大头鲤(Cyprinus pellegrini)是一种云南高原湖泊特有的国家Ⅱ级重点保护鱼类。土著种大头鲤与外来种鲤(C.carpio)的渐渗杂交在星云湖野生种群中已经广泛发生。本研究结合形态和微卫星及线粒体DNA分析检测了螺蛳铺大头鲤原种种群的遗传... 大头鲤(Cyprinus pellegrini)是一种云南高原湖泊特有的国家Ⅱ级重点保护鱼类。土著种大头鲤与外来种鲤(C.carpio)的渐渗杂交在星云湖野生种群中已经广泛发生。本研究结合形态和微卫星及线粒体DNA分析检测了螺蛳铺大头鲤原种种群的遗传现状。结果显示,螺蛳铺大头鲤样本所有个体在形态上位于大头鲤与鲤的参照样本之间;在微卫星因子对应分析中也显示,其位于大头鲤与鲤的参照样本之间,但与大头鲤参照样本较为相似;在线粒体DNA分析中显示,都具有鲤的单倍型。中间性形态特征以及核基因组成与线粒体基因组成的不一致现象,表明螺蛳铺大头鲤样本均为杂种个体。因此,螺蛳铺大头鲤原种种群可能是一个杂种种群,有必要重新建立大头鲤人工繁殖计划。 展开更多

Based on the literature reviews and questionnaire, field survey on the species, feces, and tracks in non-snow season and snow season of Korean musk deer from February to December of 1999 in South Korea (Cultural Properties Administration 1999), the authors summarized the change of distribution area and number of Korean musk deer from 1950s to 1999. The results showed that the distribution area of Korean musk deer (Moschus moschiferus parvipes) was sharply decreased from 1950s to 1999 in South Korea. Due to the road and forest road construction in the habitat of Korean musk deer, the musk deer habitats were fragmented and lost. And the illegal capture for economic benefits was the main reason of decreases in number of indi-viduals and habitats of this species. Forest roads in high elevation area were also used as the passages for illegal captures. For the conservation and protection of Korean musk deer, strict regulation of illegal capture is urgently needed. 展开更多

Invasive alien plants threaten biodiversity across the world.Erigeron canadensis(horseweed)is one of the most problematic agricultural weeds and represents a classic example of intercontinental invasion.Here,we studied the genetic diversity and population structure of invasive alien populations from the Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces in China and native populations from Alabama,in the USA.We used 10 polymorphic SSR loci to genotype 312 individuals from 5 native and 5 invasive populations to estimate the genetic diversity and structure.Invasive populations from Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces showed,on average,similar genetic diversity to native populations from Alabama,indicating no severe genetic bottlenecks during the invasion.STRUCTURE revealed that low population differentiation occurred,and that only two genetic groupings were detected in both native and invaded ranges.The high diversity observed in the invasive populations suggested multiple introductions and/or the introduction of genetically diverse propagules during initial colonization.Our study provides new insights toward understanding the invasion dynamics of this globally noxious weed in Eastern China.Preventing gene flow via seed dispersal between invasive and native populations should be examined to prevent the introduction and dispersal of herbicide-resistant individuals and inform management practices. 展开更多
