The...Shot cokes are frequently formed in the delayed coking unit treating the super viscous oil at PetroChina＇s Liaohe Petrochemical Company. Considerable work has been carded out to avoid the formation of shot cokes. The test results obtained have shown that the property of super viscous oil has played a key role in the formation of shot cokes. After adjusting and optimizing the process indices the operating regime of the delayed coking unit at a throughput of 118t/h of the super viscous oil is specified as follows： a reaction temperature of 498-502℃, a reaction pressure of 0.17-0.25 MPa, a recycle ratio of 0.5-0.6 and a fractionation tower bottom temperature of 355-365 ℃. In the meantime, the delayed coking process has adopted measures to enhance pre-fractionation of the feedstock to rationally remove light fractions and maintain a steady gas velocity in order to avoid the formation of shot cokes.展开更多
Meckel's diverticulum is a common asymptomatic congenital gastrointestinal anomaly,but rarely it can present with hemorrhage.Over the last few years inverted Meckel's diverticulum has been reported in the lite...Meckel's diverticulum is a common asymptomatic congenital gastrointestinal anomaly,but rarely it can present with hemorrhage.Over the last few years inverted Meckel's diverticulum has been reported in the literature with increasing frequency as an occult source of lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Here,we report a case of a 54-year-old male,who was referred for surgical evaluation with persistent anemia and occult blood per rectum after a work up which failed to localize the source over 12 mo,including upper and capsule endoscopy,colonoscopy,enteroclysis,Meckel scan,and tagged nuclear red blood cell scan.An abdominal computed tomography scan showed a possible mid-ileal intussusception and intraluminal mass.During the abdominal exploration,inverted Meckel's diverticulum was diagnosed and resected.We review the literature,discuss the forms in which the disease presents,the diagnostic modalities utilized,pathological findings,and treatment.Although less than 40 cases have been reported in the English literature from 1978 to 2005,19 cases have been reported in the last 6 years alone(2006-2012) due to improved diagnostic modalities.Successful diagnosis and treatment of this disease requires a high index of clinical suspicion,which is becoming increasingly relevant to general gastroenterologists.展开更多

The positive clones were amplified by PCR and sequenced, then the sequences of clones were compared with all sequences in GenBank database using Blast process. The new clones were submitted to GenBank for accession numbers. Fifteen positive clones were obtained after three rounds of immunoscreening. The size of S.j cDNA fragments in positive clones ranged from 0.7?kb-3.0?kb after automatically excised with the helper phage. Sequence analysis revealed that partial sequence of clone M5 had significant homology with S.j mitochondria mRNA, the other positive clones were new S.j genes. M2 clone sequence (GenBank accession number AF502579) was 730?bp long it had a 117?bp open reading frame (ORF). The sequence of M15 (GenBank accession number AF502582) has no transmembrane region and encodes 92 amino acids, and its protein contains a ferredoxins iron-sulfur binding region signature and two VWFC signal regions. The size of M1、M8、M9、M12(GenBank accession numbers: AF502578, AF502580, AF500622, AF502581) ranges from 402?bp to 766?bp. It concluded that the sera from rabbit immunized with SjHmAg could recognize S.j specific antigens molecules, and these antigens may induce the protective immunity against S.j infection.展开更多

Endotmcheal intubation is the basic reanimation procedure performed both in hospital and out-of-hospital settings. It is carded out whenever chest movements and spontaneous respiration are compromised. Respiratory arrest may occur for a variety of reasons （such as cardac arrest, coma of any origin, poisining） or direct damage to the airways, e.g. in various traumas （damages to the face, oropharynx, larynx, trachea, chest）. The basic endotracheal intubation kit contains： laryngoscope, endotracheal tubes, connectors （tube and Ambu bag connectors）, complete Ambu kit （face mask and bag）, 20 mL syringe for cuff inflating, suction apparatus, stylete, and Magill forceps. In order to assess the successfulness of endotracheal intubation, it is necessary first to identify patients who need to be intubated. With the aim of identifying such patients, numerous screening tests and scales have been created to predict difficult intubation. The best known and most commonly used are the Mallampati and Wilson classifications as well as the LEMON airway assessment method. Nevertheless, difficult intubation accounts for 1% of cases. Recently, the Plasmodium apoptosis-linked pathogenicity factors （PALPF） have been identified. These antigens PALPF are expressed only by P falciparum-infected erythrocytes triggering endothelial cell apoptosis （apoptogenic）. Methods： We designed ten synthetic peptides （PI to P10） from PALPF： PF07 0032, PF10_0226, PFI0130c, PFD0875c and MAL13P1.206, and analyzed their antigenicity with an ELISA method using plasma samples from subjects living in Dienga, Gabon. Results： Four peptides showed good reactivity with human antibodies. The prevalence rate of specific IgG was 61%, 51%, 44% and 34% for P5, P6, P4 and P2, respectively. The median optical density of total IgG anti-P2 was higher than that directed against P4 and P6 （P = 0.009; P = 0.012 respectively）. The prevalence rate oflgG subclasses determined with plasma samples recognizing peptide 5 for IgGl, 2, 3 and 4 isotypes was 69%, 45%, 76% and 62%, respectively. All the subjects had at least one immunoglobulin subclass, while 13 （44%） had both IgG1 and IgG3 antibodies. There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of anti-P5 IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4. Conclusion： These results warrant further immunogenicity studies of peptides 2, 4, 5 and 6 with a view of a tentative to antimalarial vaccine development.展开更多

Recently, the research in native English readers has shown that teaching of the text structure can facilitate first language reading. Based on the research in native English reading, the author carries out the research where top-level structure is applied to 'New Horizon College English'. The basic approaches in this essay are 'cause—effect' 'problem—solution' and 'time sequence'. The practice has proved that the application of top-level structure can guide the readers to build up the awareness of text structure and it can help the students overcome language and cultural barriers.展开更多
