With the development of parallel computing technology,non-linear inversion calculation efficiency has been improving.However,for single-point search-based non-linear inversion methods,the implementation of parallel al...With the development of parallel computing technology,non-linear inversion calculation efficiency has been improving.However,for single-point search-based non-linear inversion methods,the implementation of parallel algorithms is a difficult issue.We introduce the idea of group search to the single-point search-based non-linear inversion algorithm, taking the quantum Monte Carlo method as an example for two-dimensional seismic wave velocity inversion and practical impedance inversion and test the calculation efficiency of using different node numbers.The results show the parallel algorithm in theoretical and practical data inversion is feasible and effective.The parallel algorithm has good versatility. The algorithm efficiency increases with increasing node numbers but the algorithm efficiency rate of increase gradually decreases as the node numbers increase.展开更多

The results showed that the EPF of wheat × maize cross was controlled by two dominant epistatic genes and polygene with gene effects of 1.95 for the first major gene, 6.69 for the second one and 2.80 for the polygene. The inheritability of major genes was as high as 72.09%, suggesting that the differences in EPF among wheat materials were mainly influenced by genotype. However, non-genetic factors were still important, especially for wheat materials with low EPF.展开更多
Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between follicular carcinoma of thyroid in different risk groups and lymph node micrometastases.Methods:The keratin-19 of negative neck lymph nodes in 83...Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between follicular carcinoma of thyroid in different risk groups and lymph node micrometastases.Methods:The keratin-19 of negative neck lymph nodes in 83 cases in routine pathological examination,was detected by SP immunohistochemistry using keratin-19 monoclonal antibody to confirm lymph node micrometastases.All of cases are divided into high risk group,middle risk group and low risk group according to factors related prognosis,the relationship between lymph node micrometastases and different risk groups and follow-up visit documents were analyzed.Results:Fifty-eight neck lymph nodes in 16 cases of 83 cases(19.3%) showed positive lymph node micrometastases,and incidence of lymph node micrometastases was 4/39 in low risk group,5/32 in middle risk group and 7/12 in high risk group,respectively.it showed remarkable difference during 3 groups(P < 0.001).Nine patients in 16 cases with positive lymph node micrometastases showed local recurrence and distant metastases,6 patients in 67 cases with negative lymph node micrometastases showed same result(P < 0.001).Conclusion:Lymph node micrometastases in follicular thyroid carcinoma closely correlated to factors related to prognosis.The detection of lymph node micrometastases can directly assistant postoperative treatment and prognosis evaluation to some extent for follicular thyroid carcinoma.展开更多

For the system without monomer input, the concentration aj(t) of the Aj clusters (j 〉 1) asymptotically retains a nonzero quantity, while for the system with monomer input, it decays with time and vanishes finally. We also investigate the kinetics of an interesting model with fixed-rate monomer adsorption. For the ease without monomer source, the evolution of the system will halt at a finite time; while the system evolves infinitely in time in the case with monomer source. For p = 3, no connected pentavalent symmetric graphs of order 2p^3 exist. However, for p = 2 or 5, such symmetric graph exists uniquely in each case. The term 'assortative mating' has been applied to describe two very different phenomena: (1) the tendency for indi- viduals to choose phenotypically similar mates from among conspecifics; or (2) the tendency to...The term 'assortative mating' has been applied to describe two very different phenomena: (1) the tendency for indi- viduals to choose phenotypically similar mates from among conspecifics; or (2) the tendency to prefer conspecific over hete- rospecific mates (behavioral reproductive isolation). Both forms of assortative mating are widespread in nature, but the relation- ship between these behaviors remains unclear. Namely, it is plausible that a preference for phenotypically similar conspecifics in cidentally reduces the probability of mating with phenotypically divergent heterospecifics. We present a model to calculate how the level of reproductive isolation depends on intraspecific assortative mating and the phenotypic divergence between species. For empirically reasonable levels of intraspecific assortment on a single trait axis, we show that strong reproductive isolation requires very substantial phenotypic divergence. We illustrate this point by applying our model to empirical data from threespine stickleback Gasterosteus aculeatus and Darwin's Finches (Geospiza spp). We conclude that typical levels of intraspecific assortment cannot generally be extrapolated to explain levels of interspecific reproductive isolation. Graves' disease,the production of thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor-stimulating antibodies leading to hyperthyroidism,is one of the most common forms of human autoimmune disease.It is widely agreed that complex...Graves' disease,the production of thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor-stimulating antibodies leading to hyperthyroidism,is one of the most common forms of human autoimmune disease.It is widely agreed that complex diseases are not controlled simply by an individual gene or DNA variation but by their combination.Single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),which are the most common form of DNA variation,have great potential as a medical diagnostic tool.In this paper,the P-value is used as a SNP pre-selection criterion,and a wrapper algorithm with binary particle swarm optimization is used to find the rule for discriminating between affected and control subjects.We analyzed the association between combinations of SNPs and Graves' disease by investigating 108 SNPs in 384 cases and 652 controls.We evaluated our method by differentiating between cases and controls in a five-fold cross validation test,and it achieved a 72.9% prediction accuracy with a combination of 17 SNPs.The experimental results showed that SNPs,even those with a high P-value,have a greater effect on Graves' disease when acting in a combination.展开更多
