In this paper,the metal hydraulic engine mount (HEM) with the orifice is presented,the construction of HEM is consist of hydraulic cylinder and the spring on the bottom,its mechanical model is given and dynamics equat...In this paper,the metal hydraulic engine mount (HEM) with the orifice is presented,the construction of HEM is consist of hydraulic cylinder and the spring on the bottom,its mechanical model is given and dynamics equations are set up with considering kinematics conditions and continuous of fluid,the dynamics behavior of HEM including dynamic stiffness of fluid and transferability of HEM are studied here.The example of hydraulic engine mount is calculated,it is shown that the vibration reduction performance of the hydraulic engine mount of this paper is better.The analysis method of vibration reduction behavior for HEM in this paper can be used in designing of the reduction vibration devices and the HEM in this paper can be used in the practical engineering for reduction vibration.展开更多
The changes in vibration, sound, and sound quality with changes in the driving voltage of a power seat motor from 12.5 to 14.5 V were measured and analyzed, which was used in real vehicles. BSR(buzz, squeak, rattle), ...The changes in vibration, sound, and sound quality with changes in the driving voltage of a power seat motor from 12.5 to 14.5 V were measured and analyzed, which was used in real vehicles. BSR(buzz, squeak, rattle), which occurs for the power seat mechanism during sliding operation, was also evaluated. In addition, the results were expressed in terms of sound quality metrics, which measure the RPM change and sound level versus voltage to analyze their statistical correlation. Furthermore, vibration measurement and analysis were conducted simultaneously to determine the noisiest conditions and the source of the noise. The changes in RPM and voltage of a motor, in addition to vibration and noise, were measured at the same time to determine how noise, RPM, and voltage are interrelated.展开更多
Pneumatic cryogenic control valves(PCCV)are designed to meet the special requirements for the large cryogenic helium refrigeration system.Polychlorotrifluoroethylene(PCTFE)is adopted as the flat seal material of the v...Pneumatic cryogenic control valves(PCCV)are designed to meet the special requirements for the large cryogenic helium refrigeration system.Polychlorotrifluoroethylene(PCTFE)is adopted as the flat seal material of the valve seat.The leakage rates and compressive strain of the PCTFE gasket with different sealing stress are tested at both room temperature(293 K)and liquid nitrogen temperature(77 K).After 300 open/close cycles,the experimental results show that the sealing properties of the PCTFE gasket are improved.The leakage rates are about 10-8(293 K)and 10-4(77 K)Pam3 s-1 respectively.Finally,the effects of working pressure on sealing characteristics are discussed.The working pressure has little effect on compressive strain but it has a great influence on leakage rate.The leakage rate is linear with the working pressure of inlet at room temperature,but at liquid nitrogen temperature the leakage rate is linear with the square of the working pressure.展开更多
The design concept of high excess pressure cockpit has been proposed as a solution to solve the ergonomics problems caused by cockpit environment.To address the contradiction among mass,economy,maneuverability and env...The design concept of high excess pressure cockpit has been proposed as a solution to solve the ergonomics problems caused by cockpit environment.To address the contradiction among mass,economy,maneuverability and environment ergonomics,considering the composite advantages of high strength and lightweight,the feasibility analysis concept of high excess pressure cockpit based on material substitution is proposed in the paper.Based on the strain energy analysis on finite element model,the iteration design method of equal stiffness and lightening effect analysis on material substitution are presented,The weight reduction effect after material substitution can be evaluated intuitively by using equal stiffness curve.The calculation result of cockpit indicates that the lightening effect can reach 35.09%.Because of the complexity of cockpit design,bi-level optimization method is proposed and performed by means of the First-Order Radio algorithm.The research shows that the method can achieve good result.The feasibility of high excess pressure cockpit is studied from the aspect of the relationship between excess pressure and mass,and the research demonstrates that,due to the utilization of T300/4211 in place of 6061 alloy,the excess pressure of cockpit increases from 35 to 45 kPa,a 28.57%increase,while the cockpit mass is decreased by 12.56%.Thus,the contradiction among mass,economy and environment ergonomics can be coordinated,which can provide a reference for the design of high excess pressure cockpit.展开更多
