某ZB48双通道高速包装机屡次生产出条盒无胶的质量缺陷产品,严重影响生产效率和产品质量,其中YB618做为机组的条包包装部分,其喷胶装置系统的缺陷对无胶烟条的产生有直接影响。对YB618条包机部分的喷胶装置系统进行深入探索和反复测试,... 某ZB48双通道高速包装机屡次生产出条盒无胶的质量缺陷产品,严重影响生产效率和产品质量,其中YB618做为机组的条包包装部分,其喷胶装置系统的缺陷对无胶烟条的产生有直接影响。对YB618条包机部分的喷胶装置系统进行深入探索和反复测试,发现造成条盒无胶的原因是当喷胶嘴压力过小、胶量不足时设备不停机。在反复论证的基础上,在现有压力检测系统所处的压力检测盲区上增加了1个开关式压力检测器,全面监控喷胶装置系统的压力。改进完成后对设备进行调试,无胶烟条的产生频次由原来平均160条/(月·台)下降至35条/(月·台),无胶烟条次品率大大降低。 展开更多

Regarding discharging from a container as a thermodynamic process with invariable index the dependence of the container’s volume on the pressure in the container and the index, during discharging at the velocity of sound, is deduced. Then through a lot of experiments, the value of index n of the process is found with a given precision and a specified volume range. An optically powered sensor for measuring pressure which is linked by optical fiber is developed in new scheme. Its pulse position modulation (PPM) optical signal and optical supply power for electronics in probe are transmitted via a single optical fiber. The optical power is carried by a 1 300 nm laser diode (LD) and the sensing data are carried by a 850 nm LED. The remote probe uses all CMOS chips and particular modulations (PPM and PWM). Its electrical consumption including signal manipulation and LED driven current from optically converted is less than 100 μW. The laser diode supplies 5 mW optical power into the fiber. A photodetector converts sufficiently this power into electrical power to drive the whole probe operation. The optically powered distance gets up to 500 m. The novel sensor combines optical fiber and electronics technology into a system. Because of using the principle of ratio measurement between measured and reference signals, as well as light feedback,the system is available with high reliable, outstanding accuracy and repeatability. 展开更多

Partial discharge detection in power transformers is discussed using a new approach that exploit the broad band of the Rogowski coils and the potential of two signal processing tools: discrete wavelet transform and empirical mode decomposition. Detecting and analyzing incipient activities of partial discharge can provide useful information to diagnostics and prognostics about transformer insulation. So, partial discharge signals embedded in the electric current at ground conductor are measured using the Rogowski coil. These signals are submitted to noise suppression and the partial discharges waveforms are extracted through different ways: using discrete wavelet transform and using empirical mode decomposition. The comparison of these two methods show that the extraction with discrete wavelet transform results in a faster and simpler algorithm than the empirical mode decomposition. But this one produces more precise waveforms due its adaptive characteristic. 展开更多

Acoustic emission monitoring is often used in the diagnosis of electrical and mechanical incipient faults in the high voltage apparatus. Partial discharges are a major source of insulation failure in electric power transformers, and the differentiation from other sources of acoustic emission is of the utmost importance. This paper reports the development of a new sensor concept - a fiber laser sensor based on a phase-shifted chirped fiber grating - for the acoustic emission detection of incipient faults in oil-filled power transformers. These sensors can be placed in the inner surface of the transformer tank wall, not affecting the insulation integrity of the structure and improving fault detection and location. The performance of the sensing head is characterized and compared for different surrounding media: air, water, and oil. The results obtained indicate the feasibility of this sensing approach for the industrial development of practical solutions. 展开更多

A new method of measuring gas pressure in vacuum insulation panels(VIPs)is reported in this study,which provides a fast and efficient quality control option of production.Although there are different methods of measuring gas pressure for VIPs,connecting an internal measurement gauge to external data acquisition units is problematic.The thin high barrier film covering the panel’s core usually prevents external electrical wires or mechanical devices being connected to the inside of the VIPs.To solve this problem,a micro capacitive pressure sensor with 0 to 250 Pa detection range is developed to detect the vacuum pressure.The sensor has high linearity and a sensitivity of 10 mV/Pa.Moreover,through the communication mode study,an ultrasound communications system for VIPs is designed.It shows from operation that this system is stable and reliable,and quick for communication speed.This new method enables the quality detection of VIPs to be completed within 1 second.The minimum detectable pressure of VIPs is below 1 Pa,and the measurement error can be controlled around 5%. 展开更多
