梅雨天气,常令衣物和用具受潮发霉,现介绍几种去除霉点的方法:1、衣服出现霉点,可用几根绿豆芽在霉点处搓揉,然后用水洗净。2、棉布和麻布出现霉点,原色布的可在日光下曝晒;色布的可放在风处晾干,待织物干燥后再刷去霉点。3、呢绒、毛... 梅雨天气,常令衣物和用具受潮发霉,现介绍几种去除霉点的方法:1、衣服出现霉点,可用几根绿豆芽在霉点处搓揉,然后用水洗净。2、棉布和麻布出现霉点,原色布的可在日光下曝晒;色布的可放在风处晾干,待织物干燥后再刷去霉点。3、呢绒、毛织物发霉,一般可按棉布处理法处理,但不能直接在日光下曝晒或用火烘烤。霉点轻微的,可晾干后用软刷子将霉点刷去。如因油渍、汗渍发霉,可用棉花优质汽油反复擦拭。4、绸缎衣物上轻微的霉点,可用绒布、新毛巾轻轻揩去;霉点较重的,可将稀氨水喷洒在绸缎上,再熨烫平即可。白色绸缎衣物上的轻微的霉点,宜用50%的酒精擦洗。 展开更多

Green thinking looks to develop alternatives with higher environmental advantage that traditional materials or processes. The present experimental studies are directed to investigation of dyeing the linen fabric prepared with modification with enzymes. In the research, 1% and 2% solution of cellulase enzyme Beizym ENC-SB (garment auxiliary of enzymes mixture of CHT R. BEITLICH GmbH/BEZEMA AG) and pectinase Beisol PRO (enzymes mixture for cleaning cellulose fibers of CHT R. BE1TLICH GmbH) enzyme solutions were used. The main objective of this work is focus on results studies of enzyme influence on dyeing of flax fabric with direct Solphenyl dye triade Blue FGLE (economical, fairly good light fast blue, main trichromatic component for medium shades with high wash fastness), Scarlet BNLE (economical scarlet, main trichromatic component for medium to dark shades) 200%, and Yellow GLE (very bright neutral yellow, main trichromatic component for high wash fastness requirements). The dye-bath exhaustion, color fastness to rubbing and washing were estimated. The color parameters before and after tests were calculated. 展开更多

Simulation of tin penetration process in the surface layer of soda-lime-silica float glass

Based on the analysis of tin penetration mechanism in the float glass process, the oxidation model of stannous ion is constructed considering the oxygen activity and the redox reaction in the glass surface layer. The calculation of stannous ion's oxidation rate makes it possible to predict both stannous and stannic ion's concentrations independently. And it is also the necessary precondition for the numerical verification of tin penetration mechanism. Coupled diffusion simulation method is established to simulate the penetration process of both stannous and stannic ions simultaneously. The result shows that when the green glass is formed in the reducing atmosphere in tin bath, the stannic ion is accumulated at the position where oxygen activity changes sharply. Satellite peak (internal local concentration maximum) occurs in the tin concentration profile of green glass, which is quite different from that in low iron glass. Compared with gradually cooling temperature regulation, the tin penetrated shifts to greater depth and the depth and magnitude of the satellite peak also increase when reheating temperature regulation is applied. In order to reduce the amount of penetrated tin, the residual time in the high temperature region should be shortened. 展开更多
