目的:对超声监测子宫卵巢形态学变化在特发性中枢性性早熟(Idiopathic central precocious puberty,ICSP)治疗中的指导意义,总结经验,为其他研究的开展提供重要数据支持。方法:按照抽样原则对我院2018年3月-2019年10月期间接诊的43例促...目的:对超声监测子宫卵巢形态学变化在特发性中枢性性早熟(Idiopathic central precocious puberty,ICSP)治疗中的指导意义,总结经验,为其他研究的开展提供重要数据支持。方法:按照抽样原则对我院2018年3月-2019年10月期间接诊的43例促性腺激素释放激素类似物治疗ICSP患儿开展分析,予以超声检查,观察、比较治疗前后子宫卵巢形态学变化(子宫及卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径等)。结果:治疗后的子宫体积、卵巢体积、卵泡最大径较治疗前缩小,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前见到两侧卵巢有5~7个平均直径为(6.63±2.35)mm的卵泡,且宫颈、宫体长度比为1∶1.5~2;治疗后,经超声检查,可见不足4个,且直径<4mm的卵泡。结论:对ICSP进行超声检查,可通过动态监测子宫及卵巢形态学变化,评估其临床疗效及预测预后发展方向,值得优选。展开更多
目的探讨乳腺癌患者应用戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢基质血流变化的影响。方法选择 2018 年 3 月至2021年2月于北京市第六医院妇产科接受治疗的108例因三苯氧胺引发卵巢囊肿的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按抽签法分为研究组(n=56)...目的探讨乳腺癌患者应用戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢基质血流变化的影响。方法选择 2018 年 3 月至2021年2月于北京市第六医院妇产科接受治疗的108例因三苯氧胺引发卵巢囊肿的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按抽签法分为研究组(n=56)及对照组(n=52),对照组采用常规化疗,常用药物为米非司酮,研究组接受戈舍瑞林治疗,疗程为6个月。比较两组疗效、治疗前后性激素水平、卵巢基质血流变化、预后情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组[94.64%(53/56) vs 76.92%(40/52)](P<0.05);促黄体生成素、促卵泡激素、雌二醇水平均低于对照组[(7.58±1.60)U/L vs (9.76±1.23)U/L,(7.41±1.12)U/L vs (8.96±1.50)U/L,(83.50±6.49)pmol/L vs (98.72±7.34)pmol/L](P<0.05);收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期容积水平均高于对照组[(16.02±2.31)cm/s vs (15.02±2.12)cm/s,(5.51±1.01)cm/svs (4.67±0.87)cm/s](P<0.05);有优势卵泡形成、成功妊娠率高于对照组[82.14%(46/56) vs 59.61%(31/52),69.64%(39/56) vs 44.23%(23/52)](P<0.05)。结论戈舍瑞林对卵巢囊肿疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状及卵巢基质血流,降低复发率,提高妊娠率,安全可靠,值得进一步推广。展开更多

Methods: Twenty SPF-SD female rats (5-6 weeks old) were equally randomized into the control group and experimental group. In control group, the freshly isolated ovaries were fixed in formalin. In experimental group, the freshly isolated ovaries were vitrified immediately and cut into thin slices. After stored in liquid nitrogen for 21 days, the tissues of experimental group were rapidly thawed and transplanted into back muscles of rats for 2 or 4 weeks, respectively. After that, all rats in experimental group were sacrificed and the ovarian tissues were collected and fixed in 4% formaldehyde solution. Then the ovarian tissues were stained with HE and observed under the light confocal microscope. Re- suits: With the naked eyes, there was no specific alteration except the size reduction with color changing. Under microscopy, we found normal cortex and medulla in the ovary, and the primordial follicles and follicles in various stages were observed in the cortex. The normal oocytes in ovarian tissues of experimental group were significant decreased than in the control group. Conclusion: The ovarian tissues survive well in experimental group and there is no significant difference in the proportion of follicles between different times (2 and 4 weeks) after grafting. Our results suggest that thawed ovarian tissues could survive after heterotopic transplantation into back muscles of rat models and maintain their morphology and function.展开更多
