in Asia-Pacific ...The pen shell(Atrina pectinata) is a large wedge-shaped bivalve, which belongs to family Pinnidae. Due to its large and nutritious adductor muscle, it is the popular seafood with high commercial value in Asia-Pacific countries. However, limiting genomic and transcriptomic data have hampered its genetic investigations. In this study, the transcriptome of A. pectinata was deeply sequenced using Illumina pair-end sequencing technology. After assembling, a total of 127263 unigenes were obtained. Functional annotation indicated that the highest percentage of unigenes(18.60%) was annotated on GO database, followed by 18.44% on PFAM database and 17.04% on NR database. There were 270 biological pathways matched with those in KEGG database. Furthermore, a total of 23452 potential simple sequence repeats(SSRs) were identified, of them the most abundant type was mono-nucleotide repeats(12902, 55.01%), which was followed by di-nucleotide(8132, 34.68%), tri-nucleotide(2010, 8.57%), tetra-nucleotide(401, 1.71%), and penta-nucleotide(7, 0.03%) repeats. Sixty SSRs were selected for validating and developing genic SSR markers, of them 23 showed polymorphism in a cultured population with the average observed and expected heterozygosities of 0.412 and 0.579, respectively. In this study, we established the first comprehensive transcript dataset of A. pectinata genes. Our results demonstrated that RNA-Seq is a fast and cost-effective method for genic SSR development in non-model species.展开更多

This method can make the production fast and effective at small series or ...Nowadays the flexible configuration of manufacturing cells becomes to an important requirement especially at small and medium sized companies. This method can make the production fast and effective at small series or frequent manufacturing changes. The shop-floor control method, presented in this paper, offers a solution for the facing problem of fast and easy reconfiguration. The hardware of the controller designed modular with software components for online configuration. This solution allows sensor integration on different levels for every part of the manufacturing cell. With unified programming language and the machine specific controllers (post-processing) the cells can be defined easily by different types of human-machine interaction. The shop-floor control architecture is implemented and validated on an Adept SCARA (selective compliance assembly robot arm) robot. The robot is driven by standalone, low-level, interchangeable, software and hardware components.展开更多

The numerical simulation by simple 3D model to clarify the influence o...The purpose of this study is to point out the dominant factor of heat and mass distribution in single-cell PEFC (polymer electrolyte fuel cell). The numerical simulation by simple 3D model to clarify the influence of cell components structure on heat and mass transfer phenomena as well as power generation experiment and measurement of in-plane temperature distribution by thermograph was carried out. From the simulation, the gas channel pitch of separator was the key factor to unify in-plane distribution of temperature and gas concentration on reaction surface in cell. The compression of GDL (gas diffusion layer) by cell binding caused wider distribution of mass concentration in GDL. From the experiment, the power generation performance was promoted with decreasing gas channel pitch. The temperature range in observation area was reduced with decreasing gas channel pitch. It can be concluded that the power generation performance is promoted by decreasing gas channel pitch.展开更多
