Methods: A total of 1140 students from Yunnan University were randomly selected for the survey by means of questionnaire survey, and qualitative analysis methods were used in combination with literature research. Results: 1) Takeaway consumption behavior: 83.9% of the students had takeaway consumption behavior, 77% of the students had takeaway consumption behavior of 1~5 times/week, 85% of the students ordered takeout for temporary reasons, and the single consumption amount was usually less than 50 yuan, and 46% of the students believed that takeout was a daily necessity. 2) Influencing factors of takeaway consumption: Taste demand, time, canteen crowding, hygiene and safety, price, etc. are important factors leading to students’ takeaway consumption demand. 3) Takeaway management path and measures: At present, there are problems such as unreasonable design of takeaway cabinets, insufficient temporary storage capacity, and great influence of weather. Conclusion: The frequency of takeaway consumption of college students is high, and the takeaway consumption behavior is affected by many factors, so it is necessary to take measures to optimize the service space of takeaway to improve the current situation.展开更多
