目的观察单纯应用压配技术固定人工全髋关节置换的近期效果。方法自2011-08—2012—08对31例(38髋)应用压配技术行髋关节置换。其中32髋成功应用压配技术固定,6髋应用压配技术失败,其中4髋改用同型号臼杯+螺钉技术固定,2髋改用骨... 目的观察单纯应用压配技术固定人工全髋关节置换的近期效果。方法自2011-08—2012—08对31例(38髋)应用压配技术行髋关节置换。其中32髋成功应用压配技术固定,6髋应用压配技术失败,其中4髋改用同型号臼杯+螺钉技术固定,2髋改用骨水泥固定。采用Harris评分评价髋关节功能。结果经压配固定的32髋均获得平均42(40~52)个月随访。随访期间未发见人工关节脱位、松动、骨折、假体感染及肺栓塞等严重并发症。末次随访Harris评分平均96(89~98)分,优31髋,良1髋,优良率100%。结论THA术中应用压配技术固定后假体的初始稳定性好,允许患者术后早期活动,并可顺利达到骨融合。 展开更多

目的探究关节镜下改良压配式双排缝合技术治疗肩袖大型撕裂的早期治疗效果。方法90例肩袖大型撕裂患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用传统双排缝合技术治疗,实验组采用关节镜下改良压配式双排缝合技术治疗。观察对比两... 目的探究关节镜下改良压配式双排缝合技术治疗肩袖大型撕裂的早期治疗效果。方法90例肩袖大型撕裂患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用传统双排缝合技术治疗,实验组采用关节镜下改良压配式双排缝合技术治疗。观察对比两组患者手术前后前屈度、体外侧旋度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、美国加州大学肩评分表(UCLA)评分及并发症发生情况。结果术前,两组患者前屈度、体外侧旋度、VAS评分、UCLA评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,实验组前屈度(146.66±15.32)°、体外侧旋度(31.22±5.30)°均大于对照组的(121.30±10.39)、(24.31±4.20)°,VAS评分(2.60±1.26)分低于对照组的(5.30±1.06)分,UCLA评分(87.64±1.60)分高于对照组的(70.60±1.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率4.44%低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜下改良压配式双排缝合技术治疗肩袖大型撕裂,可有效减少术后并发症的发生,提升肩关节功能,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

目的 探究关节镜下改良压配式双排缝合(Improved-press-fit DR)技术对巨大肩袖撕裂患者肩关节功能、活动度及疼痛的影响。方法 选取65例巨大肩袖撕裂患者,随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。其中对照组给予关节镜下缝合桥(Suture-Bri... 目的 探究关节镜下改良压配式双排缝合(Improved-press-fit DR)技术对巨大肩袖撕裂患者肩关节功能、活动度及疼痛的影响。方法 选取65例巨大肩袖撕裂患者,随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。其中对照组给予关节镜下缝合桥(Suture-Bridge)技术治疗,观察组给予Improved-press-fit DR技术治疗。使用美国肩肘外科协会(ASES评分)评分标准、美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA评分)肩关节评分系统、肩关节Constant-Murley评分对两组患者进行肩关节功能评定,使用[欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)]进行生活质量评定,进行活动度(体侧外旋、前屈)评定,使用视觉疼痛模拟评分法(VAS)进行疼痛评定。结果 与治疗前比较,两组治疗后ASES评分、UCLA评分、Constant评分、EQ-5D评分、体侧外旋、前屈度数均明显升高(P <0.05),且与对照组比较,观察组明显升高(P <0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均明显降低(P <0.05),且与对照组比较,观察组明显降低(P <0.05);观察组再撕裂率(3.03%)明显低于对照组(25.00%)(P <0.05)。结论 关节镜下Improved-press-fit DR技术治疗巨大肩袖撕裂患者,可有效提高肩关节功能及活动度,减轻疼痛,改善生活质量,减少再撕裂发生率,具有更好的临床疗效。 展开更多

Adaptive Lagrange finite element methods for high precision vibrations and piezoelectric acoustic wave computations in SMT structures and plates with nano interfaces

This paper discusses the validity of (adaptive) Lagrange generalized plain finite element method (FEM) and plate element method for accurate analysis of acoustic waves in multi-layered piezoelectric structures with tiny interfaces between metal electrodes and surface mounted piezoelectric substrates. We have come to conclusion that the quantitative relationships between the acoustic and electric fields in a piezoelectric structure can be accurately determined through the proposed finite element methods. The higher-order Lagrange FEM proposed for dynamic piezoelectric computation is proved to be very accurate (prescribed relative error 0.02% - 0.04% ) and a great improvement in convergence accuracy over the higher order Mindlin plate element method for piezoelectric structural analysis due to the assumptions and corrections in the plate theories.The converged lagrange finite element methods are compared with the plate element methods and the computedresults are in good agreement with available exact and experimental data. The adaptive Lagrange finite elementmethods and a new FEA computer program developed for macro- and micro-scale analyses are reviewed, and recently extended with great potential to high-precision nano-scale analysis in this paper and the similarities between piezoelectric and seismic wave propagations in layered structures and plates are stressed. 展开更多

This paper aims at analyzing the impact of the neutral conductor absence at specific sections over the performance of the power distribution lines, and proposing alternative solutions to mitigate the problems caused by the neutral conductor theft. Simulations are made by the software lnterplan and show that the absence of neutral conductor at specific sections of power distribution lines may increase the neutral-to-ground voltages, which compromises the system's safety. The solution developed keeps the technical performance of the power distribution system at satisfactory levels, regarding the voltage profile, or, at least, close to the level before the neutral conductor's theft. 展开更多

In addition, Sections 5 and 6 introduce two different methods for normalizing data and selecting the optimum number of clusters in order to classify data.
