压力模拟试验通过精准控制试件附近压力的变化,模拟出试验件在实际工作过程中的气流环境,考察试验件通气效能及结构可靠性。文章结合试验过程中测量特定位置压力值的需求,提出一种引压管路测压的标定方法。在标定试验中,使用测量规通过... 压力模拟试验通过精准控制试件附近压力的变化,模拟出试验件在实际工作过程中的气流环境,考察试验件通气效能及结构可靠性。文章结合试验过程中测量特定位置压力值的需求,提出一种引压管路测压的标定方法。在标定试验中,使用测量规通过引压管路得到初始压力值,用标准真空规得到待测位置的标准压力值。利用MATLAB选择合适的拟合函数并将两组数值拟合出一组修正关系式,后续试验中将测量规的压力值通过关系式修正即可得出待测位置的准确压力值。经试验验证,该标定方法能够有效消除引压管路对压力测量值的影响,保证压力模拟试验的顺利进行。 展开更多

Two large explosion trials (5 000 kg TNT and 500 kg ANFO) were conducted in Woomera, Australia in April/May 2006. Advance Protective Technologies for Engineering Structures (APTES) group tested 2 large single-storey concrete modules with individual components such as doors, windows and tiled panels. A description of the trial and details of various modules tested in these trials are presented in the paper. Numerical modelling and simulations are performed using computer programs, CONWEP, AIR3D and AUTODYN. A comparison of the pressure time histories obtained using these codes is made along with the concluding remarks. 展开更多

Because of the complication of turbulence's mechanism and law as well as the jet pressure in nozzle is difficult to test by experiment, five turbulent models were applied to numerically simulate the turbulent flow field in convergent-divergent nozzle. Theory analysis and experiment results of mass flow rates conclude that the RNG k-ε model is the most suitable model. The pressure distribution in the convergent-divergent nozzle was revealed by computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulating on the turbulent flow field under different pressure conditions. The growing conditions of cavitation bubbles were shown; meanwhile, the phenomena in the experiment could be explained. The differential pres- sure between the upstream and downstream in nozzle throat section can improve the cavitating effect of cavitation water jet. 展开更多

Cryogenic propellants LOx/H2 are used at very high pressure in rocket engine combustion. The description of the combustion process in such application is very complex due essentially to the supercritical regime. Ideal gas law becomes invalid. In order to try to capture the average characteristics of this combustion process, numerical computations are performed using a model based on a one-phase multi-component approach. Such work requires fluid properties and a correct definition of the mixture behavior generally described by cubic equations of state with appropriated thermodynamic relations validated against the NIST data. In this study we consider an alternative way to get the effect of real gas by testing the volume-weighted-mixing-law with association of the component transport properties using directly the NIST library data fitting including the supercritical regime range. The numerical simulations are carried out using 3D RANS approach associated with two tested turbulence models, the standard k-Epsilon model and the realizable k-Epsilon one. The combustion model is also associated with two chemical reaction mechanisms. The first one is a one-step generic chemical reaction and the second one is a two-step chemical reaction. The obtained results like temperature profiles, recirculation zones, visible flame lengths and distributions of OH species are discussed. 展开更多
